iPad mini, Otterbox, Ram Suction Mounts, and foreflight for pilots

Do you find that the ipad rotates while in the x-mount? I've got a ram mount on my motorcycle for my phone and that's one thing that drives me crazy. It's probably close to 45 degrees of play and I constantly have to level it.
