      @@DevGohil Quick question for your course of black metal , do I need to be advanced in theory or I can be somewhat of a beginner of a learner , I have a project with my friends and its going quite well but I would like to invest further to be better .     might sound cliché, but KVLT II drums by urgitone really nailed this style of drumming in their kit, you should look into it, especially with all the sale coming up! love your stuff and i agree that its lame to buy a kit with a bad anything, urgitone lets you customize a bit more than this one, and was recorded on an mapex drum kit.

    a very important lesson indeed. Black metal doesn't use a lot of rhythmic patterns. for everything else, there are a bunch of examples in superior drummer or ezdrummer

      superior drummer i think, i wouldnt recommend it personally. Nightmare to try and make blastbeats sound good

      @@DevGohil I'm assuming that's Logic Pro X (10). I'm still using Logic 9. I love it, but I'm looking forward to moving on to X before they move on to Logic Eleven.
