I want to see Shintaro front-uchimata Rokas for believing even for a moment that Judo is ineffective *so badly*.
Rokas said that??
I love this one, find it easier in randori than the traditional perfect uchimata. Thanks for the details.
So much in common with greco for this set up. Works great for all grappling.
Yeah it's just a great all round throw from clinch
I love this front uchimata! Added to my game. Will start trying tomorrow (yes! Judo training on Saturdays 😜)
Tuesdays and Sunday for me 😢
On Sundays ? Wow 😮 you really love judo 😂
Thursdays and Saturdays for me

Much love from switzerland
Oss❤❤❤
I definitely miss attending judo training.
Just haven't found anyone that trains for it around my area
Just got to BJJ and surprise them. =)

How would you adjust the grips for nogi grappling?
First thought is double underhooks into S grip or butterfly?
This look pretty similar to a particular Muay Thai throw from the clinch except it involves more of a knee pump and a pull down on side of head to opposite side with single collar tie. Some guys use also push on the hi, same side as knee bump to aid in the throw
Well you make it look simple The Martial Artist. But you need 2000 years Realization and minimum 10,000 years Kombat Experience. And minimum Master level.
