    just did this. i did pretty well considering i'm only a bit flexible. how heavy weight would you suggest? i used a 5kg dumbbell, but i think a bit heavier would be better but i don't want to over do it. any suggestions?

      Hello, this is Lauren, the Cirque du Soleil artist who designed these programs. It is all dependant on where you are at currently, if 5 kg does not feel effective enough for you, you can gradually move up. When training with only my own equipment at home, I personally use a 7 kg dumbbell and a 7 kg kettlebell, then for deadlifts, I use a 16 kg kettlebell. If possible, it's best to consult a certified strength and conditioning coach in your area to best advise you. Take care!
