That's the sort of dedication I wish I could summon at a second's notice.

@@Nadine-cu8fy hello, i've taken silk classes for one year and yes it was fun, but it takes a long time figuring out even the easiest moves. I had good upper body strenght and I've always been flexible but in this sport the struggle is how to manipulate the silks, most beginners have a hard time with this but then it becomes easier with practice :) Not the funniest sport I've done (I personnally prefer ballet or pole dance) but very satisfying when you finally succeed in achieving the moves. I’m a 60 year old road cyclist and this is my go to ab routine; quick & effective. I know as long as I can do this routine relatively easily my abs are in good riding condition.
About 3 months ago I started ending every back flex session by doing one of four abs videos (unicycle abs original [this video], unicycle abs 2, unicycle abs plank edition, and extreme abs on the cirque it out series). I would say this one is tied with the plank one for being the easiest (although there's nothing easy about it) and today was the first time ever I could follow along the whole time w/o stopping!
This routine has been solid as part of a circuit exercise kettlebell routine I have can’t do everything in one go but splitting it into sets while keeping your body moving is a awesome workout
after every backbending training session I aim to do search for unicycle abs on YT and do one of the 6-8 minute ab videos. I feel stronger in my core and have a healthier lower back because of it!
