Absolutely mind-f***ing episode. This has become my favorite show of the year! Hands down. Can't help not to think this is what multiverse of madness should have been....
PLEASEEEE read the book if you’ve enjoyed the show!!! I read it back in college and it’s been my favorite ever since. The show coming out made my whole year lol.
I have a wild theory about this series... maybe it's too wild and not based on the book... but I've always had this crazy theory in my head since episode 7... WHAT IF IT TURNS OUT, JASON WAS JUST DREAMING ALL THIS TIME... THE REAL JASON IS JASON WHERE HE WAS SLEEPING WITH DANIELA...AND HER SON MAX WAS SAVED... ???? when Jason 1 saw Jason sleeping with Daniela... and went downstairs to meet his son Max... I think that was the real Jason, and he was just dreaming all this time... ...I think this whole series is all about family... what if my child dies? what if daniela becomes this? what if if if if?... same as "what if" MCU series...Let's not focus too much on how Jason can return to his world... but we focus on the elements and lines that exist during this series... because we focus too much on the multiverse and how Jason will return to his world... but forget that this series is not only about the multiverse ..but about FAMILY!! nothing is impossible... there have been many series like this and the ending is very mindblowing and really leaves us speechless.. such a "DARK & 1899"
We’ve been following Jason 1.1 as our primary protagonist the whole time, any deviations happened not to our knowledge until now. So based on bias we are inclined to feel for the one we’ve been following all along and he’s most likely going to win because he’s the only one thinking out the box, i.e that cigar plan (catch my pun)

@@rickyn4710well you will find out in the next episode won’t you. It all depends if the director wants to put a final dark twist on things which in my opinion would be great. There is nothing like a movie or TV series ending with the viewers head all twisted up. Happy endings are boring.
Me too, but I also don't want a huge cliffhanger. Because I don't know how well this show is actually doing, and streaming shows get canceled way too often. I'm nervous this show will too. Cuz I'm loving it.
Me too, got no clue what's going on, but I'm still intrigued and sticking with it. Thank heavens for these breakdowns by those more observant than me. Phew, it's a lot to keep track of.
@@438019 I'm following the story, just finding the show unpredictable. Any show that keeps me guessing, surprised, interested and entertained by where it goes keeps me watching. Not to mention the theoretical quantum physics that I'm aware of but not even close to being able to understand. I like the breakdowns for the little details I may have missed such as ten Jason's where I'd only noticed six or various writings in the background when I'm tunnel vision on the story.
At first I thought he was smoking in the restaurant because he wasn't the original Jason, but rather a Jason from a world where smoking wasn't banned everywhere. Lol.
The thing to keep in mind about Jason 2 murdering the other Jason. Is that when they dust for prints, they'll probably only find prints from one person that probably will match the victim. They all look the same, so I'm assuming they have the same prints. So it would be harder for them to find the murderer. Plus even weirder is there will be a bunch of Jason's running around even if they use video or whatever to know who the murderer was.
The university of Chicago was the worst place Jason 2 could have done that but there was no choice. Once investigators ID the body it would place more scrutiny on Daniella and Charlie as they will be first people the authorities will be looking for to ensure their wellbeing.
Think about how that Jason died tho and what Jason 2 did with the body. He choked him out. So died of asphyxiation. Jason 2 then set him on a toilet in a stall and locked the door from the outside. When the body is eventually discovered, it will have no ID and look like a homeless person came in and died in the stall. There will be no other DNA or fingerprints on scene but Jason's. The police might not even investigate it as murder. Homeless people do often go into libraries and use the restrooms for cleaning up and such. The body in the trunk of the car is the big one if found and will leave a full on investigation that will result in confusing issues for the police...

At this point all those new Jasons are suitable for Danila and Charlie because they were all kidnapped and the only difference is the events after entering the box . Technically they are all her husband and there really is no way of distinguishing the original from the copies . Absolutely fascinating and really the only sci show that realistically deals with the multi verse issue .
That's the tragic quandary of it. Every one of these variants who splintered off from the kidnapped Jason Prime - they all do technically belong here, but there's only room for one. It's sad when you think about it.

i dunno but i find it very underexplained... if they all split from a "prime" at a different decision point each, then shouldn't those _worlds_ also split? shouldn't they each have a unique world which they belong to? why would they all belong to the same world? feels extremely inconsistent to me. the usurper actively chose to leave "his" world to enter the "prime's" world, therefore usurper's world is _missing_ a jason, by choice. technically, there could be a usurper world two where he doesn't choose to leave, but that's fine cos that split would have exactly one jason to that world still. but regardless of where/when else the prime "clones" get split, they should also have a world each that split from that exact decision point. this also means that any of them could have "turned dark" at any one of the many times our jason prime actually had dark thoughts during his journey. this also also means that there are infinity more jasons out there who never made it back, some of them turning into usurpers themselves and usurping other fresh new jasons, starting entire new chains of infinities.

Yes they should, and the show only has two explanations for this. All of the other Jason 1's are actually still the same Jason and belong to this Daniella. This answer sucks because if Jason 1 splits after that day, then so should that many Daniella's be split off also. It doesnt make sense that all copies of Jason1s (IN THEIR OWN REALITY) do not have a corresponding Daniella. The 2nd answer is that all of these Jasons don't actually belong to this world, but this is just an overflow of Jason1s that almost got their world right...and are stuck here and doing it anyway. This sounds like a viable answer, but narratively I think it's messy and not super engaging. I'm pretty sure they're leaning towards the first answer, and I'm not really a fan of it. "this also means that any of them could have "turned dark" at any one of the many times our jason prime actually had dark thoughts during his journey. this also also means that there are infinity more jasons out there who never made it back, some of them turning into usurpers themselves and usurping other fresh new jasons, starting entire new chains of infinities." Yup they even hint at that in the episode where he's in the hotel with Amanda. He says he's afraid he'll simply take any other Daniella that isn't his from another Jason.
The bit with Jason’s bartender friend in the Village Tap frustrated the hell out of me 😤 They’ve known each other for a while so how could the bartender not even ask a question when he suddenly sees two identical Jasons in his bar? The way they fudged that really took me out of the episode….
i think the only we can differentiate between them is their ring finger all the deviations have a black one and the original has the original one! also the jupiter one is the one we were following because his Amanda found a place she wanted to stay

I'd assume that Jason 1 we have been watching is the one who did the cigar trick because the other one hot wired a car and I can't see the one we've been watching do that.
yup, but there is still the possipilty of new Jasons after Amanda finding the place, cuz he made more decisions before returning to his original Chicago , so no original Jason here, ALL ARE ORIGINALS
I'm thinking that they definitely go back to the box with the ampoules from the storage facility, but Jason 1 can't choose, since all the other Jasons, including Jason2 would think just like him. So, maybe Daniela would have to make the choice of where to go in the corridor. Maybe the easier solution is for them to use the box with the explicit purpose of making copies of Daniela and Charlie for all the other Jasons, maybe even get Max to the box to make some copies of him too, but just making 1 copy would duplicate them exponentially. It really is Kinko's Pandora's Box.
The last Jason who said the safe word "Jupiter" is the Jason we've been following since episode 1. Some people are saying, we can't know which Jason is the real one because they are all same but actually we can. The Jason who said the safe word is the one whose Amanda stayed where she wanted. Also, he should have a photo of him and Amanda (A couple took a picture of them at a bar and gave it to Jason, if anyone forgot). This photo can later be used as a proof and if Amanda appears in the final episode, she could recognize the real Jason through the photo.
even the photo is not a proof , cuz afterwards he left with 5 more ampules so more 5 variable choices which can results in production of more Jasons having the same photo and memory with Amanda .
What makes "Jupiter Jason" so different from all the other Jasons trying to get back to Daniella? Daniella will never be able to tell who really is "her" Jason. "Jupiter Jason" just got lucky.
Most likely his reaction, first he made sure to meet her in a way she would not feel in danger (in a police station) then when he was with his son, without saying anything else he hugged him. The first black jacket Jason was focused in Daniela without caring about his son, the other one put their life in danger by crashing into them. The one that was killed at the university had a fcked leg and a part of his face burn didn't cared to do it in a place where his son was. By being send into another dimension he created a new waypoint in timeline so yeah it'll be pretty messy because they are ALL the prime Jason, only their adventures changed them, only the one that's still pure at this point and never did a bad action is the original prime jason because he was the one that was the perfect husband abd father 🤷
Cause that was the first one that got kidnapped. He’s the one that caused all the other jason’s to spawn when he first went into the box with amanda when they escaped velocity
I'm pretty sure the christmas sweater Jason appeared back in the episode were Jason and Amanda entered a completely frozen world. I remember when they were back in the box they showed them and Jason had the same exact sweater. They went back to Jason 2 on the OG world, and back to the box to a no-sweater Jason. I was really confused at first since Jason had fully changed clothes and it seemed unlogical, i now understand that it might have been sweater Jason showing up since that episode.. maybe the 5th one? don't remember honestly, but i'ts cool to realize that haha :)
As soon as I saw J1 stare down the hallway at another Jason, I got Get Out vibes. On one hand it's sci-fi... but even mores, psychological horror drama. Outstanding!
I think this is the best episode in dark matter yet. In the first half i didnt understand anything but then i was shocked. Im typing this before finishing the video i think the real Jason will take his family and go to another world but not in the near future cause he doesnt have impules maybee he will go to the world amanda stayed in or maybe amanda will save them again
Why I think Jupiter Jason is OG Jason (in addition to the more obvious things like the scar, headband ring): At the bar, OG Jason takes a box of matches with a bear or tiger on it. At the diner, this is the same box of matches that was used to light the cigar. This indicates that this Jason is the OG Jason, in my opinion. Another thought: The Jason1 clone at the bar said that he came a day earlier than OG Jason1 and he had lost his Amanda in another reality. For one, OG Jason’s affection for Amanda really was holding him back from finding his reality. Nonetheless, I do feel like his time with her was useful as she kept him grounded, plus she’s a therapist. Some of the other Jason clones seem more erratic, more impulsive. I wonder if it’s the same theory of clone-making where the duplicates can deviate from the original and become inferior. I.e, OG Jason is the best version but when he made the decision to stay with Daniella when he found out he was pregnant, Jason2 splintered off but his version is more impulsive, selfish, etc. Likewise, the other jasons that splintered off from the quests in the box seem more impulsive, vengeful, raging and less calculating. Of course, this could also be from the treacherous experiences that they’ve had making them on edge and desperate.

@@ChillAroundAndFindOut i think otherwise, like they said each timeline create somes tiny variation of them, most likely each important event create a kind of waypoint in the timeline. Look at the prime jason, the moment he took the box he created a bunch if variants of him like the one that was killed in the bathroom had a burnt face, a fcked leg and his last partner dead. The one that crashed the car is not the prime Jason too because he crashed their car to get what he wanted and the one that was driving isn't the prime jason too because he focused on Daniela and didn't cared about his son. What that say to us is the fact that they lived other adventures then what we saw all along because our prime jason didn't did anything wrong and was always pure, he was always only the father that missed his family and didn't had any kind of trauma except the fact that his family was took from him, he isn't a killer. I believe at this point that the only one that can find whom is whom is his partner he left on the other dimension + the Ryan that was left in the same dimension aswell. Ryan can probably with his new dimension tech and his knowledge make the box run again so we will probably see him the next episode and they will have to make things right i guess 🤷
I love that they put the end of the show on the main poster for the show such a cool and kind of funny wink at those of us who have read the book I could not wait to get to this point and see the reactions of people who have never read the book
Really liked this episode. I’ve grown up near the UofC campus so this was a hoot. Also, I like how Daniela is written she’s not an idiot clueless wife. And how did they shoot the Bean without reflecting the film crew? Can they erase themselves in post?🤔
You know why I love this too? It remind me of “The one” with jet li back in the day. He went across the multiverse eliminating every version of himself. This is a modern take with less kung fu. I love the premise.
I think they will try to go to the world where Jasons partner Amanda decided to stay in. It’s like a utopia version of the prime world and would make sense for the dessen family. I also think that world she is in is possibly where jay2 sent pavia award Charlie to. From a tv stand point it sets those characters up for a story line for a future season if they do it. Also don’t forget Jason snuck 2 ampoules in Amanda’s bag when they split. That could be how she and Ryan return to prime world. I didn’t read the books and love to post theories. Just a thought from the rabbit hole! Enjoy!
After having seen 8 episodes, they leave many loose ends. I don't think it's a self-contained series. The plot of the two Ryans is open, that of the scientist who was trapped in the dead world is open, that of the multiple Jasons is open, that of the guy who got lost in the box is still open. I don't think they close that many plots in a single episode. I just think they'll close the Jason 1 story.
One of these Jasons have to go back to Amanda. Also Jason 8 is probably going to hold Jason 1 at gunpoint now that Jason 1 has Daniela, but his need for revenge might get him to change target to Jason 2.
I believe so but honestly, it really doesn't matter since he's seemingly the kindest one in my opinion not on a murderous rampage just wants to be with his fam and as I'm writing this all the other non murderous jasons might be just like tht one dammit i really don't kno😂😂😂
Rick and Morty explain this episode when they splinter realities from every decision they make. I wonder if the time keepers will come and place a collar on Jason Prime lol

Look, Let me get something into the perspective of everyone. If One Rich Jason wanted to kidnap one Average Jason from one timeline to another, there might be other Rich Jasons who might have made the same decision to kidnap other Average Jasons from other timelines. As in a multiverse of branches each and every decision you make branches off into another reality! This means all the different Jasons are from different timelines altogether. What's interesting is that in the primary universe of the Rich Jason and all the Average Jasons, all end up in the same universe or it seems as it is. If the decisions made inside the Shrohindeger's box may make Varients of itself in superposition then there might be other timelines that branch off where the other Jasons or all other versions of Jasons are from. Because it would create a completely different timeline even if you're inside the box, it should not revert to the same timeline over and over again. It's an interesting theory as to why everyone ended up in the same timeline, might be because they all feel a sense of longing in this exact same timeline. It's hard to understand why they cannot go to the timeline they created by being inside the box, if they can branch off so can the timeline.
The perfect end would be : Jason, wife and son leave this World using the box for a World in which all 3 of them are dead but where Max is alive (the dead twin brother). This end would be beauuuuutiful ! Please make this happen ! Anyworld is possible if you know how to Travel, and now Jason 1 knows the way the box works. Imagine the all 4 of them United again ... 😊 PS : and Bad Jason 2 gets stuck in the most horrible world as punishment for all the chaos he caused !
Liked the idea but I don’t see how they set up the ability for the box to create actual living beings for each possible choice he could make in the box. The fact it can do this just brings more questions. How was J2 able to practice learning the box without triggering an alternate who cuts corners? What about the rich guy also should the friend also have many versions as he explored at least one world and it’s possible he had a bad thought in one reality. Also also should all the boxes be having constant versions of everyone who’s ever been in the box? Every Jason half the Amanda’s and all the rich guys all will have copies that would have motivation to returns or visit the “prime” reality. This also bring up how two versions can exist before the box was created anyway
I think the bigger question is ... which Jason did Daniela knock out? Alternate versions of that Jason likely exist as well. That part I think is as trippy as the diff versions of the Jason we've been cheering for.
I would think that all the copies of Jason2 he made along the way to this world would have no reason to go this one, they don't know about it. They are probably kidnapping their own Jason in another variation of this world and taking over their life like this one did life.
Also while Jason 2 was in the stalking phase (events that happen before and in episode 1 itself) there would have been many Jason 2's who would have also came out the same box. This Jason 2 would have had the time to tackle them. That means we are seeing one of many Jason 2s that survived
I just want to start by saying I haven’t read the book but I am thrilled to watch this series as Rick and Morty fan (multiverse travel). Here is my theory on what will happen on the final episode: Our Dessen family (Jason1, Daniella and Charlie) will soon realize they can no longer in a world where multiple Jasons are dead or walking around. We saw that there are enough ampules at Jason 2s storage. They will grab those and they will get in the box. They might want to go any universe but we all know he has to go back to Jason 2’s universe. There is a good reason for it. Let’s think about why that universe is the best for them. Jason is gone in that universe I bet he will die soon at J1s universe with incoming amount of Js who wants to kill him. Daniela is dead in that universe. Our Daniela always wondered how her life would be if she pursued her dream of becoming a painter. She can take her place and continue to be an artist. They are both famous in this world and rich. Jason and Daniela can say they kept their son hidden so they could focus on their career. Famous people do this all the time. Most importantly Leighton is gone too in J2s universe. Leighton and Jason are partners of the Velocity. With Leighton gone our Jason 1 will have the full control of the company. He will order to demolishment of the box. Remember boxes only appear in the same coordinates of this universe box because it is the original box that started the multiversel travel. If you destroyed that box then you destroy all of them. The end!

They should all have the nose scar since it occurred before they began splintering. Also, he put the rubber band on pretty early so there should be some others with the rubber band too.
Although I believe that is Jason #1, that could’ve been any Jason. He just so happened to get to her first. The family going into the box would make things even more complicated. From my pov as of now, they are wrecked either way
Can you imagine, that jupiter Jason isn't our Jason, and staircase is dead at the bottom of the stairs, and the new family goes to the box using the remaining ampoules to find max.
Enjoying this show a lot. I am seeing a path where Jason^1 and Daniella/Charlie go back into the box to find Ryan^1. Which seemed to be (based on appearance) the SAME world where Amanda decided to stay. Looping her back into the equation.
The Jason in the bar is the bad one(The Usurper) or a copy of The Userper! No scratch on his nose(right side). Most of the scene is showing his left side for a reason for us not to pick on this detail but, there is a few seconds where clearly you can notice that he doesn't have a scratch on his noose. I think he used the clothes (definitely the hat) of the other Jason who got killed at the beginning of the episode. That is just my observation.
It’s complicated enough trying to comprehend all the universes that have spread out from Jason 1 since he was kidnapped. But consider, all the universes that have split off his ‘home’ universe too. He’s got a multiverse of ‘homes’ he could go back to. I’d say ‘exponential growth’ is pretty pokey compared to multiversal expansion. Our brains definitely didn’t evolve to have any kind of intuition about something like this.
After the show ends and you want something similar, check out Counterpart and Fringe, theyr alternate universes, but counterpart is more slow and fringe is like xfiles
Tbh, I was disappointed in the sci-fi soap opera style of this series - I thought the only great episode was ep 4 with the corridor being introduced. Till now. This episode was so mind-blowing and so much fun to watch that it was worth sitting through everything else to get here. 🤯This has created a near-impossible quandary and I have no idea how it can be fixed. Jason 2 quite literally opened a Pandora's box of Jasons and there's no fixing it now. 😂They can seal off the box but how many Jasons are already in this world waiting to pounce, rightfully believing they belong here? That will still be a gigantic problem. I guess they could all go to another world but they'd have to find one where NONE OF THEM exist (as in, those counterparts all died). Another thing - how do we really know FOR SURE that the Jason we followed with the "Jupiter" code word is our original? He saw a Jason in the hotel hallway who looked exactly like him - he was too far away to tell if there were any differences. It would be wild if it turns out this is the wrong one and the writers fooled both Daniela and us. 🤣🤣🤣 Lastly, since ALL of these variants came from this prime universe kidnapping, they all do technically belong here with Jason's family so no matter what, even if Jason Prime succeeds, it's still a tragic ending for all the variants of him.
In one of the episodes it’s mentioned they can only travel to worlds they either lived in or died in but have to have existed in before. Can’t go to a world they have no existence.

at the end of the series... there will still only be 1 Jason who will stay with Daniela... and in my opinion everything can be seen from the screen time... why am I sure the Jupiter Jason is the real Jason... because of his screen time more and it looks like we are more focused on just him alone... and it can be seen from the way he speaks, his intonation and gestures really show he's the real one...especially after he had the brilliant idea not to be too reckless looking for Daniela at home... and preferring to smoke at the bar so that he gets caught by the police and asks Daniela to let him go so they can meet...THE REAL JASON has a brilliant and is not too hasty...

Some lost their Amandas, one Jason we see was burnt, that is why they are reckless as they are more than desperate to make it all end.
There were 9 unique Jasons' in this episode (Numbers taken from the audio description on Apple TV): Jason - Original, protagonist Jason #2 - Usurper, antagonist Jason #6 - Pinkie bandage who buys the knife and spray from the last episode! (Not in this episode) Jason #7 - Attacks Jason #2 in the allyway Jason #11 - Has a burnt face, killed in the restroom Jason #8 - In the hotel corridor who flees Jason #9 - Christmas Jumper who follows Jason in the street. Jason #10 - Is sat in the booth with a scar on his forehead and a black tie around wedding finger Jason #12 - Ushers Daniella and Charlie into his car Jason #13 - Driver who crashes into their car
Mind-blowing! This gets me thinking about multiverses and natural selection. Think about it - Jason 1 sprung an infinite number of other Jasons once he entered the box. Every new alternate-decision spawning Jason either leads to a universe where he eventually dies or irrevocably fails to get back to his family. So, like natural selection, all the Jasons that don't make it-their mission timeline ceases to exist. Consequently, only the most successful Jasons will get to reach and interact with Daniela, which is only a select few of them. Of those most successful Jasons, some of their behaviors would be adapted to survival of the fittest, which means their personality and demeanor would be drastically different, in a negative way, from the original Jason. Other versions, fewer still, would be the kinder type who so happened to succeed out of their love for Daniela and didn't become the "bad" type despite the dangers and hardships. These-probably two of three of them-are most likely to resemble the original Jason the most. So, in theory, if we were to tell who is really Jason 1, we can eliminate all the aggressive, dangerous types, which leaves the "kind" replicas-which the "Jupiter" Jason might be one of. In reality, individuality becomes a murky concept when dealing with multiverses. For instance, why should a Jason that made Decision-1 be seen as the "original" instead of a Jason that made Decision-2, and so on? In actuality, they both can be seen as the original that branched off into their own respective universes as their new realities collapsed into existence. This makes us question: What really constitutes a person and their identity? Perhaps a more accurate description might be that of a long series of causal events linked by an unbroken chain which leads all the way back to the original moment of their creation. A unique fingerprint-a causal pathway that only said specific person went down and lived. In Jason 1's case, he's only the original because he met Daniela years prior and his causal chain interacted with hers. And unlike Jason 2, their causal pathways were linked-and remained linked due to their decision to remain together. But once they separated-as Jason 1 was put in the box by Jason 2-original Jason's causal pathways now interacted with new branches as he made new decisions-which created multitudes of new universes original Jasons in them. From that initial instance inside the box, Jason 1 ceased being Daniela's Jason 1, and the infinite superposition that he became all led to them having equal right to get back home to Daniela and Charlie. This is where natural selection comes in: If "Jupiter" Jason got to her first, then that's the original Jason because he has every right, as do the others, as much as Jason 1, to be with her. In an actual sense, they're all an initial version of Jason who went in the box and simply had different pathways at attempting to get back to her. The problem is that instead of only one Jason surviving the natural selection process and having his causal branch reconnect with Daniela's, there are now multiple successfully surviving Jasons in their own universes jumping between branches of causality and interfering with the original universe-a place that isn't theirs to exist in. But the thing is, it IS their place to exist in because they originate from there and were artificially forced to branch out from a different universe that they never should have connected to and existed in in the first place. There are a bunch of new universes that exist that shouldn't have existed at all, and the Jasons from there are trying to return home. And because they spawned within the box, there is truly nowhere for them to go except what they see as "back home," which is Jason's original universe. In my opinion, the Jason that returns first, most resembles Jason 1, and Daniela is most comfortable with, can rightfully be seen as Jason 1. In that sense, Jupiter Jason is indeed Jason 1. But then again, they all are. So in the end, I guess there's only 3 solutions: 1. The other Jason's simply off themselves to stop their causal branch. 2. They find other partners and learn to love them. 3. Daniela goes in the box and creates new artificial universes that allows the other Jasons to "travel" to and live in. I like number 3. The box not only becomes a multiverse tunneling machine, but a cloning machine as well!
You just kind of assumed that Jason 1 would come back, kill Jason 2 and then live happily ever after. But after this weeks episode I have no idea how this show is going to end.
fulfilling episode, I really thought that there's going to be only one extra Jason (the one that's running to the box with Amanda, but Amanda was shot), and it turns out the author went with multiverse causing exponential amount of Jason bwahaha, so good!
Non book reader here. This was a trippy episode. The fact that your thoughts in the box can also create thought based alternates of yourself is scary. Scarier still is these alternates think alike to the prime identity as they sort of are primes in their own right. Looks like a unique method of human cloning has been created unintentionally. I wonder is it usage of the box alone achieving this or is it also achieved in combination with the compound? The human brain is still largely a mystery so maybe when the compound suppresses the pre frontal cortex to allow observation of superposition, other regions of the brain can place your thoughts in superposition creating these duplicate identities and realities?
It didn't look like Daniela was totally convinced at the end. And why didn't we see when the original Jason opened the door to the right world, or did I miss something last week? And the other loose cannon, the billionaire, is running amuck in the box. Lots of potential for a season 2!
My guess is that Daniela and Charlie go with him and travel to another world, due to having to get away from the other Jasons, perhaps Jason 1's world. But also Daniela finds the poloroid picture of him and Amanda. Jason 1 goes back into the box and returns to his original world.
Jason prime is killed at the start of Episode 8. Jason 1.1 is bailed out of jail and tells his wife the story but is not the original husband, he has no string on his finger. The "Jupiter" Jason at the end is another Jason again who does have the string on his finger.
The question is why Daniela , Jason 1 just wants to get back to his old life the others Jason can see from a distance that Daniela is well, Daniela lot better options in other worlds can be had
How do we know the Jason at the end of the episode is Jason 1? The impression I’m getting from this episode is that there are potentially infinite Jasons now. My other concern is wondering if all these other jasons are the ones the usurper screwed over, or if we now have just infinite usurpers too?
No I don:y think so he said these Jason were created right after he left the box based off the division he made to find that Chicago. This whole a f up because this did not happen to Jason 2.
We have only been watching two Jasons. All the variants that were created and their indiviual stories unfolded after Jason and Amanda ran to the box, and that happened off screen. Episode 8 is where we see the other variants of Jason 1

@@stalsthetic9500 from episode 5 the sound cues start breaking the established rule. With that and seeing Leighton dancing around to Prince I thought there must be other stuff going on so went back. After seeing themselves getting shot it meant that 1000s of other made it so that's how I knew we were going to have 100s of Jasons at the end. Why have the clues to discover what's going to happen but then it not be so? Just seems weird they put so much emphasis on the field notebook for it to not come back up. The sound cues going script along with the unexplained clothes changes (which the various Jasons are now wearing) is subtle but made it possible to work out what was going to happen. There's one scene with odd ampoules. It's a few episodes back. It's weird that it was bleach tipped Leighton that made me go look only to find different Jasons.
Scrolled through the comments and didn't see anyone mention this. Jason 2 went back in the box multiple times, creating copies of himself as well. So if Daniella killed Jason 2 by shoving him down the basement stairs, that means other versions of Jason 2 can still show up... Just sayingggg 😈👹
I didn’t think at the end of last episode it was a 3rd Jason who went into the store trying to get a gun. I thought it was Jason 1 after he got home and wanted to take action on Jason 2 who was at home. But it makes sense cause why would Jason 2 be there trying to buy a gun.

I have a wild theory about this series... maybe it's too wild and not based on the book... but I've always had this crazy theory in my head since episode 7... WHAT IF IT TURNS OUT, JASON WAS JUST DREAMING ALL THIS TIME... THE REAL JASON IS JASON WHERE HE WAS SLEEPING WITH DANIELA...AND HER SON MAX WAS SAVED... ???? when Jason 1 saw Jason sleeping with Daniela... and went downstairs to meet his son Max... I think that was the real Jason, and he was just dreaming all this time... ...I think this whole series is all about family... what if my child dies? what if daniela becomes this? what if if if if?... same as "what if" MCU series...Let's not focus too much on how Jason can return to his world... but we focus on the elements and lines that exist during this series... because we focus too much on the multiverse and how Jason will return to his world... but forget that this series is not only about the multiverse ..but about FAMILY!!

We’ve been following Jason 1.1 as our primary protagonist the whole time, any deviations happened not to our knowledge until now. So based on bias we are inclined to feel for the one we’ve been following all along and he’s most likely going to win because he’s the only one thinking out the box, i.e that cigar plan (catch my pun)

I like the breakdowns for the little details I may have missed such as ten Jason's where I'd only noticed six or various writings in the background when I'm tunnel vision on the story.
At first I thought he was smoking in the restaurant because he wasn't the original Jason, but rather a Jason from a world where smoking wasn't banned everywhere. Lol.
The thing to keep in mind about Jason 2 murdering the other Jason. Is that when they dust for prints, they'll probably only find prints from one person that probably will match the victim. They all look the same, so I'm assuming they have the same prints. So it would be harder for them to find the murderer. Plus even weirder is there will be a bunch of Jason's running around even if they use video or whatever to know who the murderer was.
The university of Chicago was the worst place Jason 2 could have done that but there was no choice. Once investigators ID the body it would place more scrutiny on Daniella and Charlie as they will be first people the authorities will be looking for to ensure their wellbeing.

Think about how that Jason died tho and what Jason 2 did with the body. He choked him out. So died of asphyxiation. Jason 2 then set him on a toilet in a stall and locked the door from the outside. When the body is eventually discovered, it will have no ID and look like a homeless person came in and died in the stall. There will be no other DNA or fingerprints on scene but Jason's. The police might not even investigate it as murder. Homeless people do often go into libraries and use the restrooms for cleaning up and such. The body in the trunk of the car is the big one if found and will leave a full on investigation that will result in confusing issues for the police...

At this point all those new Jasons are suitable for Danila and Charlie because they were all kidnapped and the only difference is the events after entering the box . Technically they are all her husband and there really is no way of distinguishing the original from the copies . Absolutely fascinating and really the only sci show that realistically deals with the multi verse issue .
That's the tragic quandary of it. Every one of these variants who splintered off from the kidnapped Jason Prime - they all do technically belong here, but there's only room for one. It's sad when you think about it.

the usurper actively chose to leave "his" world to enter the "prime's" world, therefore usurper's world is _missing_ a jason, by choice. technically, there could be a usurper world two where he doesn't choose to leave, but that's fine cos that split would have exactly one jason to that world still. but regardless of where/when else the prime "clones" get split, they should also have a world each that split from that exact decision point.
this also means that any of them could have "turned dark" at any one of the many times our jason prime actually had dark thoughts during his journey. this also also means that there are infinity more jasons out there who never made it back, some of them turning into usurpers themselves and usurping other fresh new jasons, starting entire new chains of infinities.

Yes they should, and the show only has two explanations for this. All of the other Jason 1's are actually still the same Jason and belong to this Daniella. This answer sucks because if Jason 1 splits after that day, then so should that many Daniella's be split off also. It doesnt make sense that all copies of Jason1s (IN THEIR OWN REALITY) do not have a corresponding Daniella.
The 2nd answer is that all of these Jasons don't actually belong to this world, but this is just an overflow of Jason1s that almost got their world right...and are stuck here and doing it anyway. This sounds like a viable answer, but narratively I think it's messy and not super engaging. I'm pretty sure they're leaning towards the first answer, and I'm not really a fan of it.

Yup they even hint at that in the episode where he's in the hotel with Amanda. He says he's afraid he'll simply take any other Daniella that isn't his from another Jason.
The bit with Jason’s bartender friend in the Village Tap frustrated the hell out of me 😤 They’ve known each other for a while so how could the bartender not even ask a question when he suddenly sees two identical Jasons in his bar? The way they fudged that really took me out of the episode….
i think the only we can differentiate between them is their ring finger all the deviations have a black one and the original has the original one! also the jupiter one is the one we were following because his Amanda found a place she wanted to stay

I'd assume that Jason 1 we have been watching is the one who did the cigar trick because the other one hot wired a car and I can't see the one we've been watching do that.

I'm thinking that they definitely go back to the box with the ampoules from the storage facility, but Jason 1 can't choose, since all the other Jasons, including Jason2 would think just like him. So, maybe Daniela would have to make the choice of where to go in the corridor. Maybe the easier solution is for them to use the box with the explicit purpose of making copies of Daniela and Charlie for all the other Jasons, maybe even get Max to the box to make some copies of him too, but just making 1 copy would duplicate them exponentially. It really is Kinko's Pandora's Box.
The team really did a good job adapting the book. They kept the best parts and also supplemented POVs from Jason2 and Daniela. Bravo.

The last Jason who said the safe word "Jupiter" is the Jason we've been following since episode 1. Some people are saying, we can't know which Jason is the real one because they are all same but actually we can. The Jason who said the safe word is the one whose Amanda stayed where she wanted.
Also, he should have a photo of him and Amanda (A couple took a picture of them at a bar and gave it to Jason, if anyone forgot). This photo can later be used as a proof and if Amanda appears in the final episode, she could recognize the real Jason through the photo.

What makes "Jupiter Jason" so different from all the other Jasons trying to get back to Daniella?
Daniella will never be able to tell who really is "her" Jason. "Jupiter Jason" just got lucky.
Most likely his reaction, first he made sure to meet her in a way she would not feel in danger (in a police station) then when he was with his son, without saying anything else he hugged him.
The first black jacket Jason was focused in Daniela without caring about his son, the other one put their life in danger by crashing into them.
The one that was killed at the university had a fcked leg and a part of his face burn didn't cared to do it in a place where his son was.
By being send into another dimension he created a new waypoint in timeline so yeah it'll be pretty messy because they are ALL the prime Jason, only their adventures changed them, only the one that's still pure at this point and never did a bad action is the original prime jason because he was the one that was the perfect husband abd father 🤷

I'm pretty sure the christmas sweater Jason appeared back in the episode were Jason and Amanda entered a completely frozen world. I remember when they were back in the box they showed them and Jason had the same exact sweater. They went back to Jason 2 on the OG world, and back to the box to a no-sweater Jason. I was really confused at first since Jason had fully changed clothes and it seemed unlogical, i now understand that it might have been sweater Jason showing up since that episode.. maybe the 5th one? don't remember honestly, but i'ts cool to realize that haha :)
As soon as I saw J1 stare down the hallway at another Jason, I got Get Out vibes. On one hand it's sci-fi... but even mores, psychological horror drama. Outstanding!

Why I think Jupiter Jason is OG Jason (in addition to the more obvious things like the scar, headband ring):
At the bar, OG Jason takes a box of matches with a bear or tiger on it. At the diner, this is the same box of matches that was used to light the cigar. This indicates that this Jason is the OG Jason, in my opinion.
Another thought: The Jason1 clone at the bar said that he came a day earlier than OG Jason1 and he had lost his Amanda in another reality. For one, OG Jason’s affection for Amanda really was holding him back from finding his reality. Nonetheless, I do feel like his time with her was useful as she kept him grounded, plus she’s a therapist. Some of the other Jason clones seem more erratic, more impulsive. I wonder if it’s the same theory of clone-making where the duplicates can deviate from the original and become inferior. I.e, OG Jason is the best version but when he made the decision to stay with Daniella when he found out he was pregnant, Jason2 splintered off but his version is more impulsive, selfish, etc. Likewise, the other jasons that splintered off from the quests in the box seem more impulsive, vengeful, raging and less calculating. Of course, this could also be from the treacherous experiences that they’ve had making them on edge and desperate.

Look at the prime jason, the moment he took the box he created a bunch if variants of him like the one that was killed in the bathroom had a burnt face, a fcked leg and his last partner dead.
The one that crashed the car is not the prime Jason too because he crashed their car to get what he wanted and the one that was driving isn't the prime jason too because he focused on Daniela and didn't cared about his son.
What that say to us is the fact that they lived other adventures then what we saw all along because our prime jason didn't did anything wrong and was always pure, he was always only the father that missed his family and didn't had any kind of trauma except the fact that his family was took from him, he isn't a killer.
I believe at this point that the only one that can find whom is whom is his partner he left on the other dimension + the Ryan that was left in the same dimension aswell.
Ryan can probably with his new dimension tech and his knowledge make the box run again so we will probably see him the next episode and they will have to make things right i guess 🤷

You know why I love this too? It remind me of “The one” with jet li back in the day. He went across the multiverse eliminating every version of himself.
This is a modern take with less kung fu. I love the premise.
I think they will try to go to the world where Jasons partner Amanda decided to stay in. It’s like a utopia version of the prime world and would make sense for the dessen family. I also think that world she is in is possibly where jay2 sent pavia award Charlie to. From a tv stand point it sets those characters up for a story line for a future season if they do it. Also don’t forget Jason snuck 2 ampoules in Amanda’s bag when they split. That could be how she and Ryan return to prime world. I didn’t read the books and love to post theories. Just a thought from the rabbit hole! Enjoy!
After having seen 8 episodes, they leave many loose ends. I don't think it's a self-contained series. The plot of the two Ryans is open, that of the scientist who was trapped in the dead world is open, that of the multiple Jasons is open, that of the guy who got lost in the box is still open. I don't think they close that many plots in a single episode. I just think they'll close the Jason 1 story.

Look, Let me get something into the perspective of everyone. If One Rich Jason wanted to kidnap one Average Jason from one timeline to another, there might be other Rich Jasons who might have made the same decision to kidnap other Average Jasons from other timelines. As in a multiverse of branches each and every decision you make branches off into another reality! This means all the different Jasons are from different timelines altogether.
What's interesting is that in the primary universe of the Rich Jason and all the Average Jasons, all end up in the same universe or it seems as it is. If the decisions made inside the Shrohindeger's box may make Varients of itself in superposition then there might be other timelines that branch off where the other Jasons or all other versions of Jasons are from. Because it would create a completely different timeline even if you're inside the box, it should not revert to the same timeline over and over again.
It's an interesting theory as to why everyone ended up in the same timeline, might be because they all feel a sense of longing in this exact same timeline. It's hard to understand why they cannot go to the timeline they created by being inside the box, if they can branch off so can the timeline.
The perfect end would be :
Jason, wife and son leave this World using the box for a World in which all 3 of them are dead but where Max is alive (the dead twin brother).
This end would be beauuuuutiful ! Please make this happen ! Anyworld is possible if you know how to Travel, and now Jason 1 knows the way the box works. Imagine the all 4 of them United again ... 😊 PS : and Bad Jason 2 gets stuck in the most horrible world as punishment for all the chaos he caused !
Liked the idea but I don’t see how they set up the ability for the box to create actual living beings for each possible choice he could make in the box. The fact it can do this just brings more questions. How was J2 able to practice learning the box without triggering an alternate who cuts corners? What about the rich guy also should the friend also have many versions as he explored at least one world and it’s possible he had a bad thought in one reality. Also also should all the boxes be having constant versions of everyone who’s ever been in the box? Every Jason half the Amanda’s and all the rich guys all will have copies that would have motivation to returns or visit the “prime” reality. This also bring up how two versions can exist before the box was created anyway
I think the bigger question is ... which Jason did Daniela knock out? Alternate versions of that Jason likely exist as well. That part I think is as trippy as the diff versions of the Jason we've been cheering for.

I would think that all the copies of Jason2 he made along the way to this world would have no reason to go this one, they don't know about it. They are probably kidnapping their own Jason in another variation of this world and taking over their life like this one did life.
There would be no reason for other Jason 2s in this world. That is why there is only one Jason 2 that we see
Also while Jason 2 was in the stalking phase (events that happen before and in episode 1 itself) there would have been many Jason 2's who would have also came out the same box. This Jason 2 would have had the time to tackle them. That means we are seeing one of many Jason 2s that survived

I just want to start by saying I haven’t read the book but I am thrilled to watch this series as Rick and Morty fan (multiverse travel).
Here is my theory on what will happen on the final episode:
Our Dessen family (Jason1, Daniella and Charlie) will soon realize they can no longer in a world where multiple Jasons are dead or walking around. We saw that there are enough ampules at Jason 2s storage. They will grab those and they will get in the box.
They might want to go any universe but we all know he has to go back to Jason 2’s universe. There is a good reason for it.
Let’s think about why that universe is the best for them. Jason is gone in that universe I bet he will die soon at J1s universe with incoming amount of Js who wants to kill him. Daniela is dead in that universe. Our Daniela always wondered how her life would be if she pursued her dream of becoming a painter. She can take her place and continue to be an artist. They are both famous in this world and rich. Jason and Daniela can say they kept their son hidden so they could focus on their career. Famous people do this all the time. Most importantly Leighton is gone too in J2s universe. Leighton and Jason are partners of the Velocity. With Leighton gone our Jason 1 will have the full control of the company. He will order to demolishment of the box. Remember boxes only appear in the same coordinates of this universe box because it is the original box that started the multiversel travel. If you destroyed that box then you destroy all of them.

The Jason in the bar is the bad one(The Usurper) or a copy of The Userper! No scratch on his nose(right side). Most of the scene is showing his left side for a reason for us not to pick on this detail but, there is a few seconds where clearly you can notice that he doesn't have a scratch on his noose. I think he used the clothes (definitely the hat) of the other Jason who got killed at the beginning of the episode. That is just my observation.

It’s complicated enough trying to comprehend all the universes that have spread out from Jason 1 since he was kidnapped. But consider, all the universes that have split off his ‘home’ universe too. He’s got a multiverse of ‘homes’ he could go back to. I’d say ‘exponential growth’ is pretty pokey compared to multiversal expansion. Our brains definitely didn’t evolve to have any kind of intuition about something like this.
After the show ends and you want something similar, check out Counterpart and Fringe, theyr alternate universes, but counterpart is more slow and fringe is like xfiles
Tbh, I was disappointed in the sci-fi soap opera style of this series - I thought the only great episode was ep 4 with the corridor being introduced. Till now. This episode was so mind-blowing and so much fun to watch that it was worth sitting through everything else to get here. 🤯This has created a near-impossible quandary and I have no idea how it can be fixed. Jason 2 quite literally opened a Pandora's box of Jasons and there's no fixing it now. 😂They can seal off the box but how many Jasons are already in this world waiting to pounce, rightfully believing they belong here? That will still be a gigantic problem. I guess they could all go to another world but they'd have to find one where NONE OF THEM exist (as in, those counterparts all died). Another thing - how do we really know FOR SURE that the Jason we followed with the "Jupiter" code word is our original? He saw a Jason in the hotel hallway who looked exactly like him - he was too far away to tell if there were any differences. It would be wild if it turns out this is the wrong one and the writers fooled both Daniela and us. 🤣🤣🤣 Lastly, since ALL of these variants came from this prime universe kidnapping, they all do technically belong here with Jason's family so no matter what, even if Jason Prime succeeds, it's still a tragic ending for all the variants of him.
In one of the episodes it’s mentioned they can only travel to worlds they either lived in or died in but have to have existed in before. Can’t go to a world they have no existence.

at the end of the series... there will still only be 1 Jason who will stay with Daniela... and in my opinion everything can be seen from the screen time... why am I sure the Jupiter Jason is the real Jason... because of his screen time more and it looks like we are more focused on just him alone... and it can be seen from the way he speaks, his intonation and gestures really show he's the real one...especially after he had the brilliant idea not to be too reckless looking for Daniela at home... and preferring to smoke at the bar so that he gets caught by the police and asks Daniela to let him go so they can meet...THE REAL JASON has a brilliant and is not too hasty...
@@GeneralZod1991I agree with you about the thing that the Jason 1 we have been following is smart about his decisions. The other Jason 1s didn't have the kind of hopeful time that the OG Jason 1 had. Some lost their Amandas, one Jason we see was burnt, that is why they are reckless as they are more than desperate to make it all end.

Jason #6 - Pinkie bandage who buys the knife and spray from the last episode! (Not in this episode)

Jason #9 - Christmas Jumper who follows Jason in the street.
Jason #10 - Is sat in the booth with a scar on his forehead and a black tie around wedding finger

Mind-blowing! This gets me thinking about multiverses and natural selection.
Think about it - Jason 1 sprung an infinite number of other Jasons once he entered the box.
Every new alternate-decision spawning Jason either leads to a universe where he eventually dies or irrevocably fails to get back to his family.
So, like natural selection, all the Jasons that don't make it-their mission timeline ceases to exist. Consequently, only the most successful Jasons will get to reach and interact with Daniela, which is only a select few of them.
Of those most successful Jasons, some of their behaviors would be adapted to survival of the fittest, which means their personality and demeanor would be drastically different, in a negative way, from the original Jason.
Other versions, fewer still, would be the kinder type who so happened to succeed out of their love for Daniela and didn't become the "bad" type despite the dangers and hardships. These-probably two of three of them-are most likely to resemble the original Jason the most.
So, in theory, if we were to tell who is really Jason 1, we can eliminate all the aggressive, dangerous types, which leaves the "kind" replicas-which the "Jupiter" Jason might be one of.
In reality, individuality becomes a murky concept when dealing with multiverses. For instance, why should a Jason that made Decision-1 be seen as the "original" instead of a Jason that made Decision-2, and so on? In actuality, they both can be seen as the original that branched off into their own respective universes as their new realities collapsed into existence.
This makes us question: What really constitutes a person and their identity? Perhaps a more accurate description might be that of a long series of causal events linked by an unbroken chain which leads all the way back to the original moment of their creation. A unique fingerprint-a causal pathway that only said specific person went down and lived.
In Jason 1's case, he's only the original because he met Daniela years prior and his causal chain interacted with hers. And unlike Jason 2, their causal pathways were linked-and remained linked due to their decision to remain together.
But once they separated-as Jason 1 was put in the box by Jason 2-original Jason's causal pathways now interacted with new branches as he made new decisions-which created multitudes of new universes original Jasons in them. From that initial instance inside the box, Jason 1 ceased being Daniela's Jason 1, and the infinite superposition that he became all led to them having equal right to get back home to Daniela and Charlie.
This is where natural selection comes in: If "Jupiter" Jason got to her first, then that's the original Jason because he has every right, as do the others, as much as Jason 1, to be with her. In an actual sense, they're all an initial version of Jason who went in the box and simply had different pathways at attempting to get back to her. The problem is that instead of only one Jason surviving the natural selection process and having his causal branch reconnect with Daniela's, there are now multiple successfully surviving Jasons in their own universes jumping between branches of causality and interfering with the original universe-a place that isn't theirs to exist in.
But the thing is, it IS their place to exist in because they originate from there and were artificially forced to branch out from a different universe that they never should have connected to and existed in in the first place. There are a bunch of new universes that exist that shouldn't have existed at all, and the Jasons from there are trying to return home. And because they spawned within the box, there is truly nowhere for them to go except what they see as "back home," which is Jason's original universe.
In my opinion, the Jason that returns first, most resembles Jason 1, and Daniela is most comfortable with, can rightfully be seen as Jason 1. In that sense, Jupiter Jason is indeed Jason 1. But then again, they all are.
So in the end, I guess there's only 3 solutions:
1. The other Jason's simply off themselves to stop their causal branch.
2. They find other partners and learn to love them.
3. Daniela goes in the box and creates new artificial universes that allows the other Jasons to "travel" to and live in.
I like number 3. The box not only becomes a multiverse tunneling machine, but a cloning machine as well!

First few minutes of the episode I thought I was tripping 😂 wow what a show.
You just kind of assumed that Jason 1 would come back, kill Jason 2 and then live happily ever after. But after this weeks episode I have no idea how this show is going to end.

Non book reader here. This was a trippy episode. The fact that your thoughts in the box can also create thought based alternates of yourself is scary. Scarier still is these alternates think alike to the prime identity as they sort of are primes in their own right. Looks like a unique method of human cloning has been created unintentionally. I wonder is it usage of the box alone achieving this or is it also achieved in combination with the compound? The human brain is still largely a mystery so maybe when the compound suppresses the pre frontal cortex to allow observation of superposition, other regions of the brain can place your thoughts in superposition creating these duplicate identities and realities?
It didn't look like Daniela was totally convinced at the end. And why didn't we see when the original Jason opened the door to the right world, or did I miss something last week? And the other loose cannon, the billionaire, is running amuck in the box. Lots of potential for a season 2!
My guess is that Daniela and Charlie go with him and travel to another world, due to having to get away from the other Jasons, perhaps Jason 1's world. But also Daniela finds the poloroid picture of him and Amanda. Jason 1 goes back into the box and returns to his original world.
I feel like Jason 8 will hold Jason 1 at gun point though. I'd put money on it.

Jason prime is killed at the start of Episode 8. Jason 1.1 is bailed out of jail and tells his wife the story but is not the original husband, he has no string on his finger. The "Jupiter" Jason at the end is another Jason again who does have the string on his finger.

How do we know the Jason at the end of the episode is Jason 1? The impression I’m getting from this episode is that there are potentially infinite Jasons now.
My other concern is wondering if all these other jasons are the ones the usurper screwed over, or if we now have just infinite usurpers too?

We have only been watching two Jasons. All the variants that were created and their indiviual stories unfolded after Jason and Amanda ran to the box, and that happened off screen. Episode 8 is where we see the other variants of Jason 1

@@stalsthetic9500 from episode 5 the sound cues start breaking the established rule. With that and seeing Leighton dancing around to Prince I thought there must be other stuff going on so went back. After seeing themselves getting shot it meant that 1000s of other made it so that's how I knew we were going to have 100s of Jasons at the end. Why have the clues to discover what's going to happen but then it not be so? Just seems weird they put so much emphasis on the field notebook for it to not come back up. The sound cues going script along with the unexplained clothes changes (which the various Jasons are now wearing) is subtle but made it possible to work out what was going to happen.
There's one scene with odd ampoules. It's a few episodes back. It's weird that it was bleach tipped Leighton that made me go look only to find different Jasons.

I didn’t think at the end of last episode it was a 3rd Jason who went into the store trying to get a gun. I thought it was Jason 1 after he got home and wanted to take action on Jason 2 who was at home. But it makes sense cause why would Jason 2 be there trying to buy a gun.
