    Recieved mine about a week ago with rifle stock ( much more comfortable ). At first the noise clacking was far too loud and distracting, but after adding a velcro strap to suppress the noise ( where the top part of the gun hits plastic on plastic ) and turning down the intensity, it really is amazing how much more immersion I have now in games. 😁

    i'm currently on day one of playing with this thing and so far I love it. I find it extremely customizable and so far I've played it with crisis brigade and gun club and it works fantastic. Yeah you have to do a couple seconds tweaking but honestly it's nothing compared to the amount of flexibility. It has to play with different types of games. Yeah I wish I had a pro tube and have it just work with the games automatically via Bluetooth yeah
    but this is easy enough and the price point was a lot more comfortable for something that I may not use all the time or a lot. It's a nice to have every once in a while when I will break it out and 160s and bad compared to 400 which just wasn't justifiable in my mind. but that's me. I'm really happy with this. It's exactly what I want to give me that old-school arcade fee of using the guns with the recoil. It's a bit heavy. I will admit, but I think all of these types of set ups are, and that strap is good to counterbalance. I haven't seen many reviews on this product so I would be glad to try to get the word out that it is a good option. It feels very good so far. I'm very happy.

    This is *extremely* impressive and I'm sure the R&D wasn't cheap, it looks to have an impressive build quality, the magnetic mount points and the adjustability is just *chef's kiss*... having said that I'm not sure when I'm going to be willing to pay 80% of a MQ3s for a controller adapter... 🤷‍♂

    I ended up getting the stock sooner than I thought I would because the gun is rather heavy and I wanted something to help with that weight even when I'm using it in pistol mode, I would still prefer the stock to help with the weight. It's not impossible, but if you're playing for an hour, you will feel it and I'm not exactly what I would consider to be weak maybe more lazy if anything the gun stock was actually much easier than I thought to put together. I don't know why I thought it was gonna be harder anyway so far still happy also I'll add that. I have gotten many responses to questions through their customer service so I'm giving them points for that as well

    update: so far I'm using this haptic gun with crisis brigade, guardians gun club and I still have more to test it out with, but it is phenomenal. What an experience, especially guardians the rapid fire machine gun setting perfect and you can customize it so that it is in line with the game. I'm getting used to reloading so I will say at first you have to get used to it but I think that would be the case with any gunstock or gun. You're not just reloading with a standard controller so something will be in the way you just have to get used to it. I do really want the stock, but I'm not going to drop the deal right now does this work with a regular stock? Also, I can't see where you buy the stock after you've already bought the gun on the dead website it's only a package and I'm missing something nonetheless really enjoying this product. It was really nothing in terms of reviews out there so I really want to state that this is a solid purchase for $160.

    still testing us here some games that I found at work really well with this so far I'm sure others but as far as arcade style that don't require a lot of gun fling around because it is heavy these are the best. Haven't tested crossfire or onward yet I'm sure that's good. bullet storm
    crisis brigaid
    drop dead cabin
    Robo recall
    Battle sister
    guardians
    arkade
    I would be interested in reviewing the stock if you're willing to send me one lol. I'll probably hold off until next year.

    Currently using the APEXINNO haptic and considering getting the Enforcer haptic for the ability to customize the fire delay. The APEXINNO haptic activates way too fast making me think the gun fired off already, but hasn't in game. Can you do a video demo how much delay we can add? Also how much battery life should we expect and is there a way to see it's current battery level without hooking it up to the charger? TIA 🎯🔫

    • @deadeyevirtualreality
      @deadeyevirtualreality  2 месяца назад +1

      Glad to hear that! The fire delay varies between 0 and 200 ms. We found we tended to hover around 70 ms for most games but we gave the fire delay a wide variety of values just to be safe. As for battery life, the battery life is lasts around 6 hours right now but we also are planning on selling extra batteries on our website. The way power is delivered is a bit simple so we didn't add the ability to monitor the battery life. We may add this in a future version but since we didn't have issues with the pistol running out of power mid game we didn't worry about it.

    • @_HardKOR

      @@deadeyevirtualreality Thanks for the response! Awesome to hear you're already talking about a future version! Could you consider adding these ideas to your Enforcer 2.0: An angle adjustable VR gun stock like the "KobraVR Mamba EDC". A way to physically change the actuation point of when the trigger activates the haptic. This would make your haptic 1:1 with every game on the market. I noticed every game requires a different amount of trigger pull and this could fix that problem. Lastly if you provide both a curved & flat trigger.
      BTW thanks for making awesome VR products! Love your golf adapter and will probably pick up the miracle pool adapter soon!

      I tried using the apexxino with a gunstock I bought 2 years ago. It helps with immersion but unfortunately something about the appexino throws off tracking( gun spins, randomly moves muzzle up etc) ive tried taping the lights on it but that didn't work. Have you tried pairing the apexino with a gunstock?

  • @DenyDefendDeport
    @DenyDefendDeport 2 месяца назад +5

    So the fire rate is dependent on it's own and not the game input. This must mess up immersion as most auto guns have different rates of fire. This is a big fat NO for me.

    • @zhaetur
      @zhaetur 2 месяца назад

      It shows you can adjust the fire rate a minute in

    • @DanielBascom
      @DanielBascom 2 месяца назад +1

      it's actually really easy. I played a good amount of games with a variation of gun types. I just use feel to adjust the fire rate dial. I don't know what your expectation is, but it's actually really flexible and customizable with that said I'm not a perfectionist so I don't know if this is for you. and it happens really quick. I've only had it for a week and I'm at a matter of seconds to get the right type of gun feel at this point and for the most part like he says in the video, you're only really adjusting the gun type single shot burst or machine gun

    • @En1gmatic1
      @En1gmatic1 Месяц назад

      I noticed if you use headphones to block out outside sound, your mind fills the gaps between the actual ROF and the in-game ROF. I've used the Apexino haptic pistols on their full auto settings and it's not adjustable, but it works fine. Your really just physically stimulated feeling continuous feedback to go along with your "full auto". Your mind isn't actually counting and syncing the timing of your ROF to the audio.
      But as someone who also has a Forcetube that acurately times ROF to certain games, it's definitely a better and more satisfying experience but it also feels like the premium $500 spent vs the Good enough and still fun gunplay of the cheaper versio.
      Basically once you start using haptics of any kind. It's hard to going back to none at all

    Is it just me, or is there a massive blindside here? If the trigger for the mechanism to recoil, is the trigger pull itself, and not from in-game data, then every time you use the trigger outside of firing (e.g., magazine change, gun cocking, grenade pin grab), you’ll feel recoil that has no relation to your action. 🤷‍♂

    • @deadeyevirtualreality
      @deadeyevirtualreality  2 месяца назад

      We made the trigger narrow for this reason. You can pull the in quest trigger without triggering the Enforcer. Personally, I find that this is easy and accessible. We thought about making it so if you held one of the buttons down while using the trigger it would disable the trigger but that was kind of cumbersome. This was a case where simpler was better.

    • @DanielBascom
      @DanielBascom 2 месяца назад

      i've played about 10 different games now most of the time magazine changes and gun cocking are done with the left hand so it hasn't been an issue grenade pin pulls. Yes that has been an issue.

    • @DanielBascom
      @DanielBascom 2 месяца назад

      also, one thing that I'll add is, I have gotten into the habit of turning it off if I'm not shooting it's actually very easy to use the pointer finger to switch fire rates but also to turn it off and on if I don't want to activate the haptics, for example, using the menu or just walking in a game and not firing. Again, I haven't had it very long, but I've gotten used to switching things with my pointer finger very quickly. It's actually very easy. But maybe in the next consideration, they can have the buttons be even more comfortably close

    For the price of 140 bucks, this is way too much of a prototype oozing product! I mean a lithium battery that you have to take out and charge and is basically an RC battery, come on! At the very least have it build in with a usb-c connector! I like the idea but, the price is way too high!

    • @MuzzVirtual
      @MuzzVirtual 2 месяца назад +5

      I think the price is pretty fair. I mean most Kobra vr gunstocks cost around this price without any haptics at all. And protuberance vr. These guys are offering a gunstock with haptics that are easily changeable while keeping the headset on and u can take the gunstock off and have just a pistol haptic

    • @Peter-DOC-Docter
      @Peter-DOC-Docter 2 месяца назад +1

      @MuzzVirtual To each his own, i don't compare it to other gunstocks, i also think they are way too expensive honoustly, but this just isn't a fully developed product imo and as such it should either be cheaper or just be further developed. If you rush a product for sales (mostly due to deadlines and budget) it will still be judged as the final product, and first impressions are everything with hardware products.

    If anyone is thinking of getting one, DON’T! Why?... Their support is nonexistent!
    They pretty much do not reply to emails, even if they do, it is of no value or help.
    I made stupid mistake of getting one. Purchased on the 2nd Dec, took over 3 weeks instead of one to get to me, which was already frustrating. I believe I have a defective unit and have been trying to get some help since. Really quite pathetic and disappointing, really expensive purchase for me.
