DeadEye Rifle Stock - Magnetic Fully Adjustable Rifle Accessory

The original DeadEye Rifle Stock From DeadEyeVR www.DeadEyeVR.com @DeadEyeVirtualReality
Does this even work for lefties?
Has the design changed? i bought the carbon fiber elite. I dont have the crank or a place for the strap to go. please help. the black plastic part is andled at the back where you can see the weights. I cant find that design anywhere.
Has anyone tried with little archers vr?
With Tiny Archers?? I had. It works well. It doesn't look aligned, but you first press the trigger to put the arrow and then you just pull, and it's aligned. Works really well with Tiny Archers. I couldn't figured it out with Elven Assassin, and the people from Dead Eye VR, they don't help much.
Are you planning on making one for PSVR2?
Can someone explain me how to shoot on Elven Assassin? I'm not able to pull the arrow and release it, I don't know why. I see the arrow in my bow and press the button and pull my Shadow Shot but the arrow doesn't shoot. Thanks!
I dont get all the crap reviews and comments. Are they even real? I have the DriVR and use it all the time on Golf Plus and Walkabout...never a single issue. Never lost a controller...How hard are y'all swinging the club to lose a controller? I slip the safety loop over the club grip before mounting it, just in case...but never had a need for it.
I bought on Amazon, it came with no thumbscrew. How can I get one?
Sorry about that! Reach out to us here and we'll send you a replacement deadeyevr.com/pages/contact-us
@@deadeyevirtualreality Thanks much!
Maybe should have got someone who can actually swing a club to demonstrate
Recieved mine about a week ago with rifle stock ( much more comfortable ). At first the noise clacking was far too loud and distracting, but after adding a velcro strap to suppress the noise ( where the top part of the gun hits plastic on plastic ) and turning down the intensity, it really is amazing how much more immersion I have now in games. 😁
What is the snap thing called lmao
We call it a Snaptic. Snap + Haptic. Revolutionary name we know 😂
@ hey, i like it! The way he said it was like wait….. haha great lil idea yall!
Garbage product. Scam.
Fucking garbage. Scam
Nice addition to VR!
Was this design changed ? I ordered one but there's no crank to turn.
You have sold me and I am definitely gonna get this but sadly I just found this out almost end of Cyber Monday so I will have to probably wait til next spring to be able to get one. Please tell me you ship to Canada....
They did not put it on sale for some reason so no worries
Wow where u take that bow accesory?
I have reviewed this gunstock, its honestly epic. Im truly blown away how good it is.
Any plans to make this work with the pico 4?
I ended up getting the stock sooner than I thought I would because the gun is rather heavy and I wanted something to help with that weight even when I'm using it in pistol mode, I would still prefer the stock to help with the weight. It's not impossible, but if you're playing for an hour, you will feel it and I'm not exactly what I would consider to be weak maybe more lazy if anything the gun stock was actually much easier than I thought to put together. I don't know why I thought it was gonna be harder anyway so far still happy also I'll add that. I have gotten many responses to questions through their customer service so I'm giving them points for that as well
Been reading your comments. Been 2 weeks, how you loving it so far? Any tips, tricks, advice, or opinions? Mine is said to come Saturday, but I want more information because of my excitement 😂
Great walkthrough video. Do you have an idea of what the max force produced is in Newtons? Curious how it compares to ProVolver
The default meta link cable doesn’t fit in your 3d printed adapter. Bummer :/
still testing us here some games that I found at work really well with this so far I'm sure others but as far as arcade style that don't require a lot of gun fling around because it is heavy these are the best. Haven't tested crossfire or onward yet I'm sure that's good. bullet storm crisis brigaid drop dead cabin Robo recall Battle sister guardians arkade I would be interested in reviewing the stock if you're willing to send me one lol. I'll probably hold off until next year.
The DriVR Elite does not show up in Golf+ Deadeye does not acknowledge this and Golf+ closes bug reports without fixing.
@deadeye. how do you know when the battery is charged? Is there anyway to indicate how much percentage is on the battery?
update: so far I'm using this haptic gun with crisis brigade, guardians gun club and I still have more to test it out with, but it is phenomenal. What an experience, especially guardians the rapid fire machine gun setting perfect and you can customize it so that it is in line with the game. I'm getting used to reloading so I will say at first you have to get used to it but I think that would be the case with any gunstock or gun. You're not just reloading with a standard controller so something will be in the way you just have to get used to it. I do really want the stock, but I'm not going to drop the deal right now does this work with a regular stock? Also, I can't see where you buy the stock after you've already bought the gun on the dead website it's only a package and I'm missing something nonetheless really enjoying this product. It was really nothing in terms of reviews out there so I really want to state that this is a solid purchase for $160.
Thank you for your positive feedback! We added a listing where you can buy the stock attachment. Here's a link to it deadeyevr.com/collections/enforcer/products/enforcer-non-haptic-rifle-stock-rifle-stock-accessory-for-quest-vr
i'm currently on day one of playing with this thing and so far I love it. I find it extremely customizable and so far I've played it with crisis brigade and gun club and it works fantastic. Yeah you have to do a couple seconds tweaking but honestly it's nothing compared to the amount of flexibility. It has to play with different types of games. Yeah I wish I had a pro tube and have it just work with the games automatically via Bluetooth yeah but this is easy enough and the price point was a lot more comfortable for something that I may not use all the time or a lot. It's a nice to have every once in a while when I will break it out and 160s and bad compared to 400 which just wasn't justifiable in my mind. but that's me. I'm really happy with this. It's exactly what I want to give me that old-school arcade fee of using the guns with the recoil. It's a bit heavy. I will admit, but I think all of these types of set ups are, and that strap is good to counterbalance. I haven't seen many reviews on this product so I would be glad to try to get the word out that it is a good option. It feels very good so far. I'm very happy.
すごいですね~ 3つのボタンにプリセット登録できるんですか これならネイティブ対応されていなくてもスムーズに切り替えができそうですね
If we purchase the pistol first, but later decide to purchase the stock, will there be an option to purchase the stock or its parts separately?
Yes. If you buy this stock you can swap the right controller cup for the enforcer pistol deadeyevr.com/collections/enforcer/products/enforcer-non-haptic-rifle-stock-rifle-stock-accessory-for-quest-vr
This is great to have available now. Would like to show it on my YT Channel, however $250 is a little much.
Is it just me, or is there a massive blindside here? If the trigger for the mechanism to recoil, is the trigger pull itself, and not from in-game data, then every time you use the trigger outside of firing (e.g., magazine change, gun cocking, grenade pin grab), you’ll feel recoil that has no relation to your action. 🤷♂
We made the trigger narrow for this reason. You can pull the in quest trigger without triggering the Enforcer. Personally, I find that this is easy and accessible. We thought about making it so if you held one of the buttons down while using the trigger it would disable the trigger but that was kind of cumbersome. This was a case where simpler was better.
i've played about 10 different games now most of the time magazine changes and gun cocking are done with the left hand so it hasn't been an issue grenade pin pulls. Yes that has been an issue.
also, one thing that I'll add is, I have gotten into the habit of turning it off if I'm not shooting it's actually very easy to use the pointer finger to switch fire rates but also to turn it off and on if I don't want to activate the haptics, for example, using the menu or just walking in a game and not firing. Again, I haven't had it very long, but I've gotten used to switching things with my pointer finger very quickly. It's actually very easy. But maybe in the next consideration, they can have the buttons be even more comfortably close
For the price of 140 bucks, this is way too much of a prototype oozing product! I mean a lithium battery that you have to take out and charge and is basically an RC battery, come on! At the very least have it build in with a usb-c connector! I like the idea but, the price is way too high!
I think the price is pretty fair. I mean most Kobra vr gunstocks cost around this price without any haptics at all. And protuberance vr. These guys are offering a gunstock with haptics that are easily changeable while keeping the headset on and u can take the gunstock off and have just a pistol haptic
@MuzzVirtual To each his own, i don't compare it to other gunstocks, i also think they are way too expensive honoustly, but this just isn't a fully developed product imo and as such it should either be cheaper or just be further developed. If you rush a product for sales (mostly due to deadlines and budget) it will still be judged as the final product, and first impressions are everything with hardware products.
For context, other haptic gunstocks in this tier with a USB C charge port take upto 7 hours to charge, just saying.
@@LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs Not really relative, could be they pack a bigger punch, have a bigger battery or can be used longer. besides that, no problem really, you just leave it to load over night then!
@peterdocter4659 fair enough mate. Anyway I hope you enjoyed the video and appreciate the comments 😊
So the fire rate is dependent on it's own and not the game input. This must mess up immersion as most auto guns have different rates of fire. This is a big fat NO for me.
It shows you can adjust the fire rate a minute in
it's actually really easy. I played a good amount of games with a variation of gun types. I just use feel to adjust the fire rate dial. I don't know what your expectation is, but it's actually really flexible and customizable with that said I'm not a perfectionist so I don't know if this is for you. and it happens really quick. I've only had it for a week and I'm at a matter of seconds to get the right type of gun feel at this point and for the most part like he says in the video, you're only really adjusting the gun type single shot burst or machine gun
I noticed if you use headphones to block out outside sound, your mind fills the gaps between the actual ROF and the in-game ROF. I've used the Apexino haptic pistols on their full auto settings and it's not adjustable, but it works fine. Your really just physically stimulated feeling continuous feedback to go along with your "full auto". Your mind isn't actually counting and syncing the timing of your ROF to the audio. But as someone who also has a Forcetube that acurately times ROF to certain games, it's definitely a better and more satisfying experience but it also feels like the premium $500 spent vs the Good enough and still fun gunplay of the cheaper versio. Basically once you start using haptics of any kind. It's hard to going back to none at all
Damn finally somebody did it
Will there be any Black Friday deals popping off? This looks sick!
Please show continuous gameplay through an entire clip, reloading, and back to firing position to firing.
We plan to put together another gameplay video to show off all that the stock can do
I don't have the stock. I just have the gun. It takes him getting used to. I was manual reloading and it was hitting the handle a bit at first
This is *extremely* impressive and I'm sure the R&D wasn't cheap, it looks to have an impressive build quality, the magnetic mount points and the adjustability is just *chef's kiss*... having said that I'm not sure when I'm going to be willing to pay 80% of a MQ3s for a controller adapter... 🤷♂
I was thinking of getting the APEXINNO, then I saw this product. Can you sell the Rifle Stock separately as well? Any discount code? I'm thinking of purchasing the Pistol first to try.
I need this 🔥
Currently using the APEXINNO haptic and considering getting the Enforcer haptic for the ability to customize the fire delay. The APEXINNO haptic activates way too fast making me think the gun fired off already, but hasn't in game. Can you do a video demo how much delay we can add? Also how much battery life should we expect and is there a way to see it's current battery level without hooking it up to the charger? TIA 🎯🔫
Glad to hear that! The fire delay varies between 0 and 200 ms. We found we tended to hover around 70 ms for most games but we gave the fire delay a wide variety of values just to be safe. As for battery life, the battery life is lasts around 6 hours right now but we also are planning on selling extra batteries on our website. The way power is delivered is a bit simple so we didn't add the ability to monitor the battery life. We may add this in a future version but since we didn't have issues with the pistol running out of power mid game we didn't worry about it.
@@deadeyevirtualreality Thanks for the response! Awesome to hear you're already talking about a future version! Could you consider adding these ideas to your Enforcer 2.0: An angle adjustable VR gun stock like the "KobraVR Mamba EDC". A way to physically change the actuation point of when the trigger activates the haptic. This would make your haptic 1:1 with every game on the market. I noticed every game requires a different amount of trigger pull and this could fix that problem. Lastly if you provide both a curved & flat trigger. BTW thanks for making awesome VR products! Love your golf adapter and will probably pick up the miracle pool adapter soon!
I tried using the apexxino with a gunstock I bought 2 years ago. It helps with immersion but unfortunately something about the appexino throws off tracking( gun spins, randomly moves muzzle up etc) ive tried taping the lights on it but that didn't work. Have you tried pairing the apexino with a gunstock?
Where do I find one
Just got mine today. I don’t know what I am doing wrong but it is longer than the cue in game and the cue in game flops around in my left hand all the time even though it is set to be attached to my right hand. It is pretty much unusable in this state unless I can figure out what is wrong.
Nevermind, think I got it figured out now.
@@maxflier Did you have the follow back hand option selected ? if so could you edit your comment to mention how you fixed the issue so anyone else confused will know what to do? Also thank you for your purchase!
Great job, guys! I have spent a lot of time doing my own archery accessory a couple of years ago. The main problem was that the angle and position of a VR bow didn't match to the real one's. So, we developed an adjustable holder. This problem is partly visible on your video where you are aiming upper than the actual accessory's position is.
awesome!
This. Is. Incredible.
How does this work? Like I have to hit the button on the controller to actually gave the cue strike the cue ball? I love this idea but the controller on the cue doesn't have the button pressed so how is it hitting the ball? P.S. love this sim, played it on my girlfriends quest 2 and I'm about to get a headset and this cue stick so I don't have to go to the bar as often lol
You have to hold the trigger on the front controller down while shooting. I'm hoping they add a toggle option for this as it'd be less of a hassle. I generally use a variation of an open bridge and it doesn't cause me any issues. You can see the way you do bridges in the product pictures deadeyevr.com/collections/masterbreaker-1/products/masterbreaker-wooden-collapsible-vr-pool-cue-for-miracle-pool
This looks v cool! But I can't help but think the mounting of the controller above the arrow and the pull being above the arrow will make the weight and pull feel really odd? Guessing mounting it below or behind the bow couldn't be achieved?
I just tried setting it up and my bolts just slide right into where they are supposed to go. They don’t screw in. Don’t think you guys threaded my little metal pieces and now I wasted 100 dollars and can’t even use it
Mine came without the thumb screw. How freaking convienent.
mine didn't come with the thumb screw as well! what did you do with your product?
@ I found a part from a tripod that fit the threads and used that lol
I don't have a screw thread for the thumbscrew on one side of the controller holder. It's just a hole without the metal thread that's shown in this video so the thumbscrew will not hold on it's own when it's open. It works like this but that seem to be a revision change they made at some point so buyers be aware.
