    I couldn't recommend the Active 2.0 enough when compared to the Kranzle. Really good value for the money. The only downside of the Active 2.0 is its weight when unmounted and it takes an extra 5 seconds for the pump to turn off when the trigger is released. The Kranzle is a guaranteed Rolls Royce. Let me know if you have any questions!

      @@gabrielvalentin4509 I've had it for over a year with no issues at all. Generally weekly washes on both my car and my wife's. No signs of any trouble and amazing performance for the price. I would definitely buy another one if and when this one gives up the ghost. I've used AR Blue machines and this one easily matches the performance that matters to me. No it's not serviceable, but it's a great unit and well worth the cost.

    As a detailer for the last 30yrs, my go to unit is Kranzle 1122 which I have been using for about 25yrs..and it's still going. To me the more water output the better and faster you finish and no mater how powerful your pressure washer is or how much water it moves...you still have to put the wash mitt on the vehicle body, unless you're dusting it. So after yrs of detailing I have figured out one thing and that is using a pressure washer more that just foaming is a waste of time and energy because nothing moves more water that just using a garden hose with a quality sprayer, so why use a pressure washer if I can rinse the whole vehicle 3-10X faster than any pressure washer. Rinse off with a hose, foam with a descent pressure washer, rinse off with hose, foam again with pressure washer and wash mitt the car with 2 bucket system and rinse off with hose and dry with a leaf blower. I do my wife Mustang daily driver under 45min and my Model X under 20min. I use only Eley hose and sprayer products and Griot's foam cannon, with my 25yrs old Kranzle and dry with ego blower. if you're a mobile detailer, than yes buy 2 Active 2.0 just incase 1 fails. Thanx for the video and your time. Just wanted to get my 2 cents in...have a great day

      @JadeaRS4 Месяц назад +1

      Snow foam first.Never rinse off fist as you are diluting the snow snow and you are not allowing the foam to do it's job. And 2 bucket method is not great either. 10 mitts and 1 bucket. You can not get all the dirt off the mitt with grit guards... most but not all. Use a separate mitt for every part of the vehicle.

    You should update the video. The 2.0 requires the wirebraded hose, which came with the unit. The correct hose eliminates the pulse and allows the instant stop. The 2.0 is rated for 200 hours and Active sells the stuff you need to change the oil and fix it if it breaks. You also need to be careful with the diameter of the orifice in the foam cannon and nozzles because if they're to small the motor can burn out from the increased amp draw. No matter what it's also a little louder. The Krenzle must have that 20amp circuit, changing the oil is way easier and the unit works with flexzilla type non wiremesh hoses. I think the Krenzla is therefore all around a little better unit but the question is do you think it's worth paying four times the price? Probably worth it if you use it to earn a living but probably not if you're washing a couple of cars or RVs on the weekends.

    Very helpful. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I bought the Active 2.0 for proof of concept. Wanted to see if I liked pressure washing/foam cannon. I do, so now I'm in the market for AR or Kranzle. Did you consider the AR at any point? I realize they need a 20A receptacle as well, which I have covered. great washes but I think Active would be like 250$ as it's still just a sealed discardable unit that must be replaced so I keep getting the Karch k1700 cube or Cryobi 1800 psi from home depot for 98$ with 2 year warranty included. in the end it doesn't matter. spend a grand on the kranzle that lasts 10 yrs. or get 10 Ryobis for 1000. but the Ryobi is easily swapped with warranty so you get 2 for 1 essentially. no doubt the Krazle is king but the Ryobi will clean your car the same. I run a Northstar electric unit at home. it was 749$ total stop I get 970psi at 2.2 gpm eith a 5.0 tip. regardless of what people think there are other washers of similar 0rice that give it a run for its $ for less cost

      "yes," but what you don't see is the reliability of the Kranzle on the long term. But like I mentioned, you can buy 4x Active 2.0's for 1 Kranzle. There's also a paper weight analogy here somewhere too. You can use a cheap piece of plastic or a solid bar of gold. One has better build quality but both do the same function.

    You get what you pay for. Active 2.0 is a consumable, you'll be trashing it in 2-3 years - the Kranzle is for life with a little maintenance.

      The ar630 is the better pw unit. Has higher gpm output while having similar build quality and you’ll save a couple hundred bucks

    the Kranzle is light years ahead of the active or anything else when it comes to car detailing . been using my 1322ts for over 3 years with daily use with no issues . The cheaper ones sound like a rat screaming , hurts my ears

    • @DasCayman
      @DasCayman  6 месяцев назад

      Tbh I prefer the Kranzle for the noise and ergonomics alone. Longevity is the question, but like I mentioned you can buy 3-4x Active 2.0's for one Kranzle 1322TS. Since I wasn't on a budget I went with the Kranzle, love it. Especially since you can send hot water through it.

      lol how did you come up with the idea kranzle is light years ahead? Especially when the AR has similar build quality, produces higher output and is cheaper than kranzle?

    I just dont get it. Yes you can fix the Kranzle, but... how much do parts cost for it? I bet the replacement parts cost more than the active 2.0. I want the Kranzle soooo bad, or the AR Blue. But like you said. The active 2.0 can be completely replaced 4 times before you spend what just 1 krenzle would cost... and if the krenzle fails before 4 actives fail, you are even more in debt with the Krenzle. Super tough decision but i feel like it should be an easy one. So why am i struggling to decide 😂😂

    • @DasCayman
      @DasCayman  8 месяцев назад

      I think it boils down to disposable income and/or how critical the power washer is to your business (if you have one). I will say, the Kranzle feels and runs so much smoother than the Active 2.0, BUT, the washing results are the same.

      each and every wash you do with the Kranzle will be more enjoyable, that alone is worth $$$. And knowing that you have the Ferrari of pressure washers is another comforting factor
