Dang Jenni you did it again!! I live alone and make all your meals in a jar in pint jars and its perfect for me!! If the kids come over, I just cook 2!! You have eliminated the pain in my a*& about dinner and made my life easier!! Thank you soooo much!
Yay! I'm so glad these are helpful! I to don't love cooking dinner.. ugh.. I do enjoy making the occasional big holiday meal, but the everyday stuff I avoid at all costs. 🤣

Ok, I have to admit, I prejudged what I thought this was going to be and I didn't think I was interested! But a few hours later, I thought, what the heck! It won't kill me to watch and see what's going on. I have to be more careful about prejudging without giving something a chance. I think I have most of the ingredients, it looks easy and simple to do and it kind of reminds me of no bean chili. Glad I decided to watch your video. Please do more of these!! If you need ingredient ideas, I have lots of broccoli and cauliflower!!

Wish you would do a series on this. Different jar meals. That one looked great. Would have to scale it down to two people though. I could see me making those. Variety is the spice of life.
Hi. Make a one jar recipe in a bowl mix well and put in 2 pint jars. Hope this saves you time.
Sour cream powder!! Got to get me some of that. And yes that looked really good.
We love to add the sour cream powder to recipes, but on it's own it's just not the same.

1 c ground beef
2 c Hungry Jack hash brown
1 c cheese sauce powder
½ c sour cream powder
1/3 c minced onion
1 tsp garlic
1 T Taco seasoning
1 T chili powder
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
Crock pot 2-3 hours
Bake for 1 hour in oven
Skillet on stove
Add mixture in pot
5 c of water
Mix well
Bring to boil
Simmer for 10-15 minutes to the consistency you like

I could almost taste it through the screen! I want to look into the Thrive items and if they are from Non-GMO and organic (pesticide free) ingredients. These meals would help in my preps and for those long work days when I just do not have it in me to cook.

Just a tip that even though the wipes might say flushable, often they are not. We have a plumbing business and during the TP shortage people would flush the wipes and we’d get the calls for clogged toilets.

Yes, you could use rice, instant will cook a bit quicker, but either will work. 💕
