Focus on getting high protein! 1 g for each lb you weigh ideally is the goal, so lots of lean protein like chicken for me and protein drinks.
And low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats for energy for workouts

Use the work provided laptops - they usually have security / VPN related stuff on them that’s different than using a personal

Hey, I am a software engineer too
I am not sure where to reach but there are few bugs in the RUclips app that I would be very happy if you could raise awareness about:
-RUclips in iPhone is rotating to the wrong direction when opening the app for the first time and making the screen larger
-iPad mini app is full of bugs because the app is designed for regular iPads, some buttons are unclickable almost
Also, in app extensions for RUclips is my dream 😅
