Fasting is the key to health and even looking healthy. 16 hour fast daily. Eat from 12-6, then fast and sleep and work.

I have PTSD, chronic fatigue and have episodes of sleeping marathons. Sleeping from 12 to 16 hours. My body just takes over and I have learned to just go with it, be kind to myself and know it's happening for a reason. Then my energy comes back and I can achieve a lot in a short time. The body has it's own intelligence and works so hard for us all the time. I thank my body and the cells in my body every day.
I have bipolar 1 and PTSD and I get times where I sleep 12 hours. Other times I sleep only 5 hours.
I once slept for 19 hours straight.

Do you eat cooked and animal? I guarantee you are deficient in both sunlight / vit D and iodine, and can be proven with a blood test and urine test. And have other deficiencies, including wanting to discuss it.
I have PTSD and this is well said. I am learning after a Lifetime of Misery to let go and let the Spirit of God. I had a dream for the First time in years that I could actually see and recall. I am Finally learning to Live with PTSD. 💧

That's where the "itis" comes from, it's the bodys immediate and natural response when having to process heavy meals. An alkaline meal should promote energy and shouldn't typically trigger the same response so let that be the measuring stick...

The best way to have real quality sleep is to ensure that our stomach is complete empty at least 4 hrs before bed and the meal should be light and properly combined.

4hrs is a bit much. 2-3hrs is OK. At 2hrs the stomach is empty anyway
I eat once a day. Vegetarian. But I don't eat my meal until right before bed. (I get better sleep wen full). Are y'all saying this is unhealthy

I agree with him. I changed my lifestyle since corona hit us(I'm from Kenya 🇰🇪) and had to change my eating habits and my sleeping has changed. I don't struggle to sleep anymore, I have the most interesting dreams and by 6 or in the morning, I'm already awake awaiting for some sun gazing 😉😉😉😉
Sleep is the most natural spiritual thing you can do. It’s not only healthy, but also spiritually transformative.

I've been watching a lot of his videos, both in English and Spanish, and I'm amazed how good articulated he is, his brain is very sharp, he is really capable of verbalise his thoughts on a very easy way!!!!! He speaks perfect English and perfect Spanish!!!! 👍🏻
Deep since i been fasting i been sleeping better i spent my young life struggling with sleep, and i went days without sleeping and funny thing is i can sleep 4 or 5 hours of sleep in rem sleep and feel ok i heard H.I.M sleept three hours and was ok. I also heard we use to sleep in intervals not full 8 hours. I heard more you fast and meditate less sleep u need any advice great video.

Lol I woke up at 5am fell asleep around 2am & now on YT at 8am 🤷🏾♀️ can't sleep properly since lockdown (march) but feel fine & energised through the day... I can't lie, after watching this I think it's because I have been cooking & eating better at home, then quick meals when working... 🙃 Haven't put on weight either but need to get more active 💃🏾🤸🏾♀️🧗♀️🧘😂
My mums eyes turn blue once she was older, I see this happen to a lot of Jamaicans.
My South African grannies too had blue eyes from a young age,as they grow older the more blue their eyes are

Science directly contradicts this. When you eat a lot before sleeping, your body stays active trying process the food. It reduces the deep sleep, which is very important.
Depending on the food & how heavy, food in the body digests successfully in 45mins up to 2 1/2 hours .... we sleep on Norm from 6-8 hours .. you do the math

So when wake dont eat for 8 hours...then eat in afternoon then after nothing. So technically one meal a day
No in the morning you need to eat fruits because they contain elecrolites which flush down the toxins from the body
Which I've done for 3 months now, combining cold showers and workouts everyday and keeping hydrated. Belive me, the whole aspect of action and body performance, instantly heightens 🕊️🌱🌱. Teach your body the most uncomfortable things , that way we can grow past our societal set limits ❤️

I can only tell you my experience friend, just come in it with an open view, you live in your own reality, it's only in my place to tell you, question it and try it, see the results for yourself. Start of with something realistic, meaning lower the bar with an intention to learn from it, that way only can you stay consistent, for anything to nurture it takes growth and patience. I always noticed that in older people, and also the naturally wake up early in the morning. I wonder why...
Older people go to bed 22.00 and wake up 06.00
Young people go to bed 02.00 and wake up 10 or 12 some people sleep but they belive they are woke..

Nothing gives me peaceful sleep more than the herb.
Weed gives you worse quality sleep, takes your dreams away, cuts you off from divine downloads you receive in your dreams.
@@glitchinthematrix555 bullshit, i have dreams every single night after smoking cannabis. I can only get sleep after smoking some, I am a clinical insomniac with PTSD. Traditional sedatives and melatonin did not help me anywhere near as much as cannabis.
I think this is a very variable thing between people. For some it will help and other it won't. For me, it can make me sleepy but it can also get in the way of me getting off to sleep. Its dependent on other factors such as how I'm feeling, what I've been doing, how much addrenaline is in my system, my stress levels etc... I also normally really struggle to get up the next day anytime I've gone to sleep high.
Dr. Gonzo it’s not bullshit and there’s legitimate studies showing it limits or doesn’t allow you to enter REM sleep. You might have some “dreams” but I guarantee you don’t remember those dreams and I also guarantee you’re not lucidly dreaming and aware during those dreams. If it helps with ptsd that’s great but just realize over time you’re damaging yourself.

Maybe you missed near the end where he says there are 8 hours after sleep which is the elimination mode, clearly when you're awake, and the next 8 hours which is the intake mode where you give yourself the materials for your body to repair itself, i.e. eating the right foods.
Well in Buddhist tradition monks can do days even months without sleep or food they are in higher meditation
