Excellent tutorial! It does get cut off at the end though, and the explanation of purchasing opponent's dice is repeated (20:50-22:53 and 22:53-25:00). This is the best explanation of the game that I've found.
Thank you for the kind words. This video is a bit embarrassing as it was made back when I was still experimenting with video editing and hadn't quite figured everything out yet. I appreciate the comment though.
Still excellent. The rules are so clearly stated. It was everything I needed to start playing. Perfect. And I've seen the quality improvements in mor recent videos.
Very nice tutorial. Small correction. According to the manual when players are tied for 1st place when defeating an encounter, the victory points for first and second place are added together and divided in half, rounded down. (No other points are distributed for 2nd place). When players are tied for 2nd place, the victory points for 2nd place are divided in half (rounded down) and distributed to the 2nd place players.
Where did you get those beautiful metal? coins on the right side of your board? I'd love to have a one general container of these that I just bring out to use to enhance multiple games.
They are from a kickstarter from a few years ago called "The Best Damn Metal Gaming Coins Period." I do not know if they are still available. Good luck! And Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the kind words. This video was made back when I was still trying to figure out video editing and RUclips in general. The original footage is likely lost, so sadly, no re-upload is likely.
@@GetReadyforGameNight Oh shoot! I think it's still the best tutorial out there. I recently added Troyes to my collection and I'm sure this video will make my life easier 😄
I’ll be honest... I must have accidentally cut the video short when I uploaded it. My raw video file does explain all the modules of the expansion at the end, but upon watching this again, the last part got cut off. Oops! Thanks for watching and for pointing this out!
Your tutorials are concise, helpful and to the point. Thank you. Shame about the resolution, though. :)
Thanks for the kind words! I'm still trying to improve on technical end. Thanks for watching!
I have re-shot my teaching video for Troyes. You can find it here ruclips.net/video/N1qEdVavndw/видео.html in HD if you wish.
Excellent tutorial! Keep em coming.

Thanks for catching that. And thanks for watching!
This is my second favorite game, and you're good at explaining. Troyes is difficult to teach.
Suq Madiq thank you!

Hey, that's handy. You've done a tutorial for both the new games I picked up!
Dean Lowdon Awesome! What's the other game?
Get Ready for Game Night! Concordia.
Dean Lowdon Two great games! Enjoy!
Great video! I just wish the quality was higher than 480p. Also, will you reupload the complete video any time soon?

How about the ladies?
