    Liked your recipe. But can we skip samolina? As I am gluten sensitive so any other ingredient can be added? Please guide

      We have never used any other flour in this recipe.

    Can we add besan instead of grinding chana dal?

      We have NOT used chana dal we have used roasted gram dal, they are different. Besan cant be used.

    Is 1 cup - 250 gms?

      1 cup rice flour will be 135 gm to 140 gm in weight. Cup is marked as 240 or 250 ml
