This is the grill we used in the video. It's an original 22-Inch Charcoal Grill from Weber, amzn.to/2Tmf3Zy
Did this today for our July 4th family dinner. The wow factor was there! Thanks!
This is just great instruction, nicely put together. Thanks!
we cook the heck out of those at our house. Winco stores here in Orygun has them in a bag as well for around $5+ a pound. i usually get a $25 bag and cook it and we eat it the whole week. for that price i won't even buy a roast these days, this is the only red meat we really eat. best darn sammiches ever. thin cut on sour dough. just cooked one tonight on the Traeger.
Dude, I just watched this and I am going to do this for Christmas this year!
Fabulous. Very helpful.
I don't understand how you don't get more views. Your production value is through the roof for a show like this on youtube.
YourInnate agree, this is one of my favorite RUclips channels
cause hes cringy
Personally that damn music is annoying! But I’ll live with it, content is excellent!
Yum!
To thanks for getting to the point. Get tired of these cooking videos that take me down a rabbit hole of nowhere. Good information.
Amazing wow
ohhh its verry gooood !!!!!!!!!!!! thanks !!!!!!
I’m going for it tomorrow, was going to roast in the oven, but I want that beautiful char with the sear. Probably serve on regular white bread after the meat gets a butter soak. Traditional beefsteak jersey style. It’s what dad wants and how he made it in past years. Great vid, thank you.
Richard Smith gotta take care of pops, that’s why I’m here, good luck!
Do you have thyme to cook? Love me some tenderloin spiced that way.
Great video, Where is link to the dry seasoning mix?
Same
Using the cutco butcher for a slicer? I mainly use that knife for cold cutting meat but I’m not hating. Have done that myself before.
Excellent Video... Thanks for the tips... Fixin' to do Beef Tenderloin for Christmas Dinner. I've been smoking meats for 20 years, but have never done a Beef Tenderloin. Black Pepper, and Garlic sounds amazing. Hopefully my peepz will be happy...
Thanks for the great feedback and comment, much appreciated. How did it turn out for ya peepz?

SHARPEN your knives!!!
Whats the rough guess-timate per pound cooking at 300-350?
It's all the same. The key is to check it closer to the end and check for tenderness. I dont even use a probe anymore becuase I;ve been grilling for so long. I just stick it with a knife or make a small cut. If it doesn't tear easily then back on for another hour or so.
Carrie on prom night. 😱
Well done! Or should I say "Medium Rare" done! Thank you.
Looks great, there is no beating your meat 🍖.
Just paid $56 for 1 and don't wanna mess it up.
That's a steal!! (In Utah, mine was $115.76).
Good demo, however, it looks like your knives need to be sharpened.
12 a lb? Its 30 something now and makes me sad.
I don’t understand why your tying it. I have never tied mine and it comes out perfect. I also though cut mine into pieces first.
Burnt.....
Why too much dialogue for something so simple 🤣
Gordon Ramsey got me watching g this video fyi
