To unlock rubber-handle sword, you can very gently walk to it from the down side, holding shield to prevent death by arrows, and find a safe spot very near to arrows.

Yo, here's an interesting fact cookie to munch on. Hatty Hattington can be received as a character by have the game BattleBlock Theater on the same console, such as PC, PS3, PS4, etc...
You also forgot about legendary glitch sword, that are exclusive for xbox 360 version. You have to enter that... giant frog, go to it's end, and hit it. Maybe it's removed already, i don't know. It's gives 255 to every stat and require 256 level, but can be used from the first level. Also information that i gave can be wrong.
I’m making a video on this, but ima tell you right now that the best weapon is the gold skull mace. This is because of its 3% crit chance along with its strength points, making it very valuable for juggles and such.
That must mean you’re playing the non remastered version. Obtaining those weapons will be different. I recommend searching up how to get those weapons for your edition.
It’s weird how many more weapons need to bought in remastered, on the original I have a bunch of the insane store weapons without ever beating the game

The insane store. You unlock it by beating normal mode, then it’ll appear underneath near the barbarian boss level, along with insane mode.
