Very good Comparison video. Bas ek point hai ki AMD's AM5 chipset according to company, will be used till 2025+ and 13th gen intel processor is the last series which will use LGA1700 chipset. In Long run, AM5 is better investment.

A gaming system will benefit more from the 3d v cache anyday compared to higher number of core (p + e), moreover there are examples in games where the games can't even recognise the core structure and perform worse than a "normal cpu". Intel just has e cores because they know their p cores are very power hungry and run hot like gas stoves. Not to mention 13th gen is a dead platform already.

R7 7800X3D is more energy efficient, provides better gaming, runs cooler so it'll last longer along with AM5 support but has higher initial price i7 13700K is better at productivity and has cheaper price along with cheaper motherboard but it is less energy efficient, runs hotter so need costlier cooling and won't last long with the LGA1700 support. If you are a gamer and building a PC from scratch then take AMD route. If you already have a LGA1700 board or u r more into productivity side then take Intel
I upgraded my PC last month 2023, i7-13700k and 7800X3D i can buy both CPU same price for me. I choice AMD and can use even radiator from 2007, 16 years old cooler Arctic Frezer III 64 XD XD XD And no throtling in full stress Linpack load for many hours and 10GB RAM sample. Average Clock is around 4800-4750MHz depend on ambient temperatures on all cores. For games avg temps is 65-75st. C max. Max stressed CPU pull from wall only about 150W with 64GB 6000 DDR5, one MV2 SSD and 1070GTX!!! Without external GPU eat only ~ 130-135W
What about b series boards on intel overclock is disabled but on amd its there ? Now taking budget boards into consideration lets say gigabyte b650m ds3h vs b760m ds3h. B650 on can handle 7950x easily you can check hardware unboxed for that. Also, difference between these two boards i checked on amazon is around 3500 ruppees. Now cost calculation with cpu + mobo + cooler: 7800x3d - 45000 + 19499 + 5500 (thermalright burst assasin) ~70000 13700k - 38000 + 15999 + 8579 (deepcool gamaxx 360) = 62578 (you cannot over clock or get full performance of 13700k as shown in video. As b series board limit the power on k chips as well get a z790 cheapest is around 25000 which changes total to ~71000) Around same price amd 70000 vs Intel 71000 (to get full performance out of 13700k and liquid cooler as suggested to keep temp down not to reach 100°c) Still would suggest to wait 2-3 months for x3d prices to fall a bit

From 2006 i use Intels CPU, but not today. For mobile i use R7 5800H and foir desktop i choice 7800X3d, because powerfull, cold, energy eficiency and very fast for games. Productivity too not bad especially if ocasionaly use. Always i can use GPU for rendering video if relly needed fast finish. Ahhh i forgot. If EDIT. Ahhh and I forgot the most important thing. If you don't have the most powerful graphics card, you do CPU tests on medium graphics details or even low details. Then the CPU is supposed to generate the scene and show its power, and not like you tests, mainly the GPU sweats in tests.

7800x3d has low wattage. You can put it in cheap motherboard and it will work fine. 7800x3d power requirement is lower than 5800x which is a big achievement by AMD.

Idle drain matters. While intel uses 10 to 15 w in idle condition ryzen consumes 25 to 40 w
