Whenever I go for a 5 minute walk in the Grove, I never get back home for an hour or more! I either meet new neighbors and visit, or I meet neighbors I know and visit,or both. I love it! So don't blame yourselves Randy and Amanda fof being late, we love to visit, lol. Melody has done a beautiful job with her home. Thanks for the tour!
OMG I saw Melody tonight walking my dog and told her how much I loved her front porch and deck and then to come home and tune into my nightly ITH video, wow, the home is just decorated beautifully! I am so happy Melody has joined the Sales team. That is so great! The Grove residents are just the BEST! I love meeting them. I feel the same as Melody does about liking the community she lives in. I love my beach community and my home. Thank you again Randy, Amanda and all of ITH family for creating these homes and communities. Moving here was the best decision I ever made! God Bless all of you!

This is such a beautiful home... I do have a idea for Randy maybe... I am thinking that Melody might be interested in decorating peoples homes... alot of us are unable to decorate.. Her place is stunning... I wish I could do a tiny home.. I live in low income as I am disabled.. I would get a 10x20 and make the loft into a bedroom for the grandkids.. The area you picked is so beautiful.. I watch your video all the time.. question... can you put a small fence around the home for pets? I live in a apartment and would love to let my dog out without a leash on occasion .... sorry i am rambling

Yes, you absolutely can create a little fenced area in front of your tiny home or wherever there is room near your tiny as long as it is aesthetically pleasing.
I agree with you on having this talented and kind lady, Melody help some folks with decorating their homes

When I get there, I would LOVE to meet Melody and try to find a win/win situation for her helping me with my tiny's on The Mountain Resort.

My sweet chihuahua weighed 2.5 lbs when she passed away in January. My niece & I always wondered how she ate so much because her tummy could not have been that big! She was my heart! Miss her so much! She gave us 16 yrs of pure joy! ❤
I just lost my little chihuahua two weeks ago same as yours 2.5 lbs. He was rescued from a horrible situation where he was left by himself when they moved out of apt. He was about 2 at that time...was lucky to have him for 15 yrs. I miss my little guy so much.
Sorry for both of your losses my senior dog is part chihuahua,pug and pomeranian he is closer to 10 pounds and he is my love😊

Just saw a story of a senior chihuahua left outside at a property when the owner moved. She’s up for adoption. She’s in AZ & I’m in SC or else I would be going to get her today!

Love How this video started with team of builders , and Randy's and Amanda 's appreciation of them . The feeling you have for the guys came right through the screen. Then the Video ends with one of the newest members of your team. Sitting there having a love fest in her lovely home , which the guys built. I'm not even talking about your walk from the office to your destination. There is definitely something special going on , and if I can't be apart of it it is still a joy to know that somewhere out there in the world people are making good things happen.

❤❤❤ I had a friend put a cellphone booster and a booster for antenna for antenna channels on my RV. And it worked really well. Maybe you could do that in the Grove and the residents will get better cell service

Guess you see that the Grove has become everything that you wanted it to be, and this community has all banded together! They are happy and content with their lives. They can be individuals, doing their own thing, and yet are happy to be part of the group as well! Love everything that Melody has done in her home! Would have done similar ideas myself. Love 💕, love 💕, love 💕 decorating with the color white which is light and airy!✅

I agree with Amanda, there should be a tiny home magazine. I'd get a subscription for that. Melody's home is so elegant. Amazing what can be done with only 264 square feet.
I am sitting in my 8ft wide home and still dont get how spacious it is, now imagine a 10ft home! In the videos it always looks way narrower than it is in reality. Seeing Melodys living room ... wow this is really what makes the difference between ITH homes and the ones from other builders , there is still space , the home is not being cramped up with storage closets, built ins and more storage closets. How much stuff can you have? Well, now you will need to create a decoration package, or furniture package as add on on the website and Melody will be the official decorator. Very impressed. Melody, Your home reflects warmths and personality. This is a true "home sweet home" ❤❤❤😍😍🥰🥰🏡🏡

The magic was that we lived close together, and you have to be social, and come out of your shell. Help your neighbors, get help when you need it. I will admit, I wasn't sure about the close proximity of the homes in The Grove and the noise. It's wonderful to hear and see that the residents are extremely satisfied and have a community spirit.
I'm anxious to see how the palm trees turned out for the beach. And progress on the prairie.

What a beautiful home! Melody did a gorgeous job! You really need to make your 10 by 20 a model home. We stayed in Mary’s air bnb and was so surprised how nice and spacious it feels. If I could get a baby sink in the bathroom I would buy one in a heartbeat! 💜🫶🏻
We also stayed in Mary's tiny Airbnb on the beach and it was perfect and so much fun to try out. I slept in the loft and loved the little stairway. It felt very safe, too.
