Honestly 11:12 no offense but Afghanistan HAS BEEN a muslim country since day 1, the majority population are muslim. Its just changed hands/govt types from false behind the curtains "democracy/republic" to a total in your face extremist Theocracy. That's it but the politicians, the people in power, the people who lived there, grew up, rich, played in its soil, poor, fight/fought over it, died on it are mostly all muslims

This is so strange, I’m wondering when this was actually filmed as I went 3 times last year from August-November and I am in touch with locals there , I never saw the chaos you filmed with people waiting in lines at the banks and ATMs .. I spoke to the same woman that has the shop in Bamyan so if you were the first foreigner she has seen them this must’ve been filmed before I went August 2022… my friends all use computers and social media …there is also more than one hotel in Bamyan, I went as a solo woman on 2 of my trips.. I went all over Afghanistan vlogging and it wasn’t like this in Kabul .. 🤔

    • @BostonsF1nest
      @BostonsF1nest Год назад +2

@@Faiez-rh1gmAmerica didn’t invade Afghanistan lol. They were fighting alongside Afghanistan to eliminate the Taliban, Isis and other terrorist groups. The Afghan government wanted out help and America helped establish their nation again before it finally all went to shit. The problem was- Afghanistans ppl did not want to change.
After the war kicked off, there was a major push and emphasis in the American military to incorporate the Afghan military more and have them take the lead on raids and ops with US troops assisting in the back in a support role. But you can’t undo hundreds and thousands of years of corruption and cultural norms in 20 years. The average insurgency lasts 7 years.
In order for America to make any real progress there, those soldiers had to want to take their country back instead of relying so much on America to do it for them because of the billions and trillions of dollars that were handed out everyday over the course of the war for guns, equipment, local infrastructure, relationship building, etc. Truth is- the Afghan military was not well trained despite being extremely well equipped and supported via America on every operation.
Our cultures clashed and in the end America was taken advantage of because we never fully understood how things operated there in the small mountain villages- small areas that matter in the grand scheme of things- because that’s where the focus was for 15 years. Hearts and minds. Handing out millions every week for locals meanwhile probably only 30% of the money went towards whatever asset America was trying to support and assist.
We were fleeced. The Us military did not have a resolute plan, because in order to actually make a difference we’d be there for 300 fuckin years. You’re talking about trying to rebuild a nation that’s probably 10,000 years older than ours.

Ya start recording anyone with a phone like that 21:39 anywhere while the work they would be confused and uncomfortable too. You should have to ask before recording people this is just weird asf. If I was running a tea shop and some random foreigner girl with a phone camera pointed at me started recording me without asking or any warnings while I worked my daily way of living I would be weirded out too. Can't blame the guy and like you said you too are uncomfortable just being like? just go up to the guy and talk to him... socialize, say hello or ask him some questions we don't bite but I wouldn't like to be recorded out of the blue like that either. If it's creepy to do it to a girl, it's creepy to do it to a man too while he works.

That is sad. Whenever you are reporting consider the local culture. In this instance, you are in Afghanistan, not in Europe. It would be nice if you take the time and inform yourself about the culture and lifestyle first and do not go with what one or two people are saying; then report.

Nonsense and bullsh*t. Afghanistan is a country that 80% of it is made up of mountains and it is a landlocked country. They are the hillbillies of all hillbillies. They are never going to be a developed country with a democratic system. The people who go there and kill & rap*d the local people are disgusting people. The reason for war at the first place was a lie. America made Afghanistan even worse than before. Prior to American invasion Afghanistan had eradicated all poppy production in that country, the US came and poppy growing flourished. I swear to god I used to read an article where they have a satellite image that the largest US military base is located next to a large poppy field but I can no longer find it. The US military is the drug cartel and they ruined Afghan people. Democracy is never going to work in Afghanistan and it is laughable to think the US is going to introduce democracy to Afghanistan. Even in the US democracy is failing, so before you preach to someone else take a long hard look at the mirror. Change in Afghanistan must happen organically, you don't get to invade another country to instill reform. Perhaps one day when China is a much bigger economy than the US and with a more advanced military they can invade America and reform the American broken society. Perhaps communism will work really well in America. You Americans are so ignorant, you live in your own little bubble with your privilege lifestyle and you think you know better. Its better to keep quiet and act dumb compared to talking and making yourself look like an idiot.

The M16 is just a rifle, not an assault rifle. Also one of the guys has his flip up rear iron sight up with a EOTech so either the holo sight doesn't work or they don't know how to use it.

Yes I can imagine walking 12 miles every day and working as a teacher. I spent the last 4 years walking approximately 15 miles round trip every day to and from work, and my work was manually unloading shipping containers for 10 hours a day, heavy lifting at high speed. There was no public transport linking me to my work, and the walk was 1 hour and 45 minutes each way, And this was in the Netherlands, so called champion of human rights.
And no I could not afford to buy transport as my wages did not even cover the cost of sufficient food. I quit in March 2023, with malnutrition and associated sickness. I am now unable to work because of the damage done to my body.
My point is, the working classes in Europe have it hard also. Apparently harder sometimes than the oppressed people in Afghanistan.

if I did it a few more years I would probably be dead a long time ago. luckily what I thought were unfortunate circumstances led to my business closing down, but it was destiny saving me from death.
we are all given trials in life, but God reminds us, our trials are nothing compared to the trials of the ancients (ie children of Israel being enslaved for multiple generations, having their first born sons murdered etc).
there is light at the end of tunnel, have faith, thank God, that's the test, are we still grateful for our life and existence?? do we turn on or reject god when times are hard?
if you ask god for provisions, he will provide it.

I see there is much new misery in the new Afghanistan but I see no way for them to move forward without first doing what they did in rooting out the illegal occupation and taking power away from the collaborators. Self determination is the only authentic path that people naturally find peace in. They obviously need reforms but if it comes from within it has a chance at lasting
