And me lol, first ive gotta figure how to fix my rear number plate on as the fixings have had it.
Just bought an ST220 03 plate yesterday with the intention of giving it a lil TLC with my 12 year old son helping me and this I think will be our 1st little project . Loving your videos mate. Keep it up.

Lovley job the mondeo st220 are mint cars the painting mate that compressor spray gun miles better than rattle cans like look spot on love the way the mirrors open amd close to when lock unlock doors
Just a thought... OL could be "Oben Links" (German: Top Left) and UL could be "Unter Links" (Under/Below Left) and the other side Oben Rechts (Top Right) and Unter Rechts... you get the picture... 🤔

The paint doesn't last very long. I took the beam covers off, taped them with aluminum adhesive tape. Metal has a longer life.

Make sure Gary gets that dropped one martin 🤣 only mucking about good task , I was wondering if they be able to be vinyl wrapped ? Expect some people have done this along with the plastic stuff on doors etc.

Nicely done martin, i wrapped my steering wheel parts.
Talk about using a sledge hammer to crack a nut.I would use the same airbrush I use to spray my models with,using less paint and I wouldn't be blowing the parts off the table.I painted a door mirror before and got a mirror finish.
Funny you said that, I did consider using my airbrush. Maybe next time.
@retrorestore wow those steering wheel trims came up really nice what a difference it makes to the steering wheel looks brand new. Oh my god one of those trims falling on the floor sods law 🙈

hi martin dave here, thought i would chime in to say hello its been some time since ive commented but ive been keeping upto date with your vids nice car and thats a good touch with that steering wheel trim. ive just brought a bmw x5 which ive done a couple of short videos on as someone crashed into my audi q7 as i was going though some traffic lights they came though on a red light and wrote my car off i will be uploading a video of it once the legal stuff is out the way. hope your all keeping well. daveeyeinthesky👍

I've a question for you the front black bumper inserts how do u remove them I've a new set
Gold colour wud have looked cool but its personal choice
Instead of using a hard material against a soft material, an equal or softer material should be used. Pry tools. Then the plastic won't get damaged by the screwdriver.
I saw a location for a screw cover in my car with a place for a screwdriver to go in and pry out. The mechanic decided to pry from the other side and it was all messed up. Horrible looking at a long reminder of the mess he made of my handbrake. I swear he bent it as I could apply it all the way up and still drive off. Removing the lever, I could see the thing had indeed bent. Got a new one (scrappy), fitted and adjusted myself. No problems.
I didn't have a set but I do now.

Gary found a similar plate and bought it. They are both 04 cars though so mine also had a plate swap a couple of years ago.
I dont like to laugh at people but you made me laugh so much when that cap went down not once but twice they look great by the way and well done on the sale of the triumph the owner will be very happy

all these little things that make the car look better than average ,you mentioned you got the outside valeted, should try carplan top shine best car product i ever bought fills the paint with micro breads dirt cant stick to it falls off cover everything with it paint plastic glass rubber just wipe it on its a clear liquid was designed for the glass on skyscrapers so that it never needed a window cleaner you,ll be amazed with it 6,99 a bottle outa BnM stores does 9 applications only needs one coat a year do video on it takes 10 minutes to wipe down a whole car nomore dirty car
