Our (adult) kids are coming over on Sundee to share pics & stories of their recent hiking & glamping trip to Acadia Nat’l Park so I was wanting to make something w Maine blueberries. I’ll make couple of these and some blueberry fool for dessert. That should be a hit.
I’ve made crostatas several times and I find that the crust tastes fabulous on day 1 but gets a bit mushy by day 2. We’re a small family so we don’t eat it all on the first day. Does this happen to you as well? Love your videos. Thanks for all your efforts into them.

The consistency you mentioned, if it does not happen, what is the corrective action. That’s what happened with me. I added another 1/2 cup all purpose flour, it is still sticky to the rolling pin. I

What kind of rolling pin is that?
Your recipient calls for 8 oz butter, the video captions say one stick- that’s 4 ounces. Seems to 8 oz would be way too much
