Soul still exsist. He's incredible. He might be my new favorite artist. I love that blues jazz soul feel. Otis, Sam, Curtis, and so on. He will get noticed but I hope he doesn't become like John Legend. Nothing on him but sould can't be driven by money. It simply doesn't work that way. I just want him to do everything on his terms. This man is special. Gospel roots with that raw blues in every thing he does.
I'm from Macon and I ended up homeless in the harder parts of life. I use to sleep at the Ottis Redding memorial bridge where a few speakers played Otis all night. These arms of mine and Sitting at the Doc of the Bay always had me listening and thinking. I heard them on repeat at least a thousand times back then and I still listen to Otis almost every day. I've volunteered for the museum and call his son friend.
Bring back live music into the bar's and restaurants. People are amazed to quickly. There are many amazingly talented people out there.

Yet, if he was trying to sound like the man from the dock of the bay, he only could hold the dimly lit candle that held the beacon of the lighthouse. Sadly, that language bearing, non-knowing, realistically showing group will never know the most true
movement of love, until they hear the real Otis, in which was so held so truly by this amazing man and his band. If ever there was someone to embody this man's spirit, Ben I'Oncle Soul can take our future generations there.
