This is the BEST this song has ever sounded! Would love to hear some more covers of the old R&B artists -- Otis Redding (These Arms of Mine), Sam Cooke (Bring it on Home), & others. My dad was a musician/singer & performed (cover) songs of all the great old R&B songs back in the day. I grew up hearing them & the first time I heard the Teskey Brothers, they instantly captured my heart & soul with their phenomenal music! 🎶♥️
It's awesome for them to cover soulful music of black people, but do they support the struggles of "Black People"? I'll wait for a formal support of "Black Life and Equal Treatment", but I won't be surprised if they say they are into their music and won't take the sides of politicians or politics! That answer will be enough for me! I would be very shocked if they supported "Black Lives at all"!
