I love how the spinosaurus is such threat as it can follow you on land and in water, the only way to escape such a monstrosity is in the air wich is why in the end they leave on a helicopter.
This was tension. This was suspense. This was fear. This was what JP needs. The entire time from the first moment we saw the sail I was on the edge of my seat with sweaty palms.
You know what I love about your JP films? That you portray dinosaurs as real animals. Not some geneticaly improved supermonsters or trained pets like we've got served in that Jurassic World trilogy nonsense. Well done!
After reading the book, I can tell you on the genetics side everything in jurassic world is practically possible. Still, I don't like the sequels, but in the book dilophosaurs are venomous because of it, and some dinos can camouflage etc.
@thedevilsrockstxr2309 why would I care about what a scientist has to think about a work of SCIENCE FICTION HAHAHA. And if you read the book, you'll understand they even acknowledge the feathers topic and more interesting things. Though it was written at a time where these discoveries were mere theories, so :)
So many good moments in this!!! 6:27 where he’s on the ladder and looks down to see it beneath him is absolutely stellar, dude. So much good horror in this with no overdone shrieks of music to detract from it.
The last Scene is Amazing! The vanishing hope of being spotted by that helicopter whilst not being able to breath due to feeling death all around you. Btw Helicopter Pilot is MVP.
7:17 - 7:47 is the best suspense scene you did here imo. Nothing scarier than knowing something is in front of you but it being too dark or murky to see it. It forces your brain to see things that aren't there. Then all of a sudden it hits you.
The only inconsistency I find is that normally, a predator of that size wouldn't expend as much effort to hunt such a small prey (Man) when passing by larger herbivores. It's like a wolf hunting a rabbit when has a herd of sheep or cows near. But that's what literally every Jurassic Park movie and novel does, so congratulations on capturing the essence and doing it better
I get what you’re saying but I’m going to disagree. I think the Jurassic films have muddied the waters regarding predatory behaviour insisting that apex therapods are always gutsy enough to attack huge prey. In reality, the exact opposite is true. A predator wouldn’t risk a life threatening injury by attacking a large, territorial or aggressive herbivore. Human is a much smaller meal but definitely a much safer gamble. My goal is to illustrate these behaviours as much as possible in my videos
Disagree. Predators will often go for the smaller easier prey rather than risk big game. It's why lions will often go for a calf if they can rather than a grown buffalo. They're looking for an easy target as they don't know when their next meal will be.
A lion will go for a calf but when there’s zebra and a rabbit or even a gazelle, lion 99% goes for the zebra. Spino is too large to waste all the energy for a tiny snack like human.
The beast moving the boat to make sure he's not spotted by the chopper is fucking DEVIOUS. Shows how crazy smart and aware of their surroundings these monsters are. Super cool short.
This is some serious talent. If you don't already work in animation, you may want to seriously consider it. I mean, if you can do all this with just Blender, I can only imagine what you could produce with funding + a team. Great job!

Not going to lie: absolutely loved the 'ticking clock' noise added to the music at 3:47, along with the radar ping later on. It really adds to the tension
I felt the horror. I felt the feeling of lost and being hopeless. The anxiety and fear. No backstory or the main character taking over the movie with his family or friends. It was just him alone and the danger of being in a island filled with dinosaurs
Really well done video. At 10:10 he would have been eaten for sure. Those outboard motors usually take some time and often several attempts to start, especially if they haven't been used for a while. just saw this..absolutely incredible! the quiet tension and unpredictability you sense while watching this grips you...magnificent piece of work you have created'
Thanks so much
The tension is very well executed. Great job. I wish the movies were this good.
Just found this. Absolutely love it. Stayed true to the original Jurassic Park vibes with a really excellent build-up of tension, only released at the very end when the helicopter drifted off-screen.
The tension. This is beautiful and truly a love letter to jurassic park

In the words/voice of Ryan George... "Oh, a very sneaky dinosaur"
Hahaha yeah but it’ll be super easy, barely an inconvenience for him to escape the spino!
@@ali-awada 😆😆❤️❤️ escaping a spino is tight
Wow!! I was the edge of my seat the whole time. This is what the last couple Jurassic world movies should of been, I’ve always imagined these situations in my head, the full on fear of trying to avoid to be eaten on dinosaur infested island and you’ve brought them to life!! Really well done!! Keep it up
Now this is what you need in a Jurassic Park movie
¡Gracias!
Thank you 🙏 my friend. You are too kind
Fantastic i Hope to see other Horror History of the Jurassic Park
Yooo this was awesome. I was on edge the entire time and was so relieved he made it. I myself took a deep breath of relief
Universal could learn so much from this. Uve captured the essence of the first 2 films perfectly with that horror element. Amazing
Thanks! Tou should be in the design of the next jurassic park ❤❤
Thank you so much my friend 😊❤️
A good blend of dark humor and horror just like Michael Crichton brought to us so long ago.
BRO I WAS SO SUPRISED WHEN THE PLESIOSAURUS CAME IN
Yea true
This is so amazing!!! I watched everything the Jurassic Park Franchise ever put out and read the books and I think it's safe to say you capture the essence of the horror and suspense of the book just as well as the first movie and miles better than any of the other 5 movies!
This is fantastic ! The sounds , the story line...etc. Im hooked !!! I give this a 5 star rating! Omg this was so fun to watch. The sounds are incredible!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙂
Hi, I just wanted you to know that I am so thrilled you used the Spinosaurus. When I was 7, Jurassic Park 3 came out. Spinosaurus became my favorite dinosaur. We don't see enough of this aquatic behemoth. Great video! You did awesome work on this.
I love it. Good JP horror narrative
Congratulations Ali. You're making progress in almost everyday!
I was more invested in this 15minute short, then I am in 99% of Hollywood films coming out now adays.
Thank you for the entertainment. Love Jurassic Park. Love the short!
Like an extended cutscene

I like how the suspense was dropped as if it was nothing to worry about only to have it build back up again because it was something to worry bout
7:44 got me 😂
Awesome touch 👌
I love how this simple man construction man is is a survival expert!
WOW. That was terrifying and phenomenal. Amazing job!!! My heart was racing when he was underwater and you could barely see anything but keep hearing the beeps
MAD RESPECT TO THE DESIGNER. IM SURE LIKE MANY OTHER FANS WE ALL HAVE SOME UP WITH OUR OWN AHORT STORIES, ALTERNATIVE PATHS,ETC. ITS GREAT SEEING SOMEONE PUT THEIRS TO A VISUAL STATE!!! AMAZING .
🙏
That was ACTUALLY terrifying 👏 🔥
This was incredible, genuinely intense/scary and so well crafted!!
I enjoyed this 15 minutes more than i did the last 2 j world movies
I like the feel of it.
It looks like a story sequence from a late 90s video game.
REally cool!
This was so wellmade. I love all the callbacks to the different Jurassic movies. Fantastic job!
highkey appreciate that you made a film happening during nighttime and the viewer can still tell what is going on! it's so rare these days and I appreciate it so much! doesn't take anything away from how creepy the atmosphere still is! great work!
Good job on reaching 1M views on one of your videos 🎉🎉 yaaay !
13:28 me swimming in my dreams
the boat szene was really scary and well made! I would like to see more of this in Jurassic movies.
Great art dude. Moments were tensed and intense. In the end, you helped that man to survive. Keep up such good work.
I just found this channel after binging Prehistoric Planet and dino memes, I'm so hyped to randomly come across this video, knowing it must have taken ages and been a massive project. Thank you and have a new subscriber friend!
Welcome aboard!
This is far more true to the style of the novels than the style of the films which is PERFECT I love the films but horror should have been the main focus and even this level of pure fear rather than blood and gore is perfect! Keep doin what ya doin!
😉👍
