Actually, just watched a home built help video for bleeding matco brakes... looks like the bleeders are mounted on the bottom, and the gear legs were altered to fit similar to how you’ve done it.
Yes, this is definitely a team effort! And the valve pointing down is not an issue if the brakes are serviced from the bleed valve using plastic tubing and a hand pump.
