You have to spend at least $3K more to get these features in a solid wood guitar. It's the 12e or the 812ce. I bought the 12e to see if a Grand Concert size guitar would gig with my country southern rock band. The 12e is so good, it's hard to spend the money on the 812ce. I want one, but I don't need one as the 12e does everything I need it to do except make my other band members jealous. And give me high blood pressure when the drunks start spilling beer everywhere...
Not all Taylors have electronics, so not all Taylors plug into amps. The easy way to tell if it has electronics is by checking for an "e" in the model name. For example, 814ce versus 814c.
Doesn’t help they have jumped up in price considerably since recording the video, but if you want a full-scale Taylor acoustic and don’t want to spend over a grand, this is it…
I’ve had a 12e for over a year and I can tell you there’s nothing beginner about these…..a student would be lucky to start on one of those!
dude super high quality video i'd have thought you had like a bunch of subs, good shit man
Thanks, Wyatt. We definitely appreciate the feedback!
@@tarpley-music for sure keep it up man seriously
That means a ton thank you, we will just keep at it!

Is this full size dreadnought?
This guitar body is a scaled-down dreanought, and has a slightly shorter 24-7/8" scale.
@@tarpley-music thank you
$900 bucks isnt exactly budget friendly...
