I literally hate the woman who faked depression for a free nose job off the NHS. It riles me up that a person would take advantage of an underfunded system which helps a lot of people. There's a load people on the therapy waiting list who are not getting help which the NHS try their best to give people the help they need so why take advantage of the NHS for a 'better' nose?

Sorry if I put in the wrong way, if someone has psychological pain (or other types of pain) with their appearance and plastic surgery will help them, it's good. But no one should fake mental illnesses to get plastic surgery off the NHS.
