Hello everyone! :D Now this is something different.
I've known this song for a very long time now and I always loved it. It's such a great catchy song that stays in your head forever once you hear it. I wanted to cover it at multiple occasions but never actually got to it as I thought there were already enough covers of it..! Bad reasoning I know but... I did it!!
It was recently requested on Patreon by Robbie and I figured it was finally time I have my take on this classic! I hope you like it and that the video doesn't confuse you too much. :'D

It's from a video game series called touhou, this piece of music specifically is a remix of a remix from the 4th game, there are 16 main games, 27 games in total and all of them (except the fighting games, ZUN doesn't make those games, just provides the ideas) are generally made by one man, however the community plays a big part in its popularity, there's a lot of remixes, fan games, fan art, doujins etc. Even official manga, some fan games are also on Steam and Nintendo switch, oh and I forgot to mention that we also have fan made anime's aswell. This series is almost 24 years old and it all started because ZUN wanted to make a game he enjoyed and thanks to ZUN letting people do basically whatever we want with his IP (even plagiarise the games, but then some of the official games are being ported to Steam, not all of them though) the community that had been made possible because of this is amazing and some of things that it's inspired that you most likely didn't know it had is great. (I'm awful at ending speeches so that last line is a big oof, oh yeah and ZUN loves his beer.)
basically touhou is super big and really really popular but unless you know about it you wouldn’t have caught onto what it is when you’ve inevitably run into songs from it all over the internet in the past couple decades
