This is a very well put together design.Every aspect has been carefully thought out and that extra room with a kitchenette is the cherry on top! I was placing my whole family in each room...as we watched this video...For years my daughter has wanted to take over my master bedroom...this one gives her a whole new level of a master suite! The Kitchen Island and Dinning Room was White Nice! 😊 The in-Law Suite Living Den Room was Nice! ❄️ The Master Bedroom, Wall of Windows, Walk-in Closet, Bathroom. 🚿
OMG 😳 I love this home. When I win the lottery I want this home. Ok love the office area and the dining room area. The kitchen could be a little bigger because I live to cook. But that patio is awesome for a small gathering. I like when the rooms are set up because you can see what furniture will fit in the room. Would like a little bigger utility room. I like when homes have a sink. The back room is like a studio apartment. Dang!!! Again this home is great!! Awesome job Chance.
So very nearly perfect!! Just need some windows in rooms that don't have them and different decor... Love the space, need window for the sink, and like the way some of those rooms are "semi" open and link through. Ya know Chance, it really is wow even with slight imperfections. Considering its in Austin. I think the price might be good. But, you couldn't pay me to live in Austin TX! After their defunding of the police? They have told people. Unless it's a violent crime, and taking place, don't call 911! They took 150 MILLION dollars was taken from the police dept. So they don't have enough police. Truly sad.
Wow for sure no disappointments here! Beautiful and I think you did a great job. I felt like I knew where we were going in that huge house great job. Love everything about it except I'm not sure how I felt about the tub. In my crazy mind it would have fit better with the house if the tub had been enclosed in a square surround. Just me, seemed like all of the sinks were at least squarish if not square so the tub just kind of didn't flow right for me. But I wouldn't turn it down! It is gorgeous. I really like the guest quarters or next-gen feature in this house. I've seen floorplans like that before but never one actually finished in the house.
The pantry and linen closets and garage are staged! Love the apartment within the house - offers many possibilities. The kitchen is beautiful and with access to a private terrace. This square footage is some work (for maids) to keep it up. Two things I would change - the utility room is much to small and I like to have a guest half bathroom.

A place to tune everything out of my busy life collect calmness and listen and talk with God. I can just see how would work the decor in room. The entire home is Nice! Oh yes the granny or in law area or whatever called (lol) that would be for special guests so they could experience their own luxury. Tub between the his and her sinks, love it! Love the extra suite for visitors..and their extra bathroom. If I ever have the money to build my own home..i would ask for the restrooms to be on the outside wall so I can add windows for the water closet... Beautiful colors and love the layout.
I was lost with all the rooms in this gorgeous home, lol I didn’t like the tub separating the two sinks, in the main bedroom. Loved the guest suite! Nice that your guests have their own space. Microwave in place of a stove🤗 All the Windows and the sliding glass doors to allow natural light in while one is able to take in the beautiful outdoor view! You did real good with this one chance! 💖👍🏻
This is a beautiful we thought out home. It could be a little bit larger in some places like the suite. I would place a narrow fridge in the pantry space and get rid of the beverage one, so I could add a two burner cooktop. The space between the sofa and kitchen could be the new pantry with room for a microwave and coffee maker, plus pantry drawers. The current office would make a nice media room or game room.
