The home has a floor plan that seems like it's never ending with a beautiful Texas sized back porch ! I'm very grateful Coventry Homes allowed me to tour this Model home. Check out their website if you would like more information on this plan and other plans they have as well. This model home called the "Hamilton" has 3 bedrooms with a study and family room. It's a beautiful home. The colors are beautiful. I'm just not a fan of an open kitchen like that but it wouldn't stop me from getting this house. Chance, if you want anybody to hear what you have to say at the end, you can't have your adorable little mini you in the background. Oh, WOW. I started to not watch it because it is something I could never have. Many things to love, I started squealing with delight at the back porch. Flipp about the rest...That is where I would be most of the time. I cant believe it...finally a flat on the floor entry to master bath. Unique layout. Very few things that I would change,
I live 60 miles North of Austin. I need to check this out. It's a beautiful home, but what stands out to me is the Master Shower. If you are in a wheelchair it is totally accessible.

I love this one. The home is gorgeous. I really like that the TV is not above the fireplace. To me a mantel is used to help enhance your home and I think having the TV above them takes away from that. This has got to be the best tour I think you've done. This home is absolutely beautiful

Oh my goodness! I didn't think you could beat Thursday's home but I have to say I think you did. It is Gorgeous!!!! It wouls take way to long to list the things I loved about this home. I must say this one is by far the best yet. The colors are more neutral, the design layout is better.. feels more like a home with someone who had good design skills.
I like how you make the videos relatable how you say, "I feel like I'm walking up to my door from a long day or I can see myself sitting here relaxing after a long day", absolutely, yeah it makes the video quite enjoyable along with what you already offer in the video. This is by far the best spacing and I particularly like this type of floor plan where you enter and the study is to the left right up front away from all the activity of the household. I think the talking is really nice again very relatable. Thank you.
