Valuation is well deserved....the rockets have delivered, able to launch basically any payload to space on the cheap. The total addressable market there is massive.
I think it’s ridiculous. The guys CEO of Tesla and he has these other companies. I think Tesla should be owning all of these companies that he is running for the amount of money that Elon gets. Should own all of these companies. This guy is a racketeer.
No, your argument is the one that is ridiculous. Elon has earned his huge pay with Tesla because he has delivered value to the shareholders by increasing the share value of Tesla and meeting many of their original milestones that were part of that pay structure agreement. The same way Elon gets richer whenever the share price increases is the same way the other shareholders also get rich. Elon's other companies were started with his own money, especially SpaceX which was started with PayPal money. Why should it be owned by Tesla as if it was spun off from it?
