    The hectic pace of life and prolonged work pressure can lead us into the quagmire of chronic fatigue. Gradual decline in physical energy, slowing of cognitive functions, and intense emotional fluctuations may accompany this condition. At times, it may even be accompanied by anxiety, depression, and can adversely affect interpersonal relationships. Eventually, passion for both work and life may dwindle, leaving only a sense of bewilderment and loss.
    Recently, Elsa experienced the extreme state of 'chronic fatigue,' where no amount of rest seemed sufficient. It was indeed an uncomfortable situation, making any task feel overwhelming. However, Elsa is determined to continually grow and find solutions in life. After trying various methods, she finally succeeded in breaking free from chronic fatigue!
