I own several JBL speakers and they have never failed to disappoint me. I have dropped them off the back of Four wheelers driving 55+ mph onto asphalt and they are perfectly fine accept for a minor scratch. They are extremely loud and have the best bass and overall best Bang for your Buck Bluetooth speaker money can buy.

Sony is better. I’m a DJ and have the 700 and it’s miles better in sound quality over the JBL’s I had . I use it for wedding ceremonies and house parties.

even the XP700 is way louder than the JBL have heard them all in store. so of course the XP900 with bigger woofer and bigger amp, and bigger battery is louder!

Yeah I returned a 310 and got a xv900, the 310's bass is jamming but not as balanced as Sony. The 310 was actually missing upper/mid sub bass notes. Treble was super quite
The xv900 frequency response doesn’t actually go lower than the jbl they put the exact same frequency response for every speaker in there website. In simple terms they lie about it
Sony is a sensitive bass that’s why it’s not heard much in the video but in person it’s another story and jbl is an audible bass so it’s heard loud in the video but it doesn’t beat Sony

I think the 310 is underrated sounds much louder than 240 watts and the speaker has no trouble at all reaching 31 hz at a decent db amount although its response is supposed to be 45+ hz
The problem with the video is that the Sony has a perceptible sound and bass and jbl an audible bass in person you will notice why Sony sounds better since its bass will give you chills
Even though Sony’s sub’s membrane is huge, the voice coil and magnet are even smaller than the PartyBox has on each driver. Also, imo Sony looks like cheap Chinese 10000w alibaba speaker
partybox 310 actually digs down to 23 hz at -6 db. does have some bass output down to 28hz just significantly rolled off. just from this video there's no way the Sony is going below 40hz. junk

It's weird that a JBL Bluetooth Speaker is loud enough but the Sony Bluetooth Speaker is just not loud enough I hope Sony improves that problem.
