They are both very close when it comes to sound. If someone has 310, it's not really worth upgrading unless you really want that swappable battery and quality of life features (better controls, volume dial, better app, 5 band EQ, Auracast) and looks (Improved light feature). Another point for 320 is that you can always remove battery when using the speaker on AC power. Which further saves battery from degrading over time.
The other review I just watched said you can’t take the battery out and still have the speaker on unfortunately. I just bought two JBL 310s on Costco for $399 AUD each rather than $750 for one 320 😊
Great comparison! To me the 320 sounds finer, like it could play in your living room. The 310 sounds like a real partybox (PA System like). I like both characteristics.
While I agree that 320 sounds slightly better, it is not that uncommon to release speakers that are worse than the previous generations. Just take a look at Sony.... Also, the sound is subjective.
Thanks! I will buy Jbl 320 (Deep bass, clear sound, battery remove, can you use plug in whitout problem, bluetooth 5.4, equalizator better options, better wheels). From 310 i like lights show but if you listen in day light no matter how lights do.... 320 is better for me.
The mids of the 320 are like muffled, which is annoying to listen to while those of the 310 are clearly louder which makes a better sound rendering of the song without forcing yourself to strain your ears. Now we have to see if it's only on the video or we should go listen to both on site for a real comparison.
I am supposed to buy the 320, but since I have a 110 I thought of getting the 310 so I could connect it through TWS but it was out of stock. I ended up buying the 710 for the same or even a bit lower price than the 320. Though it is not that portable and has no battery, it's definitely a bang on the buck!
320 is actually better if volume is high and i think bass is great, light features a better, slightly smaller and less heavy but well 310 mids and highs on lower volume is better
The biggest upgrade is the removable battery which i think is a great feature where you can extend the use of your Partybox speaker. Also i believe that 320 sound better in terms of the overall balance of dynamics and will able to connect to the new smaller JBL portable. You can think about that.
@@legendaryblood1937 But the mediums are like muffled, less strong than 310. Now we have to see if it's only on the video or we have to go there to really listen.
@@pheejxeebyaj6483 I tested it and it sucks. I bought the 110 instead as it is lighter and much clearer. 320 is much clearer as it has a more consistent transition of mids to treble. I don't what you're talking about the mids no being as dominant as the 310 but mids from the 320 is better as it is more consistent with less peaks and dips

Of course the 320 has better sound. Why would jbl release a speaker that sounds worse? The difference isn’t just that big

💯👍
JBL did. The Xtreme 4 lol

The 320 give the music more room than the 310. That’s why the 310 sounds more nosy and compressed.
1:10 Partybox 310 has 165mm Woofers, same as 320. There is a mistake on the JBL official 310 spec sheet showing 176mm.
Yes, they are both 165mm (6.5 inch).
320 is actually better if volume is high and i think bass is great, light features a better, slightly smaller and less heavy but well 310 mids and highs on lower volume is better
Could you do an audio test with the treble and bass at the highest level in the equalizer? They almost always do tests in flat...
If you connect 2 partybox 320 in TWS mode together and use your microphone, will the voice in both 2 speakers? Could you please test this 🙏
From this video and from what I heard IRL. 320 has smoother sound than 310. Upper mids to Treble response seems to be more consistent than 310.
Highs/Mids sound more pronounced on 310 IMO, than on 320. I like my 310. 320 doesn’t sound bad though
To me i felt the jbl310 sounds more clear the mids n highs were so pure then the jbl320
I purchased 310 yesterday but I wasn't aware about 320
😅 what do you think? Should u get the 320?
@cognizant2010 did you sent back and purchase 320 ??

Otimas caixas porem notei q o grave da 320 é mais extenso e a qualidade de audio da 320 um pouco melhor.
Pwede po e TWS ang 320 sa 310?
