    Ingredients (4-6 servings):
    *1 cup lentils (you can also soak lentils in water overnight)
    *1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil
    *1 carrot
    *1/2 broccoli
    *1 sweet pepper
    *150 g Portabello mushrooms (champignons)
    *3 garlic cloves
    *1 teaspoon salt (or more if you like)
    *a pinch of black pepper powder
    *1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
    *1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    *1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
    *1 ½ cup (250 ml) coconut milk (18% fat)
    *2 cups of boiled water

    Add all the ingredients.
    Preheat the oven to 175° C.
    Baking time: 50-60 min.
