Eyewitnesses give emotional account of Plymouth shooting

Neighbours say Stephen Washington, 59, was out walking his two pet Huskies along a tree lined path in Plymouth when he was shot and killed by gunman Jake Davison, 22. The grandfather's dogs are then believed to have raced back to his family home nearby and alerted relatives of the shocking incident that was unfolding. The 22-year-old killer had already fatally shot his mother Maxine before going out into the street and firing 'at random', also killing Sophie Martyn, who was just three years old, her father Lee Martyn, 43, and Kate Shepherd, 66.

Plymouth is a beautiful town compared to many : with lots of tourists.
The Conservatives massively defunded social workers and mental health professionals while empowering a creepy Police and surveillance state, like China.

Some people absolutely need mental health and behaviour therapy.
There was a reason social workers walked from Birmingham to Liverpool in protest of Conservative cuts.
