Hi Simon. Ever considered going to the doctors? I have to be prescribed tablets for my hayfever from my doctor, and I take one a day and it works incredibly well. I was having hayfever so bad I was getting nosebleeds every single day, but taking a tablet prescribed by my doctor every day has stopped it. Definitely worth considering
Thing is, I'm not a fan of taking things, and things like Prevalin are herbal not drug based, so it's pretty good in my books.
i dont want to pry but how much have you been eating every day i find that everytime you get sick i get sick too and i have a compromised ammune system so it gets bad fast and i find that my eating habbits have alot to do with the way my bodys ammune system gets compromised a bug gets in there and sucks all the juice out of me and leaves me shattered so ive been eating a ssegnificant amount more than usual and i feel alot better i suggest second lunch or second dinner and none of this salad and lemon crap have some pasta and some chicken i hope you feel better give zuz a hug that always makes you feel better
It's no bug, trust me, the hay fever is so bad this year. When my parents came to visit the finally believed me about how bad it is when they actually felt dusty, just after walking in the atoms round here for 5 minutes
all me kids and hubby are battling the hay fever too

Get some salt water nasal spray, flush out the nose with that and then use hayfever nasal spray. Works for me.
been doing that, it does help, but doesn't stop anything
thinking next year to get the injection if it's this bad again
They tend not to do that anymore as a rule.
I'd happily have an eyes, lungs and skin transplant to stop this horrible feeling
ive been sent for free (as a tester) a new type of nasal spray,its C02 based (drug free),i havent used it a whole much yet and was suspicious but i have to say for me 5mins after using it the hayfever does seem to clear by maybe 80-90%..i need to use it more but if its really bad then this might help...(i need to use it more to absolutely confirm it works, but its thumbs up right now)
I wish I knew of a natural cure for hay fever or at least something to take the edge off. If I ever hear anything I'll let ya know. Maybe get a Bubble Boy suit or somethingl. Sure people will stare but you'll feel better.
