what about "4 cells have expected count less than 5"? in that case should you use chi-squared test?
There is Fisher's exact test that is automatically used in such cases

You can do that manually after you get all tables

Fisher's exact test can be used for low frequency cells
If the percentage is over 20%, you should use Fisher'exact test

If the Sig or p-value is equal to or below .05, there the association is statistical significant. The reverse is true.

Sir, for example, it was revealed that education has a significant relationship with the level of awareness (p-value is less than .05). We conclude that education is a determinant. So now what I am asking is that, in what way they are associated. I heard we have to see the crosstab but I don't know how to interpret it.
Likert scale is selected as ordinal but in your SPSS it's selected as nominal. Can you please clarify
The selection does not matter in some cases. You can easily change it. Sometimes default setttings keep showing!
