I’m heading into 2024 mid divorce after 24 years, I think it’ll be finally done around April so as I’ll be getting my own place I’ll only be buying the essentials to get settled. I’ll be selling a lot of my bags because I’m really hoping to simplify but will definitely be keeping some of my favourites 😊❤❤ I’ve decided that for what would have been my 25th I’m going to have a little holiday so I’ll be tucking away a little bit for that. ❤❤
Hi MamaSheila! Sending lots of love! Good you are opening up a new door in your life! Simplifying ones collection is always a nice thing to do! OOo holiday!! That sounds great!!! I recently went to Japan and it totally changed my perspective~ Goodluck with downsizing the bags too!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Jessie, when I was a little kid, I used to rebox my christmas presents and open them again because i loved opening them so much. So you've DEFINITELY got my vote for the "re-unboxing!!" I agree with you about gratitude. Realizing you don't need a single thing, that you have everything you could possibly want, is always comforting and calming. Hope you keep us all posted on the low-buy. Your plan sounds very doable. Wishing you all the best in your efforts.🌸🌸🌸
I bought a empty diy advent calendar and put my own stuffs in there. I ask my sister to help so it’s surprising to me. Money saved and the joy remained. I also really love re unboxing. I’m actually someone who can be happy with little things ❤
I would love to see videos of what fits inside on a lot of your bags. One where you can see down into the bag to see how it all fits. Also you can show how you wear and style the bags in new and different ways.
Its been quite interesting experience as a viewer watching as you challenge yourself to buy less and more mindfully a few times in the past. Each time you have more understanding and self awareness. IMO some ideas below: - Sitting in the FOMO is important, but maybe also reflect on why you feel the FOMO - remind yourself there will always be things you will experience FOMO for, and that you will be ok feeling FOMO - Challenge yourself to wear all your designer bags (if you have 30 of them, make it a 30day challenge). - Inevitably you will find it difficult to wear all your bags and this serves as a good reminder that you have more than enough bags for now. - Find other things that bring you joy and make sure you do them on a regular basis. This could be a small thing like a nice coffee and reading a book, or a new hobby, or spending more time with loved ones. - Make a note of whenever you choose not to buy something, its price and a pic. Revisit it several weeks/ months later. You’d be surprised how many things you no longer really fussed about, and the $ you would have spent. - Define what a ‘low buy year’ means to you. Is that 1 bag purchase in a year? With a very hard set goal its very easy to understand if you missed or not. You will also go through times of frustration so its very helpful to have that hard line to not cross during those times.
I absolutely LOVE this video & you Jess!!!! Yes, please revisit each bag as an unboxing with us and with mod shots. And, great ideas for FOMO. As always, your "sunshine" energy is so much fun to be a part of!!
instead of doing a no buy year which gives a feeling of deprivation you should do an enjoy my handbags year. this could involve enjoying your handbags and making a conscious effort to wear all your bags and enjoy them. focus on creating outfits to go with your bags and playing dress up with them. that will help with the fomo feeling.
I can’t wait to see your collection. I don’t buy many bags so I do live vicariously through all of you RUclipsrs who unbox and share their collections. I get a buzz from seeing your bags. So don’t worry about not buying and unboxing bags as you already do different things and talk about interesting things on your channel and I love that.
Excited for your journey! Something I love to do is play dress up in my closet. I’ll try on some clothes I haven’t worn in a while or a different combination and then pair it with my existing handbags. It makes me fall in love with my bags again cause one of the first things I do with a new bag is try it on with different outfits!
Jessie, you are right about vicarious enjoyment. I love watching RUclipsrs show me their bags because I love bags. And I love that we share that passion. 🕯️🌲✨
It's always good to be self aware and have a plan. My suggestion is to stop searching, scrolling, window shopping for good deals. You'll still need content so you'll still be looking at new releases, etc but the mindless scrolling of resale sites should probably stop. At least, that's what I have to do when I need to slow down my consumption. 🤷🏻♀️ I still watch luxury handbag content and add things to my wishlist but I wait a few weeks for the impulse/FOMO to dissipate. Good luck! I'm very aware how constricting it can feel, that whole reverse psychology thing of knowing you shouldn't do something and as a result HAVE TO DO THE THING. 😂
It’s okay to let others buy bags instead of giving in to fomo and snatching them up for yourself. It may be their dream bag so you’re really giving others a wonderful opportunity to appreciate and experience a forever luxury piece. Framing it this way makes me happy if someone buys it. Not because I’m “saving” but because it can bring someone else joy.
First you looked stunning❤ Second, a low buy is a great way to want to slow down your shopping! Sometimes the no buy backfires and makes you overbuy when you are off the no buy. I did this the first time I did a no buy😅 I was more successful subsequent no buys. Third, you are very intuitive! You have to feel the uncomfortableness. It’s not fun to feel (lord knows I hate it!) but I am stronger for it. Also distraction is key. Do not dwell on what you want and cannot have. Yes! Revisit your bags, especially ones you don’t gravitate towards and style it and then use it! You had really great ideas Jess💕
awww yes thanks so much for your advice!! agree it is okay to feel the fomo but not to dwell on it! that way it will be easier to say no more often! 🌸🌸🌸
Hi Jess! Thanks for the good ideas. I have always enjoyed shopping my closet too. I put together different outfits with a jacket or coat and bag and even shoes. I hang it on my closet door and I have something ready to wear when I need it besides having a styling outlet. I would love to see you style more of your bags💕🙏👛
I took over my husbands closet with bags. It’s time for me to get on board with you Jess. I told my daughter I was done…she flat out told me “ I don’t believe that mom”😂. I think I’m going to maximize my bag charms and twillies. I seem to get more compliments on my charms than the bags themselves at times. We got this Jess💕
I did slow down buying handbags in 2023 compared to the previous years. I have decided to not buy any next year because I just need to enjoy the ones I’ve got. I carry my Neverfull to work everyday because I need the space. That leaves the weekends to carry my fun bags and I don’t always go out every weekend so I have bags I don’t really carry a lot. I won’t sell them because I really love them all. I have summer bags, fall bags and winter bags. Instead of getting obsessed with the new releases I’m just going to enjoy what I’ve got.
This is how I get rid of FOMO. I put the bag in my shopping cart or wishlist…and visit the bag for at least a month. This has helped me cause I will have a good 8-10 bags on my wish list…then I look at reviews people have about the bag and that usually eliminates half the bags. I also figured out that a lot of the bags that I like are influenced so if I feel I have been completely influenced I eliminate the bag. That brings me down to maybe 2 or 3 bags and then I decide from there. Thats how I figured that I don’t really want a Birken….I was getting influenced because I really do not like hand bags…prefer cross body….so if I get the urge again I will buy something for around 1k like a Ferragamo or Mulberry version to see if I really want that birken. You will be surprised how putting things in your shopping cart and not checking out really does help eliminate that spontaneous shopping urge. If you had 25k and put that in a mutual fund that mirrors the stock market and add 1k a month you will have over 800,000k in funds in 20 years and your are not that old. That also keeps me honest……my bags ain’t gonna do that for me lol! It’s nice having extra $$ in the bank that you can spend but just choose not to spend it all on bags and clothes. Confession I do take bag money and think to myself would I rather have that Petite Malle or would I rather fly business class to Tokyo or Paris. Personally I take the flight over the bag. So I had 2 great vacations this year and enjoy my two Mulberry Mini Alexa’s.
I did it this year but still want to do more so I’ll join you again. The luxe bags I planned and bought were few and good prices so no regrets at all there. A couple of discontinued items came my way that I hadn’t planned for but definitely wanted so I bought them, some SLGs snuck in along with several Longchamp bags and another one off bag I saw and impulse purchased. I have high hopes for an even lower buy ‘24!
Best of luck with your low buy! I found I was only successful when I truly lost interest - finding other interests was super helpful for me. Like travel post Covid.
Hi Jessie😘 love your videos, you're a ray of sun 💖 thanks for sharing your thoughts on this topic because when we are bag lovers/ collectors it can be hard to stop and to not go into a difficult "spirale" of unhappiness etc... And RUclips is not a safe place as we can be tempted so much by seeing so much eye candies 😅 I am myself a bag collector , got a RUclips channel about it , i am mainly collecting Longchamp bags (as well as Lancel and other brands) so i am not really into high luxury like you. BUT!! The main thing is the same . Since last August i have done a big reflection and in 2024 i have a new project about my collection and my way of collecting. I have bought my latest 2 bags in august and since then i bought nothing because of this new project. I will soon make a video about it and explain everything. I will not stop collecting but i will do it in my own way with my rules! 😊 wish you a great day 😘😘
I’ve recently started a NO BUY YEAR until next Black Friday, please keep fingers crossed for me. Im curious how it’s gonna develop and I hope for a big relief and satisfaction.
You can do this, Jess!! I’m also saving for my holy grail bag, and my goal is to avoid luxury purchases in the meantime too. We can do this! lol I can relate to you wanting to wrap things that you’ve already purchased for your birthday, etc. That’s what I’ve been doing all season for Christmas 😂 - a preloved bag that my hubby gifted me two months ago, a few inexpensive Sanrio purchases, new lipstick.. all wrapped and under the Christmas tree 😂❤. I know what they are, I wrapped them, but it works! 😂 I’m excited and happy! Stay strong and be creative, girl!
You know what, low buy year 2024 is also my aim. I am addicted into handbag shopping for the past 3 years. Right now, I am content with the collection that I have and my plan for 2024 is to save money for my retirement. My strategy will be to sell a bag I own, if I want to add new one. Thanks for sharing your experience. Love watching you and your Hermes collection. If you get bored of your mini plume, please let me know. I am interested to buy😊. Happy holidays to you and yours.
I know exactly how you feel, i deal with fomo all the time, but i always find another bag no matter how many i have! I love your videos, you talk and show pleanty of content without unboxing all the time.
Hey Jess! I just started my luxury low buy year on the first of December! It's not been easy even though it's only been a week. I started it a month early because I knew my spending would spin even more out of control during the holidays. Stress coping mechanism. I would love to see your low buy journey, am also planning on addressing this issue because this year has been nuts for me... I still have 4 bags to unbox. 🙈
Food for you Jess. If you don’t try you won’t succeed. Something I heard once was every time you want to buy something and you resist, write down how much you saved by not buying it and put that money into a different account. And keep track of that and put it in the Birkin 25 or whatever you’re saving for fund. Maybe make a point of changing your bag every day and rotating through all of them and share that in your your daily videos. Dont think of it as FOMO. Just because something is a good deal does not mean it’s FOMO. if you didn’t want it before, dont buy it. You don’t really have FOMO. And maybe asking people to message you when they buy a bag you found for them. You can have fun with this without spending your own money.
And I love the regifting to yourself idea! Of actual bags, not imaginary ones.😂😂you crack me up! I find playing with what I have (because honestly I dont even use a quarter of what I have on a day to day basis) helps me realize I already have most things that I really love, whether it’s bags or makeup (my other vice) and adding another one that I don’t like as much is of little value as I won’t reach for it. Good luck!
I am also aiming for a low buy year in 2024, focus on enjoying the things I already have by creating more opportunities to wear them, like traveling or going out more. We can do this! 😸🤜
I just subscribed & this video is great! I admire you for doing the low buy 2024. How many bags do you own? You inspired me to do this & sell some bags that I no longer use. Keep up the good work! Will be viewing your other videos. Thanks & cheers ! :) 👍
I love your unboxing idea!! That’s a great idea for a video best bags to un box❤️❤️. I think I’ll join you and keep your eye on the final prize the bag you really want.. only I still want them all😅
You can do this Jess . I admit I have a problem too, but I have an upcoming big overseas trip that's preventing me to spend more. I also find that nothing interests me anymore with the luxury bags. Everything looks the same now. Wishing you all the best.
I saw that Red Box Calf Birkin as well and was going to buy it but I hesitated and then I thought of you and wondered if you had purchased it when I saw it was purchased 😀
I came across your video while searching for bolide size review and then I saw your mini lindy and lindy 26 and I’m obsessed! It wasn’t on my radar before, but after seeing your review, I love it. Not sure I can stomach the price though. I have the Picotin 18 that I got in 2021 and I love it so much. Evelyne 16 has been on my wishlist for about 2 yrs. Have to see how my savings goes over the next few months.
I have some bags that I only use in certain seasons, so it does seem like it's a 'new to me' bag when I start carrying it when the season for it comes around - so I think hiding a bag or two from yourself is a good idea. Good luck with the low buy '24!
Good luck, it' an admirable goal! I've been seeing some of the people I watch do trades, and that might be something you'd be interested in. Or even ... temporary trades? I wish I had someone with a bunch of bags that I could trust to do loans with. They borrow mine, I borrow theirs, and for a month we get to try a different bag. Would be such a fun way to have more experience with other bags, and get a 'new' feeling, without spending any money. Or, if you have someone you can trust with your bags, take all but a few to them. Then have them randomly send you one of your own bags once a month. It will give you time to miss it, and it's fun because you won't know what's coming. But you have lots of great ideas already. Best of luck!
I don’t have my bags out on display at all. They are all in a glass bookcase in dust bags. So when i switch out to a new bag which is every 4-7 days i think about which bag i want to use and haven’t used recently and it’s like a little unboxing every time
I’m totally down for bag dress ups!! I love it and there’s not enough yt content about it ❤ Etsy is a treasure trove of bag decorations that don’t break the bank ❤
You can try using a bag each month from your collection because you have many, it would feel like buying a new bag. I have just stated that, going to try using my bags even though I’m lazy at changing but will try to rotate and hopefully I will not buy anything in 2024 🙂
I think you should plan on using your birkins and Kelly’s. If you find you still aren’t using them then make it a goal to use them and enjoy using them before you get more bags.
Very happy for you, for taking on this decision. I was trying to go a whole yr. I made it 6 months and some change. Chanel re-released their travel flap and I knew if I didn’t get it now I would never. Been hunting one down since 2019. Plus they are crazy expensive in the resale market. Hoping 2024 is also a low/no buy. Really need to focus on saving for a Birkin 30.
I am right there with you! I’m also going to try and do a low buy 2024 and if I must have a bag…it will be one in one out no matter how much it hurts 😂
Low buy year sounds great, i am joining you. Overbought the last few years and losing sooo much money selling, as i’ve been shifting into Hermes too. Hope u are still planning lots of good content still, love your videos and content💕
where did you get the heart charm on the red kelly in the upper right hand corner? good luck! most sound like good ideas! I def live vicariously through other’s unboxings but that’s become an obsession in itself! 😂 at least a cheaper one!! 😂
10:37 maybe ask your bf to choose 3 random bags from your collection (without you knowing) and box 📦 them. Obviously you’ll know which bags are missing BUT it will be a surprise *which bag is in the box* 😊 Then you can talk about the bag and the reason for purchasing it etc Always 3 boxes 📦 📦 📦 and you only choose one to unbox and so on, so on. You’ll always get a surprise!! 🎉
That’s great that you know what your triggers are and have a plan to work towards it with a positive attitude! My plan is also a low buy year next year. What about trying to make your own bag or charms?
Definitely a low buy year for me in 2024. I kind of love the virtual unboxing idea and virtual styling 😂 or you can go visit the bags at the boutique and make a series of bags you speed dated and turned down 😂
i also want to do a low-buy year. I actually went through my handbags last night and although I like all of them I don’t *love* all of them and I don’t go out enough to realistically use all them. I even forget which purses I have. that’s why I went through them - to take photos to catalog my collection so I can hopefully remember to use them more. 😅 I hope you do more videos on what a low-buy year is going to look like for you. is it just bags or will you still buy the occasional slg or twilly for your bday, special occasions, etc?
Good for you jess!! 👍its just unrealistic and unsustainable to buy and unbox a new bag every month or every few months!! You are just being real girl!!! ❤️ I was and still on a no buy 2023 but will be intending to buy my dream chanel diana bag in japan next year in march when we are there ❤️💕💗😊
Jess ignore the negative comments. If this is what is right for you and for your life then you can do it! I think you have some great strategies to stick to it! I really need to use my twilles and my luggage tags to mix my bags up. :)
Hello Jess. I wish you luck in your 2024 low buy year. I think that the mindset you are setting up for yourself will lead you to meeting your goal. When I have a goal, ie. a Birkin 25 (like you said - it’s a lot of money) so I won’t spend money on another bag. Because I don’t want to use money that will go towards my Birkin. Also, when buying a buy, I think about function and purpose. If I already have a bag that meets my needs. I won’t buy that new bag. This has made me realize that the bags that attract me are cute and expensive! Which doesn’t really meet a functional purpose 😂
This was one of your best videos. So authentic and full of hack to deal with the handbag addiction. I had to stop myself today, i was almost on my way in -10 degree to the Valentino to buy my fourth rockstud spike bag.....when i then considered hard on it i decided to not buy....but it was FOMO and FOPI big time. But yeah, i need to cool off. Rather buy btc, it is crazy up now. Also thinking about making some youtube bag review during Xmas, if it gets done i give you a headsup Jess ✨
I’ve only owned a Gucci Dionysus, LV Speedy, YSL medium LouLou and Versace tote. I’ve sold 2 and I’m trying to sell the other 2 as well. I’ll never spend thousands on a bag ever again! Idc about the brand it’s not worth it at all🙅🏽♀️
Well done Jess! I don't want to sabotage you but have you considered adding another source of income for the bag fund? You're probably the only youtuber I'd be interested in having a small subscription-based newsletter that will round-up good deals or interesting bags on the preloved market (esp with your vast knowledge regarding bags), since you already would somewhat need to follow the market for YT.
Low buy year for sure. For me that looks like using all the clothes, shoes and toiletries up before buying more. And only purchasing handbags for special occasions like birthday anniversary and Christmas 😋
Language you use with yourself matters “I have to” “I can’t pass up a deal” etc isn’t going to be a productive way to talk to yourself. I really hope you stick with this I would be so impressed.
Hi Jesse. I am doing a low buy year in 2024 as well. I am not going to purchase more than 3 bags in 2024. I’m also not buying any makeup, clothes, or accessories.
What if you channeled your love of constant perusing of bag sites for yourself into finding great deals for others. It could potentially be a source of income ( as a service provider,) and give you the satisfaction of making someone happy. You are masterful at finding great deals, and it’s a skill most people don’t have, so your client base will grow and your bag passion can become a source of joy rather than “shopping addiction” you want to fight.

So I had 2 great vacations this year and enjoy my two Mulberry Mini Alexa’s.
thanks for sharing your experience!!! so good to hear different perspectives 🌸
I remember this video last year (about a 2023 low-buy). ;) I wish you luck with your low buy, Jess!
Best of luck with your low buy! I found I was only successful when I truly lost interest - finding other interests was super helpful for me. Like travel post Covid.
I love your idea of re-unboxing. Good strategies, Jess!
Im curious how it’s gonna develop and I hope for a big relief and satisfaction.
ooo good plan!!!! smart to wait untill next black friday 🌸
Aw love that!!!!! Hello kitty is right up my alley too!! 😍🥰🥰🥰
Happy holidays to you and yours.
sure!! happy holidays to you too! 🌸🌸
I love the idea of an imaginary unboxing. It could be loads of fun. Please give it more thought
I know exactly how you feel, i deal with fomo all the time, but i always find another bag no matter how many i have! I love your videos, you talk and show pleanty of content without unboxing all the time.
Aw Jak!!! Lots of love from me!
OOOO Im so looking forward to your unboxings!!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
good your started in December!
You can have fun with this without spending your own money.
thanks pappy!!! 🌸🌸🌸
Good luck Jess :) These are fantastic ideas, especially the reunboxing of a bag! Might steal that one for myself ;)
Wishing you all the best.
true!! that's exciting you are going on holiday! 🌸
Good luck with the low buy '24!
thanks Leslie 🌸🌸
So when i switch out to a new bag which is every 4-7 days i think about which bag i want to use and haven’t used recently and it’s like a little unboxing every time
Thank you for the inspiring sweet video
Lets do it together!
You are correct sometimes its just the adrenaline of getting something new
❤
I will use some of your strategies…as long as they work, I don’t find “ crazy”….creative yes!
Cheers to a great 2024, Jess❤❤🎉
Cheers Dani!! 🌸🌸
I will be joining you in a low buy year!!! Good luck to us 😁
My new year resolution is no buying bag in 2024. Let’s do it together!
I'm also joining in on the no-buy in 2024
Yes!!!! We can do it!! 🌸
I’m totally down for bag dress ups!! I love it and there’s not enough yt content about it ❤
Etsy is a treasure trove of bag decorations that don’t break the bank ❤
ooo true!!!
I like the idea of twilly of the day!
I identify with this so much. The struggle is real!
10:37 maybe ask your bf to choose 3 random bags from your collection (without you knowing) and box 📦 them.
Obviously you’ll know which bags are missing BUT it will be a surprise *which bag is in the box* 😊
Then you can talk about the bag and the reason for purchasing it etc
Always 3 boxes 📦 📦 📦 and you only choose one to unbox and so on, so on. You’ll always get a surprise!! 🎉
That’s great that you know what your triggers are and have a plan to work towards it with a positive attitude! My plan is also a low buy year next year. What about trying to make your own bag or charms?
Best of luck with your low buy year ❤
I’m doing the same next year. I bought and sold so much this year I think I got all caught up with everything
Definitely a low buy year for me in 2024. I kind of love the virtual unboxing idea and virtual styling 😂 or you can go visit the bags at the boutique and make a series of bags you speed dated and turned down 😂
hahhaha hey thats a smart idea!!! 🌸
i also want to do a low-buy year. I actually went through my handbags last night and although I like all of them I don’t *love* all of them and I don’t go out enough to realistically use all them. I even forget which purses I have. that’s why I went through them - to take photos to catalog my collection so I can hopefully remember to use them more. 😅
I hope you do more videos on what a low-buy year is going to look like for you. is it just bags or will you still buy the occasional slg or twilly for your bday, special occasions, etc?
I definitely will make more videos on how I am dealing with low buy year :) 🌸🌸
Good for you jess!! 👍its just unrealistic and unsustainable to buy and unbox a new bag every month or every few months!! You are just being real girl!!! ❤️ I was and still on a no buy 2023 but will be intending to buy my dream chanel diana bag in japan next year in march when we are there ❤️💕💗😊
Amazing strategy Jess . I suggest you set a goal to buy one bag only ( your dream B25 ) and don’t get distracted by any other bag
Jess ignore the negative comments. If this is what is right for you and for your life then you can do it! I think you have some great strategies to stick to it! I really need to use my twilles and my luggage tags to mix my bags up. :)
aw thanks lots Melinda!!! haha yes thats a good idea 🌸🌸🌸🌸 Happy holidays!!!
Love your attitude so much and I think exactly like you
I love your daily upload. ❤
I’m doing a low buy 2024 too! 😅
Your red lipstick looks perfect on you!❤️
thanks Rhonda!!
You're on the right track. I am going through something similar. Let's do it together!
Also thinking about making some youtube bag review during Xmas, if it gets done i give you a headsup Jess ✨
yesss please let me know if you do!!! I will be first to watch! 🌸🌸🌸
We will celebrate your low buy year next Dec.
A lovely sweeping flush of a pinky cream blush to the apple of your cheeks would really pop your makeup.
I’ve only owned a Gucci Dionysus, LV Speedy, YSL medium LouLou and Versace tote. I’ve sold 2 and I’m trying to sell the other 2 as well. I’ll never spend thousands on a bag ever again! Idc about the brand it’s not worth it at all🙅🏽♀️
I think it will be a low buy for me also. I try to just buy bags I really love ❤
Sounds fun ideas !! 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Agree, and I'm doing low buy since the beginning of 2023. I'd rather spend money on traveling, food,or vacations than collecting handbags.
Love it keep it real
Well done Jess! I don't want to sabotage you but have you considered adding another source of income for the bag fund? You're probably the only youtuber I'd be interested in having a small subscription-based newsletter that will round-up good deals or interesting bags on the preloved market (esp with your vast knowledge regarding bags), since you already would somewhat need to follow the market for YT.
😅 good luck in new
2024. year with new strategy!...I wish I'd realize the same!
🥰🥰😋😋😋 it’s not easy!
Hiding bags and opening them again after a while is a good idea
I did a low buy for bags but unfortunately bought enough to ready to wear to make up for it. Idk what’s worse. At least the bags keep some value 😰
Low buy year for sure. For me that looks like using all the clothes, shoes and toiletries up before buying more. And only purchasing handbags for special occasions like birthday anniversary and Christmas 😋
'The Emperor's new bag!' - oh there's nothing there - it's not a concept that far removed from reality. Don't get stressed Jess! Enjoy Xmas. xx
hahhaha true Jonny!!! 🌸🌸🌸
I’m not convinced you can do this past January 😂🛍️🎁 xx
I find waiting for the new year to start a goal doesn’t work for me - too much pressure. I’m better just starting right away
haha!!! It won't be easy!!! but I am feeling positive!
Language you use with yourself matters “I have to” “I can’t pass up a deal” etc isn’t going to be a productive way to talk to yourself.
I really hope you stick with this I would be so impressed.
You go girl!
Hi Jesse. I am doing a low buy year in 2024 as well. I am not going to purchase more than 3 bags in 2024. I’m also not buying any makeup, clothes, or accessories.
aw good luck Melissa!!! 3 bags sounds good!!
My next luxury purchase will be after I save another 10k in mysavings account.
Maybe post daily deals ❤
👍
What if you channeled your love of constant perusing of bag sites for yourself into finding great deals for others. It could potentially be a source of income ( as a service provider,) and give you the satisfaction of making someone happy. You are masterful at finding great deals, and it’s a skill most people don’t have, so your client base will grow and your bag passion can become a source of joy rather than “shopping addiction” you want to fight.
Buying a car next soon. Definitely a low buy next year. Guessing my next purchase will be preloved Chanel or Dior.😊
ooo exciting!!! beep beep!
Maybe add a segment if I could I would
