I don't know.... 01', & 02' U-M rivals heavy against his Neo Max..
There arent many versions to compare in first place, because Ryo is one of the chars who are getting repetitive "lv 3" supers over the years.
Didn't remember but so many of his Desperation Supers in a couple of older K-O-F, so I did some video research to rewatch,@@carlosaugusto9821 . I believe he gets repeated Max only Supes the most. Only when he was titled as 2nd Karate was them max only supers got different for him. His best two visually wise are XIII & 06'/Regulation A.

Kof 13 has some of the coolest combos out of all fighting games. Only sad part it takes a ton of pracrice and patience. Thats the only resaon why kof struggled thru out the years is bc ppl couldn't perform the moves let only combos 😢
And frame perfect inputs...
While their combos can be/are extreme. I promise it has NOTHING to do with their hiccups with their games. As of matter of fact, it's too many videos out of K-O-F that's willing to go by key steps to perfect combos for any of their games, if you're not skillful enough to learn on ya own. Other matters non combos/gameplay related is the source of their struggles. Covid-19 made their issues even harder.
HAPPILY it is difficult to perform them. If everybody could make them, how can it be FUN to know that you have lost your match juste because you took the first low hit ?? In the better way, it is about 10, 15... 20 seconds to wait without being able to PLAY... What fun !
The way to make combos in KoF should had stayed like until the 98 : except for "light hits", we shouldn't be able to combo with something not stronger rate. Or maybe once and the gauge should decrease more faster than what it is.
I strongly played less the franchise because of this since the XIII, as if your opponent know his combos, the game was to the first who place the 1st LP or LK... How fun..
That almost sounds like all or most Kofs are like 13, but that is very far from the reality. But this game was the introduction to many people who are outsiders to SNK culture, so it formed a strong impression and a reference to them. And thats an incorrect way of thinking but in the end its totally natural, if it was their first Kof or first serious Kof.
The fact that you started this clearly shows you've never watched no serious tournaments of XIII, @@fabryce5271...😅

I was gonna state, @@axelmiramontes409. After doing some heavy digging since the Chin video we all watched. I came across info of them promising/announcing to do a season 3, right after they finished their season 2. But they basically asked to be more or less patient with them.

Why does he have orange hair, and not blonde?
He wanted to match his fighting gei!?...😅
His KOF13 design is based off of his Art Of Fighting sprite. More specifically they just took little of the orange in his hair(seen more in motorcycle riding scene)that he had in that game and added more orange.
@@sladejosephwilson2300 It's weird because he's very obviously blonde in his character portrait. So it's just something that bothers me, lol.
@@Eight-Bytes I know. The guy above me is probably more accurate. But this Ryo is definitely based on his AOF design minus the extra orange in his hair.
