Thank you for this video. About how many inches do you roll them out to? You tonly need to cook it on each side once? How long will they stay fresh on the kitchen counter in a towel for an after a period of days is it better to wrap them in tinfoil and or a Ziploc bag? Thank you
@@labourerplop5034 Yes. It is something that most Indians eat on a daily basis. Of course without the addition of baking soda. If boiling hot water is added to the flour while making the dough, it softens the chapattis even more, denaturing the gluten
I'm prepping up the fillings now :D Thanks for sharing Em's Kitchen. We are now thinking of cooking beef or chicken shawarma. :D Cheers and keep it up our new friend :) See you later!

How long do they last in the fridge
no salt, bicarbonate, or oil is added
If you are making a tortilla I recommend you to make them thinner and make them of corn is very important to make them of corn (they taste better 😉)
Chappatis !
Any chance for measurements in grams? Conversion from cups, tablespoons, etc. is often inconsistent and they're a general headache.
Bacorn yeah i agree but i gave up long ago, just literaly use any cup, the same cup for everything so the measurments are even
Yes. Use the same cup for flour and usually add water as per the desired softness of the dough.
Hi. How many grams is your 1 cup? 🤭 Thank you.
Chappathi
Dis is Chapati in India and this is what most Indians eat!
