    who do you recommend for build on your lot in NW Houston?

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Great question! There are several reputable builders in NW Houston who specialize in ‘build on your lot’ projects. Some popular options include David Weekley Homes, Tilson Homes, and Partners in Building. Each offers customizable plans and a range of services depending on your vision and budget.
      If you’d like, we can help you connect with these builders or explore others to find the perfect fit for your project. Let us know how we can assist!

    Question. Are this reductions due to which reasons?? And with so much reductions is it good to buy a house now??

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад +1

      Great questions! Price reductions can happen for several reasons-changes in demand, higher interest rates, or sellers adjusting their expectations to stay competitive. Right now, we’re seeing some shifts in the market that are creating opportunities for buyers, especially if you’re ready to act.
      Whether it’s a good time to buy depends on your personal situation-your budget, goals, and how long you plan to stay in the home. If you’d like, we can help you explore the market and determine if it’s the right time for you!

    Are we looking at the start of the housing bubble slowly leaking before the pop . With the last couple of your videos and all the price reductions...what's going on ???

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад +1

      That’s an excellent question and a topic many people are curious about right now! The market is definitely shifting, with some areas experiencing price reductions due to higher interest rates and changing demand. While it’s hard to predict if we’re looking at a full 'bubble pop,' we’re seeing the market move toward more balance after years of rapid price growth.
      If you’re thinking about buying or selling, it’s a great time to stay informed and strategize carefully. Let us know if you’d like insights on specific neighborhoods or market trends-we’re happy to help!

    I’m waiting till after the election as I have a feeling it’s going to be boom or bust . If it’s a bust I’ll wait for the bust and pay cash . The recession in 08 and 09 all the way up to 2011 was great time for me to buy properties.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      That’s a smart strategy! Timing the market can make a big difference, and it sounds like you’ve had success in the past with buying during downturns. The current market is definitely unpredictable, especially with the upcoming election and economic shifts. If you’re keeping an eye on certain areas or types of properties, let us know-we’d be happy to help you track opportunities!

    Nice houses by J. Patrick but they’re significantly smaller than what you can get from Perry in the same subdivision. Similar build quality, you’d likely get more for less.

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Thanks for sharing your insight! 😊 Both J. Patrick and Perry Homes have a lot to offer, but you’re right-Perry often provides larger floor plans for a similar price point in some subdivisions. It really comes down to personal preference and which features matter most to you. If you’re comparing builders or need help weighing your options, we’d be happy to assist!

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      That’s a good observation! Large homes like this can sometimes come with higher utility bills, especially in Houston’s hot summers. However, many new builds now include energy-efficient features like better insulation, smart thermostats, and high-efficiency windows to help manage costs. If you’d like, we can look into the specific energy-saving features of this home!

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      You’re absolutely right-home prices in San Diego are significantly higher! Houston offers great value in comparison, with more space and features for the price. It’s one of the reasons so many people are drawn to this area. Are you currently based in San Diego, or just familiar with the market there? We’d love to hear more!

      You make a great point! Sometimes what looks like a price reduction is really just a correction to align with the market. Pricing a home right from the start is key, and overpricing can sometimes lead to longer market times. Thanks for sharing your perspective-it’s always great to hear different takes on the market!

    Ugly no tree neighborhoods, i hate these new neighborhoods, no character, houstons beauty is its massive trees, the baboons who build these neighborhoods just cut them all down , leaving you exposed to horrible heat

    • @houstontexasliving33
      @houstontexasliving33  2 месяца назад

      Thanks for sharing your perspective-it’s a valid concern! Mature trees do add so much character and provide much-needed shade, especially in Houston’s heat. Many new developments focus on maximizing housing space, which can mean fewer trees. That said, some communities are starting to incorporate more green spaces and landscaping to bring back that natural charm.
      If you’re looking for neighborhoods with established trees and character, we’d be happy to help you explore options that fit your preferences!
