Our home has already been contracted to be built by a luxury homebuilder on a 1 acre lot. I wonder if you would like to do some time lapse video of the project as it gets underway. I'd have to clear it with the builder first, but I just thought that it would be something innovative to show on your channel. Perhaps visit every so often to see progress and then do the final reveal when it is finished. Let me know what you think.

Can you guys do wooded communities showcasing one story homes w/ 3 bedrooms and a flex room that could also be a seating room, sun room, TV room, exercise room etc., depending on the floor plan layout. I understand you cater more to out of state buyers but locals can also benefit from the information provided. Thanks These type of homes would be for empty nester with between 2500 to 3200 Sq ft.

I live really close to sun terra. I’ve seen the posts on their community pages and on ring neighborhoods. There has been a swat raid already, people are saying the community isn’t able to sell all the homes they built bc of covid and the rising interest rates. They had to convert sections of the neighborhood to rentals bc they won’t sell. And some residents even think the builder is posting empty homes on Air BNB for rent bc they are bleeding money.

This is what people want to hear, not that the price is so low, no more room for negotiating. Still, the prices you show are base. We still need to know what is base vs what's not included. The model your showing cost more then the price on the price sheet. I would like to see you walk the inventory home, then show the price of the inventory home.
