I never use the whole can of chipotle and adobo for a recipe either... so what I started doing is I puree the whole can with about a cup of water, and place in a quart size ziplock, no air. Then, I lay it flat on a wire shelf in the freezer. It freezes with the indents from the wire shelf, and I am able to break off what I need for the next use. It lasts a LONG time in the freezer, with full taste. :) I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!
Saving my life with these recipes yess!!!! Thank you so much!! As a young mixed race Hispanic man without any family, recipes,or proper teaching this has helped me connect and enjoy cooking for myself 😋
This meal has been in our family’s regular rotation for months. Everyone literally huddles over every step while I cook. Thank you for this inspirational meal. I really love your channel!
Made this pasta last night! SOOOOO FEEEAAAKKKING GOOOOOD!!!! Next time I'll double the sauce and add more chipotles!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Jodi
thank you for this recipe ! just made this ! so easy ! i seasoned the chicken with kosher salt , pepper , onion powder , & garlic powder . the sauce is delicious !!! didn't use all of the 1/2 cup of parmesan since the sauce is already well seasoned without it . definitely will make this again ! 💖
Made this a few weeks ago for the family- they RAVED about how good it was, and said they thought they were eating a "fancy restaurant" dish. Soooo good and flavorful, thank you for the recipe!
Omg thank you for sharing this recipe! I made this last night and I think this is one of my favorite dishes I’ve made! My boyfriend told me he could eat 5 bowls of this! I will be making this more often.
I've made this recipe twice already, and I watched it like two weeks ago! It's delicious. I used in-n-out as the wet part of the marinade the first time and caesar salad dressing the second time, and it was amazing! The more sauce the better :). I just eyeballed the spices on both sides and butterflied the breasts and cooked them in some butter on my cast iron, then I used the grease from it for my sauce. I didn't have heavy whipping cream one day so I tried to make a roux and I ended up adding too much milk and it made it bland. I'd say heavy cream is a necessity for this one! Also, I used about half a can of chipotle peppers, I love the spice. This is my go-to and my boyfriend loves it!
Omg so yummy!!! I made this yesterday and the hubby and my mom loved it!! I didn’t add the chicken bouillon to my pasta just some salt and I also used regular heavy cream, turned out fantastic thank you so much ❤️
Made this for the 2nd time this afternoon. Enjoying it now. I made a hamburger helper type meal with it, I browned ground beef with the seasonings that goes in the broth, set it aside, made the broth with onions and garlic just like you. After I added the cheese (I used a mexican 4 cheese blend) I added the pasta and seasoned beef and at the last minute tossed in a can of black beans. It's amazing. I love how versatile this recipe is!
I wrote that comment 3 years ago, and I just taught my sister to make this recipe this month! Still a favorite with my family. My husband likes me to add a can of Rotel to it, and I love adding black beans and even corn.
Thank you so much for all your recipes, your cookbook saved my kitchen life!!!! Hope to see you for the years to come! What a wonderful family you have so lucky to have you! Got any cleaning tips for dishes properly you recommend for cleaning hard stains and crud? Thanks in advanced!
Use your pasta water to thin the sauce if it gets too think. Pasta water also acts as an emulsifier so you can use it to thicken and add creaminess to any pasta dish. Always enjoy your practical recipes.
This was really good, and got the husband seal of approval. Only thing is mine came out almost too salty, so I would start with less bouillon powder than recommended and work up from there.
I made this today. Substitute the chicken breast for chicken sausage stuffed with mozzarella & spinach. The sauce is truly the start of the dish! Thank you for sharing ❤️
I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious!! My husband loved it too. I just swapped out the Italian dressing for some plain Greek yogurt to help the seasonings adhere, and it worked great. Definitely double the sauce if you give this a try. Adding this to the rotation for sure! ❤
I make something similar to this. I sautéed onions and minced garlic in butter then I add lots of sliced mushrooms and sliced red and yellow bell peppers. I add spaghetti sauce blended with chicken bouillon and chipotle peppers and the sauce. Add to my pan of cooked veggies then I add Mexican creama and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. I add sliced chicken breast and linguine pasta. It’s so good.
Made this for dinner and it came out delicious!! Used hwc instead of crema. I used half of the pepper puree because my 15 month was eating too. It was a bit spicy but everyone enjoyed it! Thank you!!! Can you do a pablano green pasta recipe like this please!
Had this last nigh and it was sooooo good! Did 2 chipotle peppers and it was a little to hot for them. But they still lived it. I did add some chopped roasted red peppers to it. For the seasoning I used a pre mixed that I got from a Mexican chicken recipe I like on pinterest. My chicken breast were pretty thick and next I will cut in half the make them thinner. Thank you for this recipe!! This will be made a lot in this house!
Dis looks so delicious me and my husband luv chipotle my daughter not so much ive never thought to make a chipotle pasta but dis looks so delicious and den wit da chicken breast im gonna make dis for my family thank u for sharing have a blessed day 🙏❤😋

Great recipe to add to a weekly dinner plan. The only thing is I need to double the sauce recipe. I didn't have enough sauce for 1 lb of pasta. Thanks so much! Love your videos
At first I thought the hand at 7:35 was your husband sneaking a bite 😄 Got some chicken thighs thawing in the frig and this morning I was trying to think of something new to do with them, this looks like a perfect recipe to try out! Gracias Mamá!
YES PLEASE!!! I am not a pasta person per say, but, this, I would absolutely make!! I bet this would be great as a Mac and Cheese dish using 3 or 4 different cheeses! Will be saving this to my library to share with my daughter. Thanks so much Angelica for making and sharing this delish recipe and tutorial!
I made a dish inspired by this recipe and it was delicious! I just used what I had in the kitchen already. I seasoned a head of cauliflower with chipotle chile powder, salt and pepper, olive oil and roasted whole in the oven. I added poblano peppers, scallion whites, avocado, veggie boullion cube and water to blender to make a spicy green sauce instead. I sauteed chopped yellow pepper, poblano pepper, chayote, scallion whites, garlic powder, minced dried onions, and some jackfruit I seasoned with the chipotle chile powder. Deglazed the pan with some red wine. Added some butter to the pan and then mixed in my green sauce, parmesan cheese and sour cream. Hit it with a splash of lime juice and topped with scallion greens, cilantro and pieces of the cauliflower. Next time I definitely have to try your original way of making the recipe but thanks for the great idea!
Totally added stuff to my grocery list based on this recipe. Looks so good, I have to make it this week! I had a can of chipolte peppers in my cabinet and was wondering what to do with them. (5 Days Later - made this and will make again!)
Can't wait to make this tomorrow. I have everything I need, even the olive garden dressing! I'm so excited. I have to get rid of some mushrooms so I think I'm going to add that too

Just bought the ingredients to make this later in the week! Excited to try cooking some new recipes, thank you for sharing!
My mom used the Knorr bullion for everything. It adds a depth of flavor that broth doesn’t
its the MSG
It has to much sodium in it. I have to be careful of my sodium intake. I use herb ox brand bouillon. It gives a great taste without sodium.
@@pacluv I’m allergic to msg. It triggers my migraines so I avoid anything with msg and make almost everything.
Msg isn’t poison. That’s a myth that took off due to xenophobia in the states.
@@daddy4967 tell that to people who suffer the side effects of that crap. I suffer brutal migraines from msg. And I avoid that crap at all costs.
I am so going to make this! But I’m going to adapt it for my Instant Pot.🥰😋 Thanks, love your recipes and videos!
