Now I'm overwhelmed, Thank you so much for being a part of this! The longer episode was due to this episode involving soo many days more labour than expected.. but it was so worth it. The finale for Peggy will be at the end of the month as we are spending a few weeks on the finishing touches, Next week back to Helping Jim ep2. Did you enjoy the longer video? what did you think of Peggy's garden before the bramble invasion? Enough waffling, have a great weekend!
Of course we enjoyed the longer video, Ben! Peggy's garden used to be spectacular didn't it? Thank you Ben for another fantastic video. Looking forward to the next one - helping Jim part 2 - already!
You're absolutely right - and not only the hearts and souls of those receiving that service, but also all of us who are watching. Thank you Flawless Cleaning family and workmates and blessings to you all
Did you ever imagine your simple pressure wash videos would evolve into tearing down sheds, putting up new roofs and giving windows and safe, clean homes for elders needing assistance? We never know the paths that we will take or the good we could do unless we are open to being led. Your Dad and others are joining you and you are changing lives and being a phenomenal example to your children! I know you feel incredibly blessed yourself to be able to help others in need. Great job leading by example....I hope you are able to continue this mission for years to come!!!
Short answer.. nope! It was Norman that was a turning point, realising that if I can do more than I should. I feel like we are just getting started so bring it on! Have a great weekend and thank you for being a part of it
The past number of jobs you have done seemed so very daunting in the least. Spectacular work you're doing for these people. Just know how much stress you have removed from their lives. Giving such a feeling of relief. Really awesome how you're helping. ♥️👍
Lovely to hear Peggy laughing. You guys are such a blessing for the whole neighbourhood and all of us around the world who get such a kick out of seeing you helping people. Bless Jim for keeping your bellies full and giving you energy to continue. Mammoth job! Honestly, you feed my heart, THANK YOU! ♥ ♥ ♥ LOVE the longer videos! Keep it up.
"MELIORISM: The belief that we can contribute to positive change and improve the world through acts of love, creativity, compassion and kindness." This is you, Ben! You and your Dad are the embodiment of this word!❤❤
We need this EVERYWHERE! Since lockdown, people have just gone feral. The social contract here in the US was cracked a decade ago, and is shattered now. I feel no matter how much good we do, people will still be donkeys. Seeing Ben and crew go at these gives me hope, and makes us want to expat 😂
Who could have imagined that the absolute best pair of plonkers and their friends could change lives, reawaken a whole community and have fun doing it? And what an amazing childhood for your boys growing up with extra grandparents on every street! You are all truly amazing, and more than anything else you bring hope to those around you and us watching. Thank you.
Thanks so much for watching we are definitely enjoying what we doing but it does come with the highs and some Lows just glad we can help and do what we do
This channel has definitely proven that electric tools (KRESS you rock!!) are ready for primetime. The ability to demolish those brambles and keep going is wonderful. The backpack battery to ensure not having to constantly swap batteries is genius. KRESS did a great thing here with sponsorship and tools. Wholesome, feel good, and solid proof that their tools work and hold up very well.
I am so grateful to be using battery tools, I just hope one day they will have a big enough electric pressure washer than I'll have no need for petrol! Grateful to Kress, they send me equipment at no cost and with no restrictions either, Meaning that I don't have to feel forced saying the tools are great blah blah blah.. they talk for themselves in the video. Thank you for the comments and watching, you know it means the world
I'm a 50yr old train driver with no interest in gardening or DIY but I just watched a 45minute video of a couple of blokes digging and raking. Strangely satisfying.
I got quite teary hearing Peggy laugh and seem so much happier than when you first talked with her. Do thank her for sharing the pics of her garden back when. It was such a pleasure to see it and hear her looking forward again. Most of all, thanks to you Ben, your dad and all the others who have joined you. What an incredible gift you folks are!
The extent you all go to to help the elderly is nothing short of wondrous! You are like a crew of angels moving through the community, humbly changing and improving lives for your fellow man. Thank you for sharing here what you do and hopefully inspiring us all to become better humans.
From a small town in Oklahoma and I adore watching your videos. You and your pops are great people. The world needs more like the two of you. God Bless.
The change in Peggy from the first episode to this one is as dramatic as her garden. Listening to her in the first episodes she just seemed tired and sad. And the more you do, the more sunshine you bring to her garden, the more sunshine you bring to Peggy! Fixing gardens, homes and hearts. ❤️
A son asks his mother why she sometimes borrows salt or candles from their neighbors. The mother replies, "I do this to make them feel valued. Our neighbors are poor and have little for themselves. Your father helps them out occasionally, and I send them cake when we bake at home. They should not feel like they are only receiving. By giving us salt and other items, they experience the satisfaction of being needed. That day, the wealthy boy learns how to remain humble without patronizing those in need. In a similar vein, Ben helps elderly citizens by cleaning their gardens and pressure washing their driveways. The elderly, and sometimes even their neighbors, offer him beverages and biscuits in return. Peggy and Jim, who are beneficiaries of Ben’s selfless service, know they cannot repay his kindness. Ben, who is genuinely compassionate, shows his gratitude by graciously accepting a cup of tea or some refreshments. P.S.: His dad is another gem of a person. I love his humor and the great bond he shares with his son.
I would love to sip a cup of tea with Miss Peggy in her garden, she seems like such a gem. And Mr. Jim...what a saint. Make me miss my parents and grandparents all the more. Ben, you, your gorgeous wife and adorable kids, and your whole team are all true heroes. Blessings to all!
I am watching from Massachusetts, USA. I subscribed about 3 days ago while watching the second episode of Helping Jim and Jean!! Got addicted and I am binge watching as many episodes as I can. I watched the last episode (for 2024) of helping Jim and Jean and I am officially hooked!! Ben, your dad, your uncle and your helpers, may Almighty God bless you and your family, richly!! You guys are such a blessing!!🙏🙏😊❤️🙏🙏
Our government is disgusting. They’re happy to hand out benefits to anyone who asks but keep putting up the retirement age so people who lived and worked their whole life can’t even enjoy their later years.
Amazing work! I can only imagine how overwhelmed Peggy must have felt, seeing everything getting worse and worse, but not being able to physically work on it herself and not able to afford hiring it out. Thank you all for making a difference for Peggy and the community!
Ben these series videos of helping the elderly get back their garden and homes in shape is a wonderful effort and I highly appreciate it. Especially your dad and uncle Paul and whoever is helping you out in these projects. Your Dad and Uncle Paul are really good handymen and helping restore the property for Peggy. These videos are therapeutic and makes one feel satisfied and happy. Thank you for these series. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
How lovely of Jim to bring you some food and drinks. See kindness breeds kindness. Keep it going Ben and Dad, you are making such a difference to people xxx
Awesome video! 73 yr old here in Florida watching all this amazing work being done. God bless all of you helping get this garden and house back into shape. Your father, your wife, your friends an the neighbors all show love for people in need. 🥰🙋♀️
Ben you are doing such a great job. Amazing. I have noticed everyone you help, starts out quiet, lonely and unsure of themselves, but as time goes by, they become more confident and out going, you aren’t just sorting out their gardens and houses, you are helping them so much with their mental health, you are making them feel part of the community again. They no longer feel invisible and lonely. That in itself is priceless, what a wonderful young man you are. 💞💞💞
I'm so glad to see the back of that ivy - I'm sure Peggy will get much more daylight into her lounge now! The side porch looks good. Well done to everyone who helped.
I’m just absolutely blown away, not only because you’re doing something no one else would have done for her, but the level of energy you put into these jobs. It just warms my heart. ❤
Jim's lunch runs were a kind way to show his gratitude. I liked seeing Perry's photos. With the cleared walks and the new fencing it already looks 1000% better.
You guys put builders to shame.......magic guys......you make me feel good inside because of what you do......fantastic and brilliant 👏 and well done 🎉
I wonder how the neighbors on the sides feel about you discovering their brambles, where they aware how it destroyed the fences between them…..You are a blessing to these people, who are overwhelmed. Thank you for the beautiful work you’re doing.
This should be part of the national service that the government keeps talking about taking part in jobs like this looking after people in our communities
Dear Ben and your Dad: A massive shout out to your uncle Paul, the neighbour Jim, for all of the most delicious lunches, and everyone else who helped out, on this episode. You all have made a great impact on Peggy's garden. Everything is coming along beautifully. God bless you all. Have a restful weekend.
@@timothyshortnacy7550 i live in Bexley and a lot of Bens work is in the borough . my wife met him a few months back when he was doing the skate park nice fella . anyway lets stop waffling the address is Bexley Civic Offices 2 Watling Street Bexleyheath , Kent , DA6 7AT , UK or Email Bexley.gov.uk
Thank you, Ben, family, and friends for enabling a community in this area. I hope Peggy enjoys her pie, mash & liquor. This used to be a staple for my grandparents. 😊
So much enjoy watching your videos. It touches my heart to watch the care you give the elders in your community. God has blessed you with a willing heart. I am writing you from the west coast of Washington state in the USA.
5:45 It's rare to see grateful friends and neighbours bringing everyone working on someone's house any refreshments, on other similar channels on YT (including Australia and USA). Gratitude in any way is such a simple thing, but makes a huge difference to everyone involved. Very heart warming 🙂
I can not begin to say how wonderful this yard is being transformed. Ben and Dad AND all the others who are helping. Stand back and look at what a beautiful yard it's becoming right before our eyes. Thank you
You and your Dad deserve a garden party. You represent the concept of loving your neighbor is ways most could never imagine. God Bless You Both and Arthur who chipped in too.
I love what you’re doing for your community and paying it forward for the wider world to see. Love & hugs to you, your lovely family, your dad and all those great helpers Ben. ❤❤
This was an amazing clean up. Not only a clean up but all the extras, new beautiful fence, tear diwns, repairing the roof, fixing and painting the metal entry gate, recycling everything and all the comrodery with Peggy and Jim. You guys are awesome ❤
I'm a retired landscaper/gardener I know how much work this is. Bravo to you, your Dad and your Uncle for blessing Miss Peggy. I can't wait for the finale.
Makes me want to cry to see how proud Peggy was of her garden in days gone by and how you guys are giving her back her pride and dignity. We are in our seventies and it comes as a shock when we find ourselves not as capable as we once were. Good on you for helping people in need.
You are an angel, your father and all the others that help you. Can you imagine a world where if everyone helped each other, you wouldn’t have to do all this hard work. Bless you all❤️❤️❤️
Karen from Australia. All you fellas have worked so hard. Well done, you all melt my heart because of your large hearts. Peggy is one very lucky lady that you came along.
Heart breaks for Peggy, know exactly how she feels, my garden was my pride and jpy and my nan, gramps and me worked on it for many years but in 2015 i was really ill and brambles took over, so gald to see Peggys garden taking shape again thaks to you wonderful people 💖💖💖
@@FlawlessCleaningServices they are also a b to get rid off 😖, love watching you and the boys, it gives the rest of us hope (and giggles when your dad's being his normal cheeky self lol) 😊💖😊
Please tell Paul & your Mum thank you so much for raising such a wonderful caring son. They did a great job & deserve all the praise. Also, what I wouldn't give to have that closed in space for my vegetable garden!!!! Maybe even a couple of fruit trees. Flowers in the front garden for beauty, but vegetables in the back for eating. Absolutely my dream! Thank you for sharing & I'm looking forward to many more videos.
Your dad is freaking machine! I love watching you two work together. Thank you for being shining examples of what people are supposed to be to each other.
An absolutely amazing job you’re all doing for Peggy. It must have been heartbreaking for her to see all her hard work being overtaken by brambles. You three really do deserve medals for “care in the community “ . God bless you all,xxx
Love bens crew and how the sweet family works together there work is beyond belief there work is to perfection bless you all I think you are known as flawless cleaning services good work and thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
When I see you help all these people and you’re trying to improve the neighborhood. It touches my heart. I’ve been in bed for two years and my house looks like a dilapidated jungle. I wish somebody in America would take mercy on my soul and help me like you help people, you two gorgeous men are just angels
There are American yard cleaners on RUclips - maybe you could search for one near you and appeal to them for help. Just a suggestion. Sending you wishes for better days.
This was a job for 20 men but you did it with only 3. Wow!! Fantastic. ❤ Peggy had such a lovely garden but she couldn’t maintain it as she got older. You have given her a priceless 🎁 gift
Dear Kevin and dad, and all involved. From someone whose garden is her pride and joy, I can't begin to imagine how Peggy felt seeing her garden dissappear. I thank you all on her behalf, you guys are so special ❤️. I'm in tears just thinking about Peggy and how she must be feeling right now. A 100 thousand thank you's.
You and your Father are the real Life Heroes in the community and I really enjoy when your uncle Just Activates BEAST MODE and goes off like in this episode and the previous One when he Is undoing the roof. Great work
So lovely to see that Jim appreciates you, such a kind gesture. I sometimes feel that the people you help don’t always show how grateful they are. What an amazing difference you are making.
I agree - I know they all must be really grateful but they don't always show it. Most likely they are just overwhelmed that someone cared enough to help them. Jim is a true gentleman who is, I think, the most appreciative of all the people Ben has helped.
I also think that Ben gets a bit bashful when they start praising him and doesn’t want the videos to be all about “backslapping” himself…any time they thank him it’s always a quick “no worries mate” or “we got you” and then he changes the subject immediately to what they are doing tomorrow or what his plan is for the next part of the project!
I loved the longer video! My back aches just watching you! You are so impressive, Ben! Thank you, and thanks to your dad and the others who are in there working to help others simply because it's the right thing to do! And how sweet is Jim?! What a precious gentleman! Also a huge thanks to your wonderful wife and boys for supporting you and sharing you with us!
Absolutely love the community providing so much gratitude and taking the time to bring you guys food and drinks. Well done guys, thank you for bringing the kindness!
I binge watching all your videos. It was truly a remarkable deeds that you do for needy people especially the seniors. Bless you and your father and friends for doing this. So addictive to see the transformation from before and after 👏👏👏
End of clear up was a huge surprise. To see some very nice path was putting a smile on my face. Knowing you going to do some painting and putting in some plants is beyond helping and Peggy is going to want to sit in the garden after doing this. Also can not wait to see the next video next week on Jims garden. He really is a diamond geezer that reminds of a cockney from London. The rolls he made you and fresh fruit was so kind. without a doubt this area is how the whole of Britain should be coming together to help.
There's no end of things these guys can't do. Fencing, tiling, demolition, apart from all the garden work. They are amazing and should be very proud of themselves 😊
Aww, watching Peggy show you the photos of how her garden used to look was so sad. You could see how beautiful it used to be and how proud she was. You are all doing such a wonderful job not only in the work you are doing to the gardens but what you are also doing to Peggy and Jim’s mental health. You can see how they are changing, it’s like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders. Jim is such a lovely man and true gentleman, very caring. Really enjoyed the longer video ❤
I have been watching you all repair this home & the thankfulness of esp. the gentleman… then I switch to watching the D-Day remembrances & see the younger folks celebrating the elders! This fellow probably played a part in that history & has survived to be blessed by those who have gained from the gallantry of their sacrifices! Bless you all for exhibiting that they indeed didn’t protect all our freedoms for nothing!
Peggy seems like a reserved lady and very quiet, so it was nice for her to show you her old pictures, and oh my was her garden beautiful back then. Amazing job guys, I never thought I would be 32 years old watching garden transformation videos, but I am obsessed.
Absolutely love your videos. Especially your helping old people series. So satisfying to see the transformations of the house and the yards. You can tell these people could never have done the work needed. Keep up the good work you are doing. ❤❤❤
Wowsers Ben! that was epic... what a difference for Peggy. It was lovely to see Jim supplying you all with lunch, bless him... Love your videos and appreciate all your hard work... 🙂
HOLY SMOKES, BEN!!! Look at what you accomplished again! Every time we see Peggy, she smiles brighter and brighter.😍 I so loved that Jim fed you guys several days in a row...a small way to thank you. I see your dad was all selfish with jelly donuts though🤣. You 3 especially are a great team. The fence looks fantastic and it was so satisfying to see those paths again! You are making dreams come true, my friend. Well done! (I was extra happy cuz the video was soo long and delightful!🎉. you spoiled us this time) blessings to you all from the PNW! 💛🖤💛 Stacy
My goodness Ben you Dad and your uncle Paul are doing a absolutely fantastic job for Peggy from what you started with and where you have got over 5 episodes is a marvel, it's so kind what you do for the less able in the community is brilliant and what you have done for Jim making his place water tight again I can't say it enough it's absolutely fantastic.
Hi Ben, you and your dad are doing such an awesome job with these projects. Helping people out such a blessing. God bless you both and your teams..... You're really helping out. The community is such an awesome thing. I think we need to do that more here in the United States and it's so nice to see Jim's appreciation and he comes and brings you lunch 3 days in a row. That's so awesome! Keep up the great work. John and Sue

You all have made a great impact on Peggy's garden. Everything is coming along beautifully. God bless you all. Have a restful weekend.
This man deserves a community award.

Thanks Lorraine! Hope to make a big difference for the finale, have a great weekend
So much enjoy watching your videos. It touches my heart to watch the care you give the elders in your community. God has blessed you with a willing heart. I am writing you from the west coast of Washington state in the USA.

Hey Judith. Love from west coast BC just across the line. 🇨🇦💙🇺🇸
God bless you for the good you do.
@@FlawlessCleaningServices I hope you and yours have a fantastic weekend as well ❤
5:45 It's rare to see grateful friends and neighbours bringing everyone working on someone's house any refreshments, on other similar channels on YT (including Australia and USA).
Appreciate you being a part of it Alison!
This was an amazing clean up. Not only a clean up but all the extras, new beautiful fence, tear diwns, repairing the roof, fixing and painting the metal entry gate, recycling everything and all the comrodery with Peggy and Jim. You guys are awesome ❤
Your sons are absolutely delightful. And their commentary is priceless!!! 😂
I'm a retired landscaper/gardener I know how much work this is. Bravo to you, your Dad and your Uncle for blessing Miss Peggy. I can't wait for the finale.
It doesn’t seem to matter what the task is for your Dad, he just gets to it
I'm so pleased to see the wall looks in good condition now the ivy has come off. Also, Peggy has nice UPVC doors and windows, so that's good.
Me too! I was worried but it’s all good!
Heart breaks for Peggy, know exactly how she feels, my garden was my pride and jpy and my nan, gramps and me worked on it for many years but in 2015 i was really ill and brambles took over, so gald to see Peggys garden taking shape again thaks to you wonderful people 💖💖💖
They literally consume the garden and suffocate everything inside it! So sorry to hear about your garden, appreciate you watching as always!
@@FlawlessCleaningServices they are also a b to get rid off 😖, love watching you and the boys, it gives the rest of us hope (and giggles when your dad's being his normal cheeky self lol) 😊💖😊
Respect to the greenhouse. It didn't give up without a fight!
You're all doing a great job.
This old gentleman is the sweetest and grateful person you have ever assisted. What a sweet man!
Thank you Uncle Paul hauling some bag away. Ben , crew do a awesome job cleaning Peggy's garden.
Just love the way Arthur’s brain works!!!! There’s a lot of grandad in him!!! Good job everyone 🇬🇧🐶
You never know what's going to come out of the boy's mouths but it will make you laugh for sure!
Love bens crew and how the sweet family works together there work is beyond belief there work is to perfection bless you all I think you are known as flawless cleaning services good work and thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😮Wow, that's an incredible transformation.......sad that it was left neglected so long. Good on you guys for all your hard work and compassion.❤
I have such a crush on your Daddy
This was a job for 20 men but you did it with only 3. Wow!! Fantastic. ❤ Peggy had such a lovely garden but she couldn’t maintain it as she got older. You have given her a priceless 🎁 gift
Dear Kevin and dad, and all involved. From someone whose garden is her pride and joy, I can't begin to imagine how Peggy felt seeing her garden dissappear. I thank you all on her behalf, you guys are so special ❤️. I'm in tears just thinking about Peggy and how she must be feeling right now. A 100 thousand thank you's.
The kind nabours have been so good as well that’s how I remember that’s how it used be 😢❤❤❤❤❤
You and your Father are the real Life Heroes in the community and I really enjoy when your uncle Just Activates BEAST MODE and goes off like in this episode and the previous One when he Is undoing the roof. Great work
So lovely to see that Jim appreciates you, such a kind gesture.
I think the English aren’t comfortable showing a lot of emotion, they are reserved, but they certainly feel it….
So addictive to see the transformation from before and after 👏👏👏
Glad you like them!
WOW! Just WOW! I am so speechless at the work you've done here, I can't even type how impressed I am.
I REALLY ENJOY YOUR POSTS, I WILL KEEP WATCHING YOU ALL, AS IT EXCITES ME, AND I ENJOY FRESH FOOD AND THE GARDEN.
Jim is such a sweetheart, bringing you lunch every day. I wish i could give him a big hug.
Thanks for everything you’re doing for Peggy & Jim.
Thank you for your kindness this will be going towards the future episodes it means a lot thanks ☺️
Not forgetting Jim,with his delicious lunches. Yum,yum. Beef sandwiches. Thank you Jim for being part of the flawless team💞
The three muskateers hard at work again !! Where do you get your energy from ?. You're just amazing. Long live !! ❤❤
You guys are angels and make the world such a better place. So inspirational and full of love. Blessings. 💚🌼
Peggy seems like a reserved lady and very quiet, so it was nice for her to show you her old pictures, and oh my was her garden beautiful back then. Amazing job guys, I never thought I would be 32 years old watching garden transformation videos, but I am obsessed.
I never thought at 68 yrs old I'd start thinking on Thursday about the video Ben would post on Friday!! Like you I'm obsessed!!
You both got me smiling like a Cheshire Cat! Thank you for the lovely words and being a part of it each week
@@dsmith9796 I'm 70 and Ben's videos are the highlight of my week!
I am 45 and obsessed with each garden transformation video. 😄
Her garden was amazing! That's a LOT of work and care... It's easy to understand how she can get depressed about the current state of things.
Jim is so precious 😭 and the support and love of the neighbors giving you tea and biscuits 🥰🥰 so lovely
Absolutely love your videos. Especially your helping old people series. So satisfying to see the transformations of the house and the yards. You can tell these people could never have done the work needed. Keep up the good work you are doing. ❤❤❤
You are cultivated in good earth, God multiplying blessings 🙏 thanks for helping
💛🖤💛 Stacy
Thanks so much for watching glad you like the transformation cannot wait to finish it off over the weeks, next week will be Jim episode 2
What a sweetheart Jim is!
He's wonderful isn't he? As are the neighbours who supply the mugs of tea.
What an amazing transformation. These .men working on such a project were sensational.
