I can’t believe ticketmaster’s been allowed to get 100% worse over the course of my entire life…

I’m also disabled and a longtime swiftie. I’m so glad Ticketmaster is under investigation. They essentially don’t even allow people to buy ADA seats. They need to be held accountable for that. Thankfully, I was able to get ADA seats directly through the venue, but even that was so needlessly difficult. I called the venue so many times and THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE told me that the venue didn’t sell them directly (I only kept persisting after they told me no because I’d purchased ADA seats from them over the phone in the past). Eventually, I got someone who DID sell them to me. The point is, they were purposely making it nearly impossible for people to get ADA seats, which is absolutely unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this.

I accidentally put two handicap tickets in my cart and was able to purchase them, but once I noticed they were handicap seats I had to back out of the order. Fortunately I was still able to get other seats, even though they are sort of sideways with the stage. I’m just happy I got tickets at all.

Taylor's team trusted them to do their job yet they failed the customers

I’m confused because when I was in the presale, I clicked on two seats and it gave me a warning message saying it was accessible seating. I clicked off of it because I didn’t want to take it from someone who needed it. But I did see them while I was trying to find seats. But they disappeared basically the second I saw them along with almost every other seat on the map though. 😑

This is so unfortunate!! I wonder if it was decided by each location, when I looked (Minneapolis June 24th) my location had them for sale! (Great prices too!) I did NOT buy these even though they were cheaper than my nose bleed seats. (I found them during the capital one pre sale, my sisters did the original pre sale so I don’t know what the availability was then)
Would be very curious if it determined by each location when they are for sale.
I hope Ticketmaster learns from all the mistakes this time and improves their service.

I’m not disabled but when I was finally let into the stadium page to buy the tickets six hours later there were many accessible tickets available. Maybe it varied on what stadium?

Time for another lawsuit. Disabled people are supposed to have legal rights.

Grateful for the investigation. I purchased tickets through StubHub. I believed they were ADA seats (wheelchair icon appeared which in my estimation represented ADA accessibility). Due to their misrepresentation, I purchased tickets that cannot accommodate my daughter’s disability. StubHub refuses to exchange the seats. It’s extremely disappointing. I paid more than I can afford because for the first time in six years my daughter is motivated to leave our home. Thank you, Taylor for helping us❣️ I have faith it will work out. My girls deserve the very best, as do you!!! Love y’all!!!

Luckily I was able to purchase ADA seats for my daughter no problem, but in the past have had trouble. prior shows the ADA seats were only able to be purchased at the box office and I preferred that. no presale code, but if only ADA seats can be purchased at box office, then they should be easier to get (and that keeps away those who do not need them, generally)

    Boycott the ticket sellers !!!
In my opinion, you need to ORGANIZE flash mobs 4 hours before the concert starts and get in line like you have a ticket to the concert and walk away from the ticket takers, thus delaying the concert or getting it cancelled !!
