Thank you for your review. I have just bought a pair of these headphones and only put them on for a very brief period so far. The sound from these is way better than my old Bose 35’s but then I have had many years use from them. I like your review, you talk through and explain everything in a clear way without the unnecessary actions etc etc. I look forward to putting my headphones on and experience the good sounds in store and I have now learnt more about them too from your video. 😊
As an Amateur watching at least 10 reputable reviews on the Sony XM5 and the Bose QC ultra receiving both very conflicting and subjective opinions I decided to go into store and decide for myself. I listened to the Bose and the Sony in store and I found the Bose to have the slight edge on comfort and sound quality. The Sonys were so good but the sound was a little warmer than I liked even with adjusting the EQ. However my friend thinks the Sony sounds better. So best advice to anyone is whether you buy the Sony or the Bose they are both fantastic quality headphones however the decision should be based on actual listening experience not just on reviews as it’s very personal.
Have both, they are both excellent. What I find most important is comfort, it doesn’t matter how good something sounds if u don’t enjoy wearing it. IMO, the Sonys sound a bit better, but the Sonys make my ears sweaty after 60 minutes. So I almost always choose the Bose. U may be different, try both and see what u like better.
got them last week - and have to say i have now sent back the B&O h95 the B&O hx - the bose knock them out the park comfort wins all day long and a lovely sound ..
Hi there! I recently got the famous Bose QC Ultra Headphones, and I can confirm that despite the drivers (speakers) being similar to the Bose NCH 700, this very recent model sounds even better than its predecessor. I also have the Sony WH-1000-XM4, and find that the QC Ultra's sound signature is much clearer than the Sony model. What's more, a little adjustment of the well-rounded bass, and the midrange drive the point home even further. *As a preventive measure, I'd advise you *not to exceed 65% volume, and to take a few listening breaks for the sake of your ears (e.g. 15 to 20 minutes for 1 hour's listening).* Indeed, these headphones have a lot in reserve, and I didn't notice any major sound distortion, which is very good quality. But be careful with your ears, because they're really powerful! And yes, the sound is very clear! Lightweight (257 grams), it folds neatly and has a wider, more comfortable headband. The depth of the speakers (especially for big ears - you don't sweat as much as with Sony headphones) and its active noise reduction are truly impressive! Somewhat superior to Apple's Air Pods Max, that is! For the moment (2023), in concrete terms, *it's the best noise-canceling headset!* At the same time, it's the most recent. We'll see how it fares next year (2024), with the future Sony WH-1000-XM6 and Apple Air Pods Max 2. The "attentive" (transparent) mode is a real success! A notch below the Air Pods Max, and a good notch above the WH-1000-XM4/5. You can clearly hear everything around you. The immersive mode is a bit of a gimmick, as it gives the impression that the soundstage is getting bigger, but I still find it well worthwhile, especially for films and video games! That's another world! I also note that this mode is a little more energy-hungry in terms of this product's autonomy (around 19h35 for me, as opposed to the 18 hours announced by Bose). In fact, as far as battery life is concerned, I think that Bose has underestimated its headphones, because without the immersive mode, and staying at 60~65% maximum volume, I've actually gone up to around 30 hours. The official press release claims 24 hours' autonomy. . What's more, a mode (even two) designed to cleverly save battery power has been integrated: _ Like Apple and Sony, the sound stops when the QC Ultra is removed... And restarts once the device is placed back on the head. _ Automatic sleep mode, when the headset is removed for a long time. It restarts automatically when put back on. Automatic pairing, no headaches, it works like a charm. Multipoint is amply correct, and the solid Bluetooth is certified in 5.3 (the latest available), which is much better in terms of wireless connection stability. A very good point in itself. The WH-1000-XM4 (which is in bleuetooth 4.2) that I've owned since 2021 can cut out from time to time for no reason at the moment... I don't know why. Maybe it's due to my smartphone being almost full of internal memory? I don't know. In any case, I no longer have this little inconvenience with the Bose QC Ultra. The application is nice and quite rich! It's straight to the point, and somewhat less sophisticated than Sony's, whose geekiness is its specialty. As for the buttons, they're all located on the right speaker, behind the ear. A touch-sensitive surface for volume, and incidentally a personalized touch-sensitive button (press for 2 seconds in the middle of the touch-sensitive surface and that's it), either to obtain a voice assistant, or to indicate battery level or something else, for example... Personally, I opted for the battery level. How convenient! And in terms of physical buttons, there are only 2. . The first, at the bottom of the right-hand speaker, is reserved for switching on the headset. . The second button is located a little higher up, towards the rear of the speaker. . The second button is located a little higher up, towards the back of the speaker. This button allows: _ 1 short click: play / pause; 1 long click: change mode (immersive, attentive, silent - additional modes can be added and/or removed, such as the outdoor mode with its more or less successful optional "windbreaker" function, for example); _ 2 quick clicks: next track; _ 3 quick clicks: previous track. Personally, I find these two physical buttons rather instinctive and less headache-inducing (100% subjective, of course). As for the tactile part, I find it better thought-out than the NCH 700 and the Sony WH-1000-XM4/5, in the sense that there's no tactile conflict when unwanted rubbing occurs, such as fabric rubbing when you're in bed, or when you're putting on a hood. The left speaker features a USB-C input for headphone charging only, and an input for... A 2.5 mm jack!... The 2.5 mm jack... I'll never understand why that is... Especially as the headphones must be switched on to be effective(!)... I really don't understand this choice... As far as phone calls are concerned, the people I'm talking to can hear me clearly, even when there's a lot of noise around me! It's not as sophisticated as the Air Pods Max, but it's still one of the most effective. My voice is clearly audible, and it's possible to adjust the volume of the voice when telephoning via the headset. I write this because none of the testers mentioned this detail generally. Unfortunately, it's impossible to obtain lossless sound via a wired USB-C cable (which is quite incomprehensible to me, especially given its high price at the moment). The French Batys headphones, for example (albeit more expensive than the QC Ultra), make this possible. Finally, the price is high (499€) for the moment, but will inevitably drop in the coming months (logically). And then the bargains will start rolling in over the coming year. It has to be! So, I've tried to be as complete as possible about my pleasant experience with these Bose Quiet Confort Ultra Headphones. Expensive, yes, it's undeniable, but very pleasant to hold, not at all uncomfortable on the head, light and very comfortable, this top-of-the-range headset (2023) does quite well, if not very well. A special mention for the active noise reduction, which so far puts it ahead of Apple and Sony. All in all, this headset is a success, far from flawless, let's be honest, but what it does, it does really well. Very satisfied overall. Oh yes, I almost forgot: *the ear pads are detachable and therefore replaceable, in case of any long-term wear and tear.* Hoping for interesting updates (USB-C wired sound, I dream of it! x) ) to come! My Bose Ultra's are on a UPS truck that will arrive any time now..... Am so stoked! Have the NC700 and the XM4 as well, I prefer the NC700 to the Sony, the Sony has a warmer sound which I love, but the Sonys get hot and make your ears sweat after an hour or 2. My daily wearer is the Bose QC headphones, they are very comfortable. IMO, I think comfort comes first, you can try on the best sounding headphones on earth but if they are not comfortable, then no one wants to wear them. BTW, that was a very detailed description of the sound, thanks for that.
Nice review. Loved my Sony xm3 headphones, lasted years. Also had the Bose nc700 and loved the noise cancellation and style. Just got the sennheiser Momentum 4, these are brilliant.
I was fortunate to purchase them during a brief sale and got an additional $20 USD discount for a final price of$329 USD. Needless to say I am pleased.
Mine arrive on Friday, great video. The primary use for me will be watching movies on my iPad, nobody seems to test these watching movies, I may do a video on my channel.
I just bought these headphones online, I’m excited because they’re my first expensive headphones. Prior to these I’ve only had the £30 headphone from Tesco. 😂😂 I’m so excited I can’t wait!
I returned the ultras for the new regular quiet comfort. Ultras felt a little “off” when I was wearing them. The immersive feature was useless. Maybe it would work in a VR setting but it’s pointless for video games, RUclips videos. And the touch feature for the sound felt shotty. The regular quiet comfort fit perfectly on my head, had buttons for volume on headset. And $80 cheaper.
@@pet1err yes you can lower it really low, or just turn off the headset or put it on “aware” mode. The whole point of this headset is for noise canceling. I don’t know why you would want it off.
@@melvinp1324 the ultras headbands are more round than the quiet comfort. The ultras would give me a slippage sensation if I looked down at my phone compared to the regular quiet comfort. It just didn’t feel as secure
Hi, great review. I have pondered whether or not to buy these headphones! I purchased another premium headphone recently, the first this company ever made, without giving names away, and it sounded tinny, distorted, and gratey. It's possible they might have been faulty! Anyway, I didn't want to make the same mistake again. I have been thinking of Sony WH-1000XM5 and Boss QuietComfort Ultra, and after watching your fantastic and detailed review, I am certain that I'll now go for the Bose Ultra. Thanks again for your in-depth review. 👍
Bose is the GO TO for Hi-Fi audio! These new Bose cans are a Game Changer 200%. Bose has world class audio quality that will smoke the competition!!!!!
Would you do a comparison of the ANC with the XM5? It's the thing I care about the most, as I use those extensively when I travel, and I work in coffee shops.
I’ve tried both on 14 day trials. They are too close to be hyper-opinionated. Both are an A+ If I *had* to make a decision, I think I lean Sony. But it’s really close.
I was a huge fan of sony whxm since in came out. Ive owned the whxm 1, 2, 4 . The number one reason why i stopped buying sony is the comfort. Since then i switched to bose qc45 and i never look back . The sound on the sony still still sounds better than the qc 45 but im curious about that bose qc ultra
Nice I just got the Bose QC Ultra and i love them! Just wanna ask you something, have you tried the Momentum 4? Are they louder than Bose Quietconfort Ultra? It Is the same? Which one is louder? The Momentum 4 was my boy but finally i decided for the Bose because i have the QC Earbuds 1st generation and they are my sunshine haha. Thanks Bro!
Great review think I'll stick with my xm4s since I've been running them on LDAC and got them EQd right they sound sweet at a fraction of the price these cost
thanks for this review of QC Ultra... and just so you know, Samsung phones dont have aptx adaptive just regular aptx and some other codecs including ldac, ssc...and lc3 now or later....
@@jayvillzTV Im also goin to QC ultra (coming from xm5)... as my xm5 hinge is broken after a fall from head, i tried a lot to glue it but it fails, sony is asking for at least $110 to replace the whole right arm ... Im looking for a sturdy buillt and not like cheap xm5 plastic body which get cracked by even a single fall... can u comment on QC ultra built?
very nice review thnx! would be nice to see the wind teston a actual "head-shape" the mics might be setup in a array that expects the mics to be aligned as if they where on a head, it is my guess. putting them flat down might not represent the actual use case. i always have problem with noise cancelling on most headphones when I bike/skate around town. The other models of bose has by far been the best when moving at 20km/h I think the rounded design will catch less wind and affect this, the sony , Sennheiser , marchall, focal have more edges that will pick up more wind is my guess
Thanks for the review. I have a sony XM5, Could you give your opinion on the ANC of the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Ultra compared to the Sony XM5. Which one is better?
Very good video !!! I really hesitate between the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra and the B&W P8X. I mainly listen to symphonic metal. ANC is not a priority. Only sound quality. I am waiting for your opinions 😃
If ANC is not that important to you, then don't buy either. There are many non-ANC options where sound quality is the prime design consideration, particularly studio/reference headphones from the likes of Sennheiser, Beyer, B & W, Focal, AKG, KEF etc.
Great video! I'm looking to buy these to help me with my migraines. I have the Airpods, which doesn't help much. The JL which is is very tight around my head and a few others. Cyber Monday, the price is $379 at Bose website, 2 year warranty, and free shipping.
The M4s sound is hard to beat, Bose still sound premium but the M4s just sounds better. The ANC on the Bose is definitely better than the ANC on the M4s.
Good review. I bought them and I'm happy with them. However, I have to clearly contradict you on something that you have repeated several times and which is not correct. The Aptx Adaptive codec is not present on Samsung phones. I have a galaxy s23 ultra and I bought the Bose precisely because I was convinced that there was this compatibility. However, this is not the case. To use the Aptx Adaptive codec on the s23ultra I had to purchase a Creative dongle bt-w5. I don't think that you actually used 24bit at 96khz on your Samsung in the video with the Bose Quite Comfort Ultra. If you are convinced otherwise I kindly ask you to let me know. 00:39
Thank You. I wonder if the same would hold true for the XM4 or 5? I also have the 3. I still love them. Have you tried the new Status Between 3ANC earbuds? I have a pair and they are comparable to my Sony XM3. Outstanding!
Hey there! Great job, thanks for your videos! Could you tell me please which one of them more suits for audiobooks and podcasts, I mean where are voices more natural and pleasant? Actually I already got Bose qs ultra and find them quite good for listening audiobooks but still I can change them if Sennheisers make the job with voices better than Bose. Or maybe there is better headphones for my purpose? Thanks in advance.
is this colour actually white or does it look somewhat similar to the XM5 silver colour? i have ordered one, but i can't afford it being too light in color. With all the reviews with filters, i can't see the actual colour of the device.
But no hi-re audio unless you have a device that supports aptx-adaptive as I've just discovered that the Galaxy S23 Ultra doesn't have...... going for the XM5 with their LDAC codec instead.
I have the same question....can any qualified souls chime in on this question. I'm 3 months in on my QC45's and I love them. BUT...i can be convinced to upgrade if you present a good argument
Amazon has them on Black Friday sale for $375. The standard Quiet Comfort (none Ultra) are $250 and the best deal is the Quiet Comfort 45's for $199!. I have the 45's and they are excellent and that's a hell of a deal.
I had these along with the in ear QC Ultras. The in ear noice cancellation is superior than over ear but the over ear is comfortable but again it leaks a lot of sound and has poor Noice Cancelling . I have the Apple Max which feel more sturdy and have not let me down in 2 years of owning and using daily at work. I think these are too flimsy and overhyped and Bose needs to go back to drawing board on.
Yuo can test these Bose CC - U against the Sennheiser Momentum 4, and be surprised - Momentum 4 are, if not better, are definitely not worse 🤷♂Ye - the looks + feel - not so "luxurious".
Hello guys, I returned twice my ultra to Amazon, because at the begining I thought it was a production failure of the headphones, but did anybody experience the fact that while commuting somewhere when there is a "bump" in the road, there is an interference while the transport jumps? is it normal? I really liked the headphones though.
I am struggling with Bose qc ultra, wh1000xm5, B&W px7s2e, and Airpodsmax since I am an Apple user. Which is the best regardless of sound quality. I just wanna have a headphone with good ANC and transparency mode.
It's going to be my first ANC Headphone, what would you recommend? The Bose QC Ultra or the XM5? Thank you :) I'll be using it mainly on planes & travelling
I like the Ultra cause of the anc and the folding ability but Bose needs to make the battery at least more than 50 hrs. I like my Sennheiser momentum 4
Bose and Sony cannot compare sound wise to Sennheiser B&O and B&W, how do you find them ( soundwise ) nex to momentum 4? I'm looking for an ANC set, that is really light weight for long working sessions, must be below 260 grams.
@@joaomota9871 Well I have not heard the Bose as of yet, but judging their past performance you pay mostly for COMFORT ( yes the comfort ) the brand name and ANC, Apple is the same, but they have the best sound qualityh of them all. however they are in desperate need of an update. A USBC Port, etc. Also the Airpods Max a re heavy. Maybe consider best of both worlds and go with in ear? Sennheiser Momentum true wirless is on sale right now and it's tough to beat for the price.
@@joaomota9871 the AirPods Max is the best anc and ambient noise but if you travel a lot, they don’t have a real case and they are the heaviest headphones and they are only 20 hrs of usage.
Did you actually go into the developer settings to make sure it does support AptX Adaptive? I also have Galaxy Z Fold4, it doesn't support AptX Adaptive. It was most likely running on SBC...
Hello, i'm looking for a good foldable headphone, i'm hesitating between the sony XM4 and the Bose QC Ultra. Is there a real difference between these two models? The XM4 is getting a bit old but it has a very good reputation.
@@AlecRedfield1037 I understand, I'm thinking of going for the QC Ultra just to see if there's a real difference in terms of sound quality and autonomy.
I had a question.. have u listened to this under immersive audio settings and heard the Dolby atmos on Apple music?.. I feel like it messes up the actual binaural image when u use immersive setting with Dolby atmos on apple music. Ur thoughts ?
What kind of ill-informed comment is that? These are BOSE Headphones. LDAC is a proprietary audio coding technology developed by Sony. Likewise, Dolby Atmos is a surround sound technology developed by Dolby Laboratories.
Samsung phones already have Dolby atmos built in so it doesn't matter. The Bose QC Ultra do have Aptx adaptive which is just as good as LDAC but that doesn't matter that much. The Sony 1000xm5 sound incredibly muddy in comparison and have worse anc so the QC Ultra are absolutely worth the price.
Ldac is actually inferior to this aptx adaptive which is the first truly wireless lossless audio transfer tech. That snapdragon integration is no joke. Atleast do the research before commenting incorrect info. & coming to dolby atmos - did you actually look at the website or watched this video fully? Immersive audio is literally dolby atmos. Limited eq yeah agree but who needs eq? Even with my 7hz limitless i never needed eq if you need eq you've definitely bought the wrong thing or like something worse not what artist or headphone designer intended.
Bose is horrible in mic. They are super expensive and have least features. Come on Bose. You can have a slider touch panel to skip tracks. Just having best ANC does not makes you a winner in this competitive world. If I still compare these Bose flagships with Sony xm4, Sony is the winner
It has no deep bass, the quality od sound is very fucking mediocare, i ve returned this back to best buy after 15 min trying it in my car on parking lot! The volume adjust swipe is so stupid and inaccuretae, cant find buttons behind the ears without some kind of irratation
took you 1 month to come up with some kinda of answer? i repeat very cheap made with NO BASE or sound quality garbage. I bought Bowers & Wilkins Px8 and just freaking ecstatic @@cybertommo

And the touch feature for the sound felt shotty. The regular quiet comfort fit perfectly on my head, had buttons for volume on headset. And $80 cheaper.
can you turn off ANC on the regular QC ? On the QC 45 u couldn’t. Thank you in advance 😀
@@pet1err yes you can lower it really low, or just turn off the headset or put it on “aware” mode. The whole point of this headset is for noise canceling. I don’t know why you would want it off.
@@drblitz3092in some situation the anc is making me feeling nauseous and this is why i sometimes prefer it off 😁 Thx for your response
no idwa what your on about - so comfy for me
@@melvinp1324 the ultras headbands are more round than the quiet comfort.
War wieder super! Ja Tests wäre wirklich sehr hilfreich.
Gruss Gerry
Would you do a comparison of the ANC with the XM5? It's the thing I care about the most, as I use those extensively when I travel, and I work in coffee shops.
I’ve tried both on 14 day trials. They are too close to be hyper-opinionated. Both are an A+
If I *had* to make a decision, I think I lean Sony. But it’s really close.
@@HealthIsTrueFreedomthe Bose QC Ultra have stronger ANC.
I'm still rocking the xm3s and love them. The only reason I'd upgrade would be for calls. I do have my eyes on these but I am a Sony guy myself
Thanks Bro!
i demo the momentum 4 and grab this. This sound is clearer than Momentum 4 and bass is closer. Momentum 4 sound warmer and muddier.
Great review think I'll stick with my xm4s since I've been running them on LDAC and got them EQd right they sound sweet at a fraction of the price these cost
There is no sweet spot for xm4s
Bose Continues To Make Sure That I Keep My Money In My Pocket
@deykno87 My soundcore Q35 and Q45 Sound Better Than XM4 and XM5 and XM3 . I'd Love To Try These Bose Ultra But They Are Asking A Ridiculous Price
What about comparison with XM3?
thanks for this review of QC Ultra...
and just so you know, Samsung phones dont have aptx adaptive just regular aptx and some other codecs including ldac, ssc...and lc3 now or later....
This is why my main ANC machine is still QC15!
Great review. Subscribed 👍🏻💯
They are bad ass. I have been using it for the gym too . Coming from the Sony xm5
can't wait to get mine, coming from xm5 as well
@@jayvillzTV Im also goin to QC ultra (coming from xm5)... as my xm5 hinge is broken after a fall from head, i tried a lot to glue it but it fails, sony is asking for at least $110 to replace the whole right arm ... Im looking for a sturdy buillt and not like cheap xm5 plastic body which get cracked by even a single fall... can u comment on QC ultra built?
@@anandsarena4519 the build is solid, feels a lot sturdier than the Sonys, but still pretty lightweight
very nice review thnx!
would be nice to see the wind teston a actual "head-shape" the mics might be setup in a array that expects the mics to be aligned as if they where on a head, it is my guess. putting them flat down might not represent the actual use case.
i always have problem with noise cancelling on most headphones when I bike/skate around town.
The sound quality seems great honestly. The anc and immersive features seem top tier. Cheers brother.
Definitely worth the purchase
worth giving up my QC 45's for these though?
Very good video !!! I really hesitate between the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra and the B&W P8X. I mainly listen to symphonic metal. ANC is not a priority. Only sound quality. I am waiting for your opinions 😃
Let us know what headphones you go with and why
The Px8 is more than twice as expensive as the Bose. Go for it!
Please do a comparison between this and the Momentum 4. I would love to know their differences in sound quality.
I have them both. Nothing sounds better than the momentum 4. Bose soundstage is nice and clean but the Sennheiser is on a different level.
Great job you did ❤
Great review, how do they compare to your xm3s? Do you think it's worth the upgrade?
I’m a huge fan of Bose products
The 700's are not part of the QC range, they are just called Bose 700.
You can tell I’ve never reviewed Bose 😆
IMO the XM3 is still the best! I tried all new ANC headphones for 5 years..
You did not say, from a sound quality, which you like better, Sony or Bose. Atlanta. GA
Compare to my XM3 yes the Ultras sound better!
Thank You. I wonder if the same would hold true for the XM4 or 5? I also have the 3. I still love them. Have you tried the new Status Between 3ANC earbuds? I have a pair and they are comparable to my Sony XM3. Outstanding!
the QC 700 are called NC 700 ;)
I Still Have My XM3 And Use Them To Sleep In Every Night
I have these Bose and easily the best headphones I’ve ever had. And I’ve tried em all. I hated the Bose 700.
Would you recommend the white or black?
@@neil9658I have black, but thats my favorite color. I’ve used white in the past and they show scratches and imperfections easier.
We didn’t get your verdict between your Sony and the Bose, can you share?
Is it worth upgrade from my QC 45 ? Or I can use QC 45 !
I have the same question....can any qualified souls chime in on this question. I'm 3 months in on my QC45's and I love them. BUT...i can be convinced to upgrade if you present a good argument
Need comparison of Bose QC ultra with Bowers and Wilkin px8. Please help. Which one to buy?
Which one you bought?
After 5 months of wear, do they still feel firm or they softened?
Amazon has them on Black Friday sale for $375. The standard Quiet Comfort (none Ultra) are $250 and the best deal is the Quiet Comfort 45's for $199!. I have the 45's and they are excellent and that's a hell of a deal.
Does the QC Ultra Headphone have a better mic quality compared with QC Ultra TWS? I'm inclined towards TWS, but undecided
What is with the hissss sound 😮
If you are looking for sound quality, don’t choose the AirpodsMax.
Sony needs a lot more cushion returned it because the ear cup was digging into my ears beyond the cushion
And what's better in your opinion? Sony or Bose. Waited only this conclusion.
best value sound quality in a wireless over ear?
It's going to be my first ANC Headphone, what would you recommend?
The Bose QC Ultra or the XM5? Thank you :)
I'll be using it mainly on planes & travelling
Try xm4, you won’t be disappointed
Pretty sure it’s NC 700, not qc700
I like the Ultra cause of the anc and the folding ability but Bose needs to make the battery at least more than 50 hrs. I like my Sennheiser momentum 4
Bose and Sony cannot compare sound wise to Sennheiser B&O and B&W, how do you find them ( soundwise ) nex to momentum 4? I'm looking for an ANC set, that is really light weight for long working sessions, must be below 260 grams.
@@Icecold_Art Looking for some headphones, what would you recommend between x5, bose qc ultra & airpods max?
Did anyone notice the hissing white noise during ANC?
Like watching a review of a watch that covers everything EXCEPT showing you how it tells TIME.
Did you actually go into the developer settings to make sure it does support AptX Adaptive? I also have Galaxy Z Fold4, it doesn't support AptX Adaptive. It was most likely running on SBC...
Hallo? Is anyone theeeere?
I have these but can you explain how still works
I must have a big head because they feel tight on my head, My first impressions were JEEZE these are so small. Though nice- ish.
From nyc had mines for a week happy with them
what about the connectivity because I had the QCII and it dropped connection with my iPhone constantly. I had to return them!
Between this ultra an px8 which you think is a better choice? Thanks
px8 for sound quality, QC Ultra for ANC and portability (they fold and are lighter than px8s)
On Verizon at the moment for 249.00
Hello, i'm looking for a good foldable headphone, i'm hesitating between the sony XM4 and the Bose QC Ultra. Is there a real difference between these two models? The XM4 is getting a bit old but it has a very good reputation.
XM4 owner here. It's a simple answer to your question: if you have the budget: go for the QC Ultra. If you can't afford them then buy the XM4.
@@AlecRedfield1037 I understand, I'm thinking of going for the QC Ultra just to see if there's a real difference in terms of sound quality and autonomy.
@@binksss1843 I always try out my headphones before I buy them. Just to be sure. Good luck with your headphones.
Still prefer the Sony mx5
It's "NC 700s, " not "QC 700s. "
Nc700 not qc700
Been burned on last two Sony headphones. Two WHs crapped out. I’m done
They are same as NC700. No change is sound and the immersive audio is also not a great feature. I am so disappointed with Bose. So returned
damn a sony fan, has sony ever made a good thing?
These are way overpriced, don't have LDAC, Dolby Atmos, a juvenile app, and limited EQ settimgs. No Google Assistant or email/text alerts either.
What headphoens has those?
1. Screw Dolby Atmos, 2. The app is enough, 3. Basic EQ is enough
overpriced no
Samsung phones already have Dolby atmos built in so it doesn't matter.
