I may be mistaken, but I think that guitar belonged to Hank Williams before Neil acquired it. Been listening to all the old great country artists that aren't around anymore, and to me, Neils licks on this acoustic version harken back to some great country players of the past. I love his distorted electric guitar, but this shows another side of the great Neil Young.
