Hi! You can use any type of cord. Single strand cord or twisted cord. The final look will be a little different but use whatever is available for you!😄

If I take 4mm cord do I need to increase the length of the cords
Hi there, You don't need to increase the length of the cords but the bag will turn out smaller. If you want it to be the same size as mine, you will have to add more cords to make it wider. 😄

Hi, do you mean the wool needle I used in the video? I got it at Walmart. And I would just hook the strap on each side of the bag😄

That is a braided cord.
