A few months ago you had every reason to be down but you stayed POSITIVE 🙌🏻 Now that positivity is turning into profit!!! Gold,Diamonds,Platinum,Cash all coming your way Keep sailing ⛵️ 🏴☠️
So, I just now watched this video 6 months after you made it. Dude, this seriously made me so excited by what you were finding. I sell on eBay and stuff like this is so amazing and makes it all so worth it. Thanks for saving the spider! I am scared to death of them, but I believe in caring for every living being on this earth. I loved that part! It just shows the kind of man you are. You are awesome!
Mike I watched your third vid first - Please tell me you made a good faith effort to find this guys family -to return the family pics. You sound like a nice guy - be a hero! Thanks, I started following you today!
Love that magnifying glass!!! It’s so intricate! I’d have to keep that piece. The trench art is beautiful too! I’m so happy for you Pirate!! You deserved this big win 💖
The leather pieces at 20:44 were to protect your shins, support your ankles, protect against snake bites and thorns, keeps your pant leg from getting ripped, etc. I wish I could remember what they were called. Low ones for dress wear were called spats.
I bought a storage unit 15 years ago and kept most of it. I SOLD ONE CERAMIC item that paid for three times what I paid and the rest we kept and I still have it all.
Lots of southwest stuff. I believe those are all riding blankets. I expect you to find spurs, tack and saddles, more boots, cowboy hats, and GUNS, VERY OLD GUNS. Killer locker my man! Won't be too difficult to get your money back plus much more...just gonna take the right buyers.
You got the whole world in your hands..so exciting..high quality and rare merchandise. Good luck with it all..can’t wait to see the next unveiling ...Margaret n Iceland
Another proposing day ☺️ the glass head would suggest that this unit is related to a shop. There is a great mixture of items, so possibly a pawn shop? The most valuable find could well be the magnifying glass, it could well be ivory and quitee old, I'm glad you saved the spider, we all need someone to look after us 😇
I just LOVE the way you welcome everyone. It just makes my heart smile. I hope you feel my heart smiling and yours smiles too. You are such a wonderful guy. Thanks for cheering up my days
time stamp 1:36 The huge fishing poppers would have been used for big game fishing eg- Shark, killer wales. My father (who has been a fisherman for over 40 years) said to also look out for the weights, they will look like a big round led marble about the size of a large baseball with a loop or drill hole. tey can also look like a big square solid led cow bell these are older than the round ones. If you come across the led weights the poppers may also have been used for catching huge stingrays . time stamp 3:30 Native Indian rugs, these look like chant mats that would be used in a sweat tents and drum chants to the elders ect. the longer ones look like saddle blankets that sit in-between the horse and saddle. I am also thinking that if they have no tags, they probably have been hand made. time stamp 20:48 these look like shot gun or rifle holders that go on a saddle, so when your riding you holster the gun in these. you have some great stuff going on in this locker, am loving the set up withe table and show 'n' tell way better, such a great job pirate, may the lord bless you with enough gold and treasure to purchase a house outright from this unit xx
Hi Private! Fans from the smallest province in Canada, Prince Edward Island! My hubby is a contractor and the skill saw you found in the locker is called worm drive skill saw and is $300 new and that one is in great condition so he thinks you should ask at least $200! Good luck! Wishing you the best score on this locker!! 😊👍
Every box is a surprise. So glad u got this one . And like the pirate hour glass is so u . Can't wait til next video .👍❣ # ReStoragetheLove .# hustle grind and rewind .
You've definitely found a winner,a lot of great stuff. I can't help but think many of those small items are worth money, some look really old you go so fast but no problem.what did somebody say last video? Potential100,000$ I do think you'll have to put in more hard work than ever but it will pay off.
The stuff in this locker has been highly collectable and very valuable them old trophy sale for big money your gone to profit big time on that locker big big money
In the box with the buffalo hide you also had (from my point of view) was a beaver hide. A good prime beaver pelt sales at taxidermy shops for $100 all day long! The buffalo hide... that is a jackpot (I'm sure there is 100 other things in this unit worth more) it's value is more than a thousand if it's a half size buffalo hide! If you have not sold it yet, I'd call taxidermy shops and find out how much one cost to buy and what the measurement is, YES SIZE MATTERS!!! I've seen full size ones priced over $5,000.00 and that was 10 years ago!! I owned a wildlife business for almost 25 years, I wasn't into the selling of hides, but I know about it through others I've worked with. Have a GREAT Day!!! P.S. I know this vid is older, but I've been so busy this is the first chance I've had to watch the follow up vid from your 1st vid I've ever seen! Getting HOOKED!!!
Wow!, Mike, you need to get connected to auction house in San Francisco. Bynum's and Christie's bynum's for native American stuff and No on Ebay. For maximum profits must go to auction house.
No doubt , I got a unit for 16,200 and all of it went to the auction house . They filled their 26' boxtruck and came back the following Monday and packed it one third again . Whole 10x30 was full of Bonhams auction stuff . Anyway agree 100% , take the good stuff and the art ect to the auction house . You could totally blow it when you sell a piece of art for 200 at Alameda and the piece is worth 12,000 .
The age and materials are what matters with those blankets. Older blankets are not as decorative as newer ones. But you need to have a professional check them out. Remember, in Arizona, southern Colorado and the Dakota's, those blankets can be bought at every roadside stand. Have someone check them out.
Mike I found similar rugs & they were mexican rugs but of course double check. Dimensions & style look very similar. One day I showed it to the cleaning lady & she immediately knew it was from Mexico.
From what I have read, these types of giant fishing lures are for hanging in a sports bar. I have read that they usually come with eyelets to hang them. Pretty darn cool for sure.
Filson outer wear and clothing for hunting is of extreme high quality and is great money!!the leather pieces are gaiters. Worn around around and above your boots. Those southwest rugs could be worth some money depending on where and when they were made. You have a gold mine on your hands!!!!!! The 35mm cameras are worth some money but not a lot due to the DSLR cameras we have today. The different lenses for those cameras could be worth more if off the actual camera. Many people are looking for used quality lenses for their newer style DSLR cameras.
I think those leather things with the straps are what was worn over pant legs during WW2 (20:38 on the screen) they would wear them and they came almost to the top of the shoe.
If a native American rug has a dark or medium colored green in it, it is rare and I learned that lesson the hard way. Sold for 10.00 at flea market and was auctioned off for 10 times the price. Live and learn.
I believe some of those blankets could be Native, but not all. This locker is becoming all those things you love. Dust, cobwebs, spiders, rat poop lol. Furniture is wrapped showing they cared about it. The locker definitely doesn't look like it was gone through. And whilst I know you like a quick turnover, I think you need to take your time with this one and make a ton of money.
Pirate after reading all the comments , I would say keep all the modern tools and cameras and modern appliances do your homework and sell to make the fast buck to keep afloat but give a high end auction house a ring and have an appraiser come to you for FREE and give you a ballpark figure , you spent good money on that one and no point nickel and diming it , this needs done properly to reap the rewards
My whole time WATCH ing my mouth was hanging open ! Im 63 yr.old MOM 4 kids. 10 grandkids ! But what you found i sat here drooling an what everything was how nice All so great condition !" Exciting! Can’t wait to see the next video. Of course the money will be very good, but the history and story of the stuff is invaluable. Enjoy! Best wishes! -Steven
Indian blankets look new mexico, the lures are displays for a baitshop to advertise to customers, the eyeglass looks like whalebone, the hand is a model of a real hand sold by prostetician, looks like a major score just into it a few boxes, definitly deserve the score, sorry just catching up on these videos.!! Congratulations Mr.pirate.!!
Another great video on this unit. I seriously hope you set your prices for what things are worth and stick to it. You work hard and deserve to make as much as you can on this unit. This is a once in a lifetime, you’ll never find another unit like this again. My favorite things were on the last video, Baseball!!! We all love ya pirate and are very happy for you. FYI - I loved the Salt Princess’s reaction to the spider. Classic!!!!
Wow that unit is awesome you are finding some great stuff in that unit I think you are going to do real good with that unit blessings to you and your family always and keep sending those great videos I’ll tell you this a lot of things that you are pulling out of this unit is going to get you some big money enjoy your evening
Hi me again at4:45 in your video you pulled out a silver cup with a handle on one side, it is mainly used in Scotland as a Friendship Cup, it would normally have a dram of whiskey in it and would be offered to your guest, then it was given to the guest to keep as the sign of friendship.😊
Mr. Pirate, Native American rugs have the little piece of yarn sticking out on each corner where the loom stops they are tied off by hand when finished. THEY ARE REAL!
22:48 nice old vintage Duck Decoy, probably lathe made based on the body but great condition...need to find out what exactly the JB stands for....You have well over $100 there and possibly much more depending on rarity of the piece.
Pirate, thank you for going slower opening these boxes slowly. I'm enjoying each piece you unwrap. I hope you'll make far more than the 7k purchases price. You deserve all good things in your life and that of your kids.
Viewers should Never be angry over an accident. Can’t wait to see all your treasures as you head toward buying a new hone for you and your daughter. I know it will happen. And awww you saved the spider. You are a good man, Pirate.
Antique fishing lures. I have about 10 of them from my granfather. They are all handpainted. Yours are larger than mine. Rugs are native & gorgious. Expensive! Tonka truck is perfect with stickers$$$.I'm so happy for you with the treasures coming out of this unit!
This all looks professionally wrapped and stored long ago.could it be he died and the wife was paying the storage and now she died and it was put up for auction because nobody would ever knowingly let this go.
Those leather things that you called "holders" i think are put on your leg as uniform part... don't know how to say it in english :D Pref: that buffalo skin, insane... PS: You did good pirate!
The leather after the bullet case art looks like what you wrap around your legs instead of wearing chaps to help grip English saddle. Wear over pants or boots. Also possible for horses legs for protection.
Ooooh some of those blankets/rugs! The bunny rabbit magnifying glass is amazing...wonder whether it's ivory, bone, or celluloid?! Just a fantastic unit! Congratulations and take your time determining value of the entire unit...you have a true treasure trove!
I had to stop and say this before I continue to watch the rest. At the 16:25 mark you were going through come pins and jewelry and you turned one over that said Nathan R. on it! If or anyone reading this has seen and or remembers the Steve Martin movie from I think 1979 called "The Jerk" his name was Nathan R. Johnson in that movie!! Classic and very funny! Could be offensive if you have thin skin, but it was from the 70's and people found humor in movies without getting their panties in a twist!! Have a GREAT Day!!! Post Script: Back to watching the rest of the video!!!
@@StorageAuctionPirate lures: pray those are either actual Arbogast or Heddon productions the cameras: above average names and models Pentax/Nike/Cannon. Konica slightly lower teir, but none so far are major collectable pieces like an old billows style "Hasselblad". look up Ansel Adams. Indian style blankets mostly look contemporary hand woven authentic native american pieces and should be apprasised. the magnifying glass is likely ivory. the little black child figurines are a very collectable genre unto themselves. but i don't know much more about it other than its old.its pre civil rights era art. the bronze stallion may or may not be a score. could be a serious piece with provenance. research on that is necessary. FYI.... I'm not an expert per se, but I don't mind helpfully sharing what I think is good input
I love the gun shell's. I would won't to to keep all of them and the sand timer. There's so much I love in this unit it would be hard not to keep a lot of the things in it. I love you Parite. Keep doing what you do and forget about the haters. Shit happens and people need to not get butt hurt over small shit. Keep on Pariteing
I would suggest you consult with a specialist antique guy. This is something you should cultivate for now and the future. Take your time with selling the unit. This stuff is worth a dang fortune. Seriously. You hit pay dirt here. Everything is old like the guy it belonged to.
Fantastic finds. The trench art pieces were amazing and are collectible. The cameras are in great condition. The owner certainly packed everything with care. Awesome video
in cuba when they roll cigars (in the old days) some one would read to the rollers...romeo and Juliet was a favorite...that is where the cigar got its name...
That little weird looking ceramic black man, have that checked out there's somebody who did stuff like that years ago and I believe they're called gross something I'm not sure. If it's made by them it's worth a lot of money I mean anywhere from $300 to $1,000. I would definitely have it checked out. Don't let little ugly things fool you.
Old Scotch can be super expensive. Get that checked out! Also, decoy ducks can be 100's to over 1000 dollars. Was that the thing from Marvel in one box? That was so out of place, although I am a marvel fan. Congrats on part 2 and look forward to viewing more. The baseball bats and baseball stuff (if signed by Babe Ruth and Lou Gehreg) are in the 1000's+. Not sure if those were fascimile or not on the photo (remember Gehrig died in 1941).
I've been looking forward to your next vid on this unit. You did not disappoint.. amazing, interesting items. What fun! This is the kinda unit that keeps me buying them, just never know what your gonna find...
The spider kept the bugs off your stuff. Well done for letting her live. 20:43 they are military gaiters, worn on the lower leg, first world war vintage, like the trench art.
The fishing lures are novelty decorative pieces, still worth 50-100. Please have any old duck decoys looked at if you find anymore. Some can go for tens of thousands!! Old hunting and fishing items go for crazy money. I cant get enough of this locker! I feel as excited as you are. Keep showing, we will help you out as much as we can.
Who ever owned this storage unit had very good and expensive taste . I wonder if they were a photographer for profession or maybe for a hobby. But they have really nice stuff overall (so far) They had an appreciation for collecting stuff . That has value . How fun! You look like you’re enjoying urself. Love how you are taking your time . Enjoy these moments! I know this unit is why you do this. To find treasures like these things ! I’ll have to go back and find the video where you explained why you payed 7 grand on this unit . Also I thought it was sweet of you to not kill he black widow. I always feel like super bad if I kill a spider in my room. But it’s a spider and it’s in my room. I would let it live if it wouldn’t run and try to escape and I could capture it. But they run. And I gotta kill it quick . Lol Anyway I’m super excited to see what the rest of this unit has to offer I know there is some sort of story unfolding here. Right ? The more you go through the stuff you start to gather some sort of story about the person or who owned it? Anyway have the best weekend and see ya soon cutie 🌙🌙🌙🌙

Antique fishing lures. I have about 10 of them from my granfather. They are all handpainted. Yours are larger than mine. Rugs are native & gorgious. Expensive! Tonka truck is perfect with stickers$$$.I'm so happy for you with the treasures coming out of this unit!
❤️
a lotta good stuff
Knew you would get your home now start unboxing so we can see all the goodies. Mike and Salty you deserve it all 👍👍👍🇬🇧
Thank you
This is so addictive. I need more 🤣🤣🤣
Your enthusiasm makes it all worth while watching too pirate 😉.
Cant wait for the next woohoo
Oh man I’m so in love with this unit
This all looks professionally wrapped and stored long ago.could it be he died and the wife was paying the storage and now she died and it was put up for auction because nobody would ever knowingly let this go.
There a lot of story to this people
Richard Baumeister yeah I feel like you’re right .
No one would ever knowingly let this stuff go.
When we die... we take nothing with us!
@@misscrystalnicole6897 So sad to see one's life history 'for sale'.
Pretty in Pink! Your excitement is definitely contagious! So fun and congratulations!!!
Trench art as beautiful as those, priceless!!!!!
There amazing
Trench art is huge on eBay! These people have(had) money I have a feeling your gonna strike gold brother much love ❤️
Those leather things that you called "holders" i think are put on your leg as uniform part... don't know how to say it in english :D Pref: that buffalo skin, insane... PS: You did good pirate!
Thank you
The leather after the bullet case art looks like what you wrap around your legs instead of wearing chaps to help grip English saddle. Wear over pants or boots. Also possible for horses legs for protection.
Thank you
You should try to contact the American Pickers. Have them pick your stuff and get on TV.
❤️
Ooooh some of those blankets/rugs! The bunny rabbit magnifying glass is amazing...wonder whether it's ivory, bone, or celluloid?!
Just a fantastic unit! Congratulations and take your time determining value of the entire unit...you have a true treasure trove!
❤️❤️❤️
That magnifying glass appears to have a hand carved ivory handle.
I’m not sure my appraiser will determine all that
I had to stop and say this before I continue to watch the rest.
Post Script:
Back to watching the rest of the video!!!
lol.... not only is this unit absolutely your best buy to date but you are about to learn incredibly valuable things about collectables
❤️❤️
@@StorageAuctionPirate
lures: pray those are either actual Arbogast or Heddon productions
the cameras: above average names and models Pentax/Nike/Cannon.
Pirate, so happy for you, gee the things in there are amazing, keep these vedios coming, just like Christmas every time you open up boxes! Loving it
I take some stuff to grimes finds to learn more and sell some stuff
❤️❤️❤️
I love the gun shell's. I would won't to to keep all of them and the sand timer. There's so much I love in this unit it would be hard not to keep a lot of the things in it. I love you Parite. Keep doing what you do and forget about the haters. Shit happens and people need to not get butt hurt over small shit. Keep on Pariteing
Me again the item you called a coffee mug in fact it is a tanker for beer.🍺
❤️
The buffalo hide is a great find.Should be able to get 400 plus.
❤️❤️❤️
Trench ww1 leather chaff went above your boot ww1
Thank you
I was going to say the same thing but figured I'd read the comments to see if someone else said it first.
I would suggest you consult with a specialist antique guy. This is something you should cultivate for now and the future. Take your time with selling the unit. This stuff is worth a dang fortune. Seriously. You hit pay dirt here. Everything is old like the guy it belonged to.
Announcing that soon
Hey mike, let me know what you want for the nikon and canon cameras please. Im very interested
❤️❤️
Fantastic finds. The trench art pieces were amazing and are collectible. The cameras are in great condition. The owner certainly packed everything with care. Awesome video
❤️❤️❤️
I ask blue bus Dave on some of this stuff he has his own ytube channel he knows a lot about military and horse other stuff he can help he knows people
❤️
I love Blue Bus Dave. He is super knowledgeable!
yes he is
@@maddog6191 It is his range of knowledge that blows me away. That and he is a super kind human! :-)
Them old metal figures and stuff can actually be big money believe it or not killer unit you found a lot of nice things
Pretty sure the handle of the magnifying glass is ivory
I’m not sure
in cuba when they roll cigars (in the old days) some one would read to the rollers...romeo and Juliet was a favorite...that is where the cigar got its name...
Lots of Military Memorabilia. I recommend to find a Historian to find the real value!!! Good luck!!
Thank you
Fabulous! More unbelievable treasures! I 💔 that Pirate hour glass for you! A treasure hoard for a Pirate! It all smells like profit! Tyfs.
Thank you ❤️
love the native blankets.. most look like saddle blankets for under a saddle on a horse....
Saddle blankets. Don't know if they're indian or not.
❤️
I think they are blankets to cover the horse before you put saddle on.
The “chinsie cheesy” knick knacks if vintage goes for $20-$50, just saying
❤️
I've been looking forward to your next vid on this unit. You did not disappoint.. amazing, interesting items. What fun! This is the kinda unit that keeps me buying them, just never know what your gonna find...
So many to come just wait
The spider kept the bugs off your stuff. Well done for letting her live. 20:43 they are military gaiters, worn on the lower leg, first world war vintage, like the trench art.
But not the rats
Keep up your positivity it is definitely infectious!
The large ones ? I found them online for 250 each
Who ever owned this storage unit had very good and expensive taste .
I wonder if they were a photographer for profession or maybe for a hobby. But they have really nice stuff overall (so far)
They had an appreciation for collecting stuff .
Lol
Anyway I’m super excited to see what the rest of this unit has to offer
I know there is some sort of story unfolding here.
Right ?
The more you go through the stuff you start to gather some sort of story about the person or who owned it?
Anyway have the best weekend and see ya soon cutie 🌙🌙🌙🌙
I watch a lot of different vids on storage lockers. Best one I ever seen.
So much money. Grate find, grate buy. Love, Love, this for you. You will make BIG MONEY.🦄🦄🌈🌈🌈🥰
